"User-Friendly All-in-One Email Campaign Platform with Strong Reporting and Support"

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform?

It’s been great to use as an all-in-one platform for email campaigns. The reporting is strong, the service and IT support have been helpful, and it’s very user-friendly for tasks like creating email templates and uploading contacts. I don’t use it much for other areas, such as SMS integrations or Sales, but for email campaigns it fits our needs well, and it’s the platform I expect we’ll stick with going forward. What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform?

I wish I could manage multiple accounts under one main account. I work for three different branches, and to have each one billed separately, I have to maintain three separate accounts. It gets a bit redundant using the same template and then trying to transfer it over to the other accounts each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve found that it’s become much more user-friendly for creating content and building an audience. That said, I do wish it were easier to refine my audience—for example, by being able to archive unsubscribes so they don’t continue to count toward my total audience number.
