It’s easy to onboard and understand. So if you’re a beginner in email marketing it is a great start to get the basics down and good email templates to choose from depending on what you want to do.

It makes sending out our monthly newsletter much easier then having to do it from my personal email.

What I liked most was the idea of having multiple marketing tools in one place. The platform offers campaign management, audience/contact management, landing pages, automations, and SMS marketing, which is why we chose it in the first place. The dashboard and campaign list were fairly easy to navigate, and I liked that I could see the status of campaigns and automations in one place. The concept of building keyword-based SMS automations was also appealing because it could have allowed us to grow our email marketing list. Unfortunatly, while I liked the idea of the platform and what it appeared to offer, the expeience did not meet expectations. The SMS keyword automation did not work consistently for text to join, and the support experience made it difficult and did not resolve the issue or offer a resolution. So what I liked most was the potential of the platform, but the execution did not work for our needs.
