What do you like best about hawkAI?

First and foremost, you can't deny that the UI of Morphio is one of the best in the industry and it is pleasing the eye just to observe the dashboards and all those charts and graphs popping up right and left.

I've been using Morphio for the past year and I love it! I use it to analyze the data coming from my websites and marketing channels. It's so easy to use and I like that it allows me to see my performance against my goals. The interface is simple, allowing me to easily search and filter data at my own pace. Plus, the team at Morphio is always there to help with any questions I might have. You can try it for free for seven days and decide if it fits your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about hawkAI?

Morphio is still quite expensive in comparison to other tools that are cheaper or free at all. I would love to see more integrations and probably an app or a chrome extension/desktop app to simplify tracking it live wherever you are. Until now, due to our team, no flaws have been detected in Morphio since its analysis qualities, performance metrics and monitoring make it unique and profitable, the only thing that we consider that it could integrate are A / B tests, however in Future can improve the interface to offer variety to the service. Applying Morphio to our company gave us a considerable advantage over the others since, through its use, our employees were able to detect anomalies on various platforms, a quality that makes it necessary for many companies that are dedicated to similar tasks. I love it. Just that.

Good UX, works fast, and most importantly: it really gives you an birdseye view of your accounts, and its status. If you handle multiple accounts, you know how important it is to:

1) know when something BAD happens.

2) be proactive regarding your accounts and let the client know this

What do you like best about hawkAI?

The KPI calculator! Easy to set useful goals. The tool walks you through calculating reasonable goals for relevant KPIs, based on your focus and if available past performance data. Helps you set targets and figure out what type of movement you need to attain on your KPIs to hit your goals. It's what's missing from many analytics tools: a interactive process for helping you establish the sort of things you should track and the targets you should set. What do you dislike about hawkAI?

The notifications including Slack integration are awesome but could be dialed in a tiny bit and/or include a walkthrough to set the right notification level without trial and error. The tool lets you set thresholds for receiving alerts based on performance changes, with High/Medium/Low sensitivity, plus has settings for weekly email reports. It would be helpful to at least have a walkthrough that helps you prevent getting so many alerts that they just become noise, while letting enough through that you are getting regular, insightful prompts about possible issues and areas of focus. What problems is hawkAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a freelancer transitioning into more of an agency, the main benefit has been the Slack notifications of out-of-range performance dips. Helps manage multiple clients and keep them on target. Also helps me assign out work including analytics setups while trusting that good targets will be set, without contributors having to really know all the ins and outs of tracking, analytics, and goal-setting. The range of features and functionality are exactly what we were looking for with this product. We were originally looking at a product to supplement our existing online marketing clients with an additional notification and dashboard driven product. However, since taking a tour of the product, we have identified a number of other areas in which Morphio has the potential to improve workflow and drive improvement for our clients. It's still early days for us getting to grips with the product, but we can clearly see that the early warning notification system is going to be hugely beneficial and increase our client responsiveness, account managers now have greater visibility of all clients within a single view, or in detail at a single click. Morphio is an intuitive platform that is easy to setup and get going within in minutes! No complicated or lengthy on-boarding process. Their detailed on-boarding videos and resource guide make it easy to find the answer to any questions, in addition to a very supportive and responsive team to guide you if needed.

Users can easily navigate throughout Morphio to quickly gather the key insights that matter most in one spot without having to login to multiple platforms. I really appreciate the anomalies features across channels and KPIs to quickly highlight performance fluctuations to further look into.

The SEO and Audience segment capabilities are strong and have been very useful for our team.
