What I like most about CleverTap is the Journeys feature. It helps us automate campaigns easily, understand user behavior, track user activities in real time, and improve reachability by connecting with users through multiple channels like Push, SMS, WhatsApp, InApp.

The user interface is friendly and easy to navigate. WhatsApp and Email BSP are already integrated, so we didn’t have to do much on that front. Overall, the tool performs pretty well, and when it comes to pricing, it’s on par with other competitors in the market. Support, however, is excellent. I’ve raised quite a few tickets and received a timely replies each time. I’ve also recently noticed that the team has integrated a lot of AI features, which I still need to explore and try out.
