Planning center is easy to navigate. We use multiple features at our chuch. Primarily it was used as a church management system, then also for kids checkin, it integrates with checkr so we also use it for our background checks for kids workers, and so much more. Options are color coated, they allow integration, there are abundant help articles, they return inquires usually the same day - just overall, great to work with. Planning Center helps organize contact information for new and returning guests, allows kids checkin, room reservations, sends reminders for events, allows us to pull up information on the go (helpful if you are visiting / want to call a church member). I think my least favorite thing about Church Center is convincing our people to download the app. Also, there are some areas (like Services), that could be a bit more user friendly.
