It's Artificial intelligence automatically pulls a lot from our website and helps generate branding, design, and content-focused campaigns. We can not only create email campaigns, but also launch ads, social media posts, and landing pages, which keeps a lot of our marketing operations organized in one platform. The email template section is especially strong because it automatically updates many templates based on our website’s brand colors, logo, and other elements with AI, which cuts down a lot of the UI design work. With automation, we can build advanced drip nurture campaigns with multiple conditional points to segment and mark leads accordingly. The reporting is also helpful, since we can see detailed conversion metrics and data like CTR and open rates. On top of that, we can post to social media using the email content, which speeds up the overall content publishing flow. It has close to 350 app integrations, which improves performance drastically because we can pass data from other platforms to the campaigns.

Mailchimp at this point is the industry standard. It does everything we need but isn't really outstanding.
