The issue may have been related to their AI engine not having enough time to spin up to full potential which takes upwards of 90 days. We didn't have that amount of time to wait and we didn't feel like that spin-up period was clearly communicated. Just something to be aware of. **Recommendations to others considering LocaliQ:** I would strongly consider other options if you are looking at LocaliQ. Their ad performance guarantees will likely not be honored and your ads will go live without review by the account team or yourself. If you need to pause a non-performing ad it can take a week or more due to the multiple teams that need to coordinate this action.
