**What do you like best about Detrics?**

I like how Detrics simplifies my report management for my agency. It makes data downloading easier and is very user-friendly. I love how easy it is to integrate and how quickly it responds. Additionally, it is cost-effective, which is a great benefit. I also appreciate that with just a few clicks I can download, organize everything, and schedule queries very simply. The initial setup was easy, it only required a couple of clicks and creating the account.

When the volume of data is absurdly large, it cuts off a bit or it bugs out.

Detrics simplifies my report management, makes data downloading easier, and integrates easily. It allows me to organize and schedule queries with just a few clicks, making it very user-friendly and easy to use.

**What do you like best about Detrics?**

First of all the easy it is to use and implementation. Really intuitive, great support and the best, no bugs! It was really fast and easy to integrate with all marketing platforms that I use. Detrics allows me to download al marketing metrics and dimensions I need to create dashboards for my clientes. Also, It has import and export features that allow me to recreate dashboards in just seconds! Im really hapy with this upgrade to Detrics. I use Detrics every day and my dashboarding experience has changed.

So far, I haven't encountered anything that I truly dislike

It helps me save time when it comes to reporting. It automates download from all my clients accounts and platforms for me to be able to get more time to think about strategy. One of the best parts is once you've finishe with a client, you can just duplicate files and export queries already created in the original file. So you have active dashboards in just seconds.

**What do you like best about Detrics?**

I tried Detrics recently and honestly, it surprised me a lot. As someone who is always looking for tools that really make the job easy, Detrics achieved that. I was impressed by how simple the interface is, without sacrificing any of the key functionalities. 
Using this software allowed me to obtain accurate data in minutes, and the best part is that it is completely customizable to each person's needs. It's clear it was made with the user in mind (thank you!). If you need a tool that is powerful but also intuitive, Detrics is the option. I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Detrics?**

I haven't found any disadvantages of this software yet. Customer service was quick, so I assume that if I have any questions or suggestions later, they will be considered promptly.

Detrics is solving my difficulty in tracking information from different data sources, and by being able to import data in real-time, automating the workflows of customized spreadsheets, it greatly facilitates the tracking of my marketing campaigns, and also the generation of reports to make strategic decisions in my business.

Honestly, nothing. So far, the tool works just as promised: it is stable, fast, and very easy to use. It meets what we needed and we haven't had any significant issues or limitations. Even the automatic updates have always run without errors.

**What do you like best about Detrics?**

I liked the fact that it was very easy to connect to my systems. We were wasting a lot of time copy and pasting data from meta, google, tiktok, stripe to sheets. And now everything is automated and synced. If some data import fails they always send a notification email. 

I use it every week for around 1 hour. 

To implement it we had to tell our analysts to install it in their spreadsheet and start automating the data imports they did manually. 

The customer support is via live chat open 40 hours a week. 

They have simple connections to every platform with some clicks. You grant access via OAuth screens and there you go.

I think some key systems are missing like HubSpot but I've hear they are always expanding their menu

What I like best about Detrics is how simple and efficient it is once everything is set up. What I dislike is the fact that you're asked to leave a review in exchange for more query capacity. While I understand the idea behind it, it feels a bit forced — especially when the tool is already paid for. It would be better if the platform offered full functionality without requiring that kind of action.
