They sometimes feel like they would prefer to nickel-and-dime me. In many cases, I have been with them long enough that my service rep will find ways for me to either get what I am looking for at no charge or at least get a chance to try it at no cost to see if it is worth the extra cost. I like the portal to see the leads, however, the behind the scenes are not doing the best job filtering false leads. We frequently receive leads from other states that are asking for information, pricing and bids without disclosing locations, what company they are with, etc. Filter out the spam and do not charge customers for those as leads. I like how LocaliQ gives me the exposure that I need on major search engines, making it easier for customers and prospects to find me. This helps me generate business. Their accounts receivable team can sometimes be difficult to reach with invoice questions, predominantly because they are based off shore and the calls drop frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The account managers on the team can identify what's working and why. My account manager Kristin has a creative team that can also take assets that we provide them with and streamline our creative resources so as to not put any stress on internal teams. I also love the dashboard that gives you access in real time on campaign performance and audience insights leading my team to make smarter marketing decisions ultimately leading to sales or conversions. The least helpful thing about localiq - I think it's that the dashboards will give you the data but they can't tell you how to interpret it. I wish that we had this capability. I also wish there was an integration for Opentable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
