The most helpful point is the connection with Salesforce. Marketing activity and sales data can stay closer, so we do not have to move lead information by hand every time. We also use Account Engagement, and that part is useful for nurture and scoring. Email, forms, and automation help us follow prospects after the first touch. For our team, it is easier to see which campaign created a lead and how that lead is moving in Salesforce. After the basic sync started working, daily work between marketing and sales became clearer than before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, the names are confusing. Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Agentforce Marketing… the product name changed several times, and new members need time to understand what we are actually using. The first setup is also not light. Sync rules, permissions, and campaign structure need careful planning. If this part is weak, reporting becomes hard to trust. Account Engagement itself is usable after we learn it, but it does not feel simple on day one. These are not serious blockers, but onboarding and internal explanation take more effort than we first expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
