"Intuitive UI with Some Payment Method Frustrations"

What do you like best about impact.com?

I use impact.com as a medium for affiliate marketing, promoting different products, and find the platform simple and straightforward. The features are easy to use, especially the UI which is comfortable and clear. They reply soon with solutions when I face trouble, and I appreciate their prompt response. I like the dynamic tracking since I've never had my tracking lost. The initial setup was quite easy and straightforward with no unnecessary details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

The most frustrating thing for me is banking channels and changing the country. I have a problem with changing my desired payment receiving method. It's not possible, and they tell me to delete the account and create a new one, which is really annoying. I want the withdrawal methods to be flexible, but I cannot change them. One of my payments got disbursed due to a poor banking setup, and now I want to change the bank and currency and add PayPal, but impact.com doesn't allow me.
