The biggest advantage of Funnel for me is how easy it is to connect channels, work with the data using custom dimensions and metrics, and then export everything to Power BI. The interface feels intuitive, so getting started doesn’t take long, and the onboarding process is clear and straightforward.
I’m also very happy with the support. Whenever we’ve had questions or run into issues, the team has responded quickly and been genuinely helpful in finding a solution.
Another reason I like Funnel is the value for money. Compared to some other tools I’ve looked at, it offers a lot of functionality without being overly expensive.
Finally, the number of available connectors is a huge plus. We can pull data from many different marketing platforms and bring everything together in one place, which makes reporting and analysis much easier. A lot of other tools don’t offer direct connections with smaller parties in Europe, so that’s a big advantage as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t have any major dislikes about Funnel. Overall, the platform has been reliable and easy to work with.
The only challenge we’ve run into from time to time is when updates made by publishers or advertising platforms weren’t reflected in Funnel correctly or right away. In a few cases, this caused temporary discrepancies and meant we had to do manual checks until the connector was updated. That said, these situations are often outside of Funnel’s direct control, since they’re driven by changes on the source platforms themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
