What do you like best about Singular?

What I value most is the human support. Beyond the platform itself—which provides great solutions and is an essential part of the product—the opportunity to work with people who are always willing to help is, in my opinion, its biggest differentiator. What do you dislike about Singular?

If I had to mention one thing, I'd love to see more flexibility in the charting options—for example, being able to combine bar and line charts in the same visualization.

That said, I've been using Singular for less than a month, so I'm still exploring the platform. I don't think I've used it long enough to give a comprehensive assessment of what I dislike, and I'm sure there are many features I haven't discovered yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?

Singular is helping me better understand both my traffic and my users' behavior. Having attribution, campaign performance, and user data in one place makes it much easier to identify what's working, spot opportunities for optimization, and make faster, more informed decisions.
