What I like most about Klaviyo is how simple it makes email marketing. I use it mainly to build automated flows like welcome emails and abandoned cart reminders, and the visual Flow Builder makes it easy to update everything without much effort. I also rely on customer segments to send different campaigns based on purchase history or engagement instead of emailing everyone the same message. After each campaign, I usually check the reporting dashboard to see what worked and what needs improvement. It has saved me a lot of time and made managing campaigns much easier. As our contact list grew, the monthly cost increased pretty quickly, so it's something we have to keep an eye on. I also needed some time to get comfortable with the more advanced automation flows because there are a lot of options. The reporting is useful, but I sometimes have to dig through multiple reports to find the metrics I'm looking for.
