What I appreciate most about EVAM is the vast universe of possibilities within the EVAM suite, the flexibility to build interfaces on top of it, and a collaborative team that is always willing to provide extended support.

The user journey can feel complex at times, and small campaign changes often require considerable effort. Reporting dashboards also lack sufficient customization and flexibility to effectively compare performance across initiatives.

EVAM has been a fundamental pillar of our team’s promotional campaign initiatives, enabling access to multiple engagement channels including SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and META. **What do you like best about Evam?**

I like using Evam for designing campaigns primarily through SMS, but also with push notifications as a secondary channel. It's great that Evam provides a platform for both campaign design and execution with features like instant push and cron jobs. Additionally, I enjoy the good-looking UI, which makes navigating around the platform a much easier and user-friendly experience. The navigation options for scenarios, segments, and mappings are particularly easy to use and beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Evam?**

I don't like that scenario flow components in Evam cannot be copied and reused. It is frustrating to have to build the same campaign flow from scratch for multiple campaigns when there should be an option to copy components from other scenarios. Also, the initial setup of Evam felt mediocre.

Evam provides one platform for campaign design and execution with options like instant push and cron jobs. The UI is good looking and easier to navigate with user-friendly navigation for scenarios, segments, and mapping.

**What do you like best about Evam?**

I like that Evam is really fast with everything they're doing. The decisioning is very up to date, and they keep on improving and growing, which helps me as well. Another cool aspect is the ease of setup; I didn't need to structure my data because they could do it for me, which was pretty awesome. I also appreciate that I don't need to learn to use the tech. I just know exactly what I want and put it in the maker agent, who does the job for me.

**What do you dislike about Evam?**

I mean, my opinion is that if they get bigger, they should keep the quality they're providing now as a startup. That's the only thing that I think could be improved. And I think that if we can use it on multiple platforms as we already do now, it’s more than enough.

Evam helps me create marketing campaigns effortlessly. I just think of the idea, write it on the prompt, and the maker agent does all the work. I get the end result without needing to manually build or learn the tech.

Some unexpected errors affect the functionality. Sometimes no one can understand the cause of the error. Long-term investigation is required. Currently, we do not have an 'Event log', which makes it impossible to monitor the progress during operation. Development is delayed because of this.

I don't like that the platform stops working outside of work hours and gets stuck pretty often or takes a while. The functionality is very limited and it does not work a lot of the times when really needed.

It would be better if there were some improvements to the interface. For example, making the placement of transition arrows more convenient or further enhancing the Responsive Web Design (RWD) would be beneficial.
Having documentation for new employees would make the learning process much easier.
I think it would be even better if AI usage were possible.

Honestly, there’s nothing in particular to point out. The product seems fine overall and does the job most of the time, so that’s something.

The interface seems cluttered. There should also be a pop-up that explains the function and purpose of each item. That would reduce the need for help from other people or peers to understand how to use the service.

While developing scenario if i accidentally do some mistakes, there is "verify" feature, I click on it, and it shows me clearly(with exact points where problem is) where i did some mistakes-with variables, states etc
And it makes it easy to understand and fix my mistake

**What do you like best about Evam?**

This is an early and a brief review, from the point of view of an analyst at a young fintech company. We recently started implementing and testing Evam, and be one of, if not the first client of their new tool; Evam X. 

Although implementations are ongoing, I can easily say Evam team is available, supportive and open to suggestions. They are transparent about their roadmap and priorities, also capable of taking criticism and act upon them. Discussing their roadmaps and being able to input our ideas is a blessing that many big competitors are either lack of and/or slow at. 

It is hard to vouch fully for their features, UI/UX capacities and technical compatibility, especially when you compare it with their former tool, Evam Legacy, still, their dedication and approach of handling both technical and non-technical issues give an impression of making their product into a marketing superstar in no time. Although of their current status of the Evam X, it's far beyond their direct and equivalent competitors. If there is such option, I will humbly suggest companies/prospects to take the ''tough'' route to dive into Evam X, rather than the comfy Evam Legacy path. Former ease of use is still there, with the lovely twist of failing many, succeeding more, thus growing together.

Since it's not yet fully functioning -for us at least-, I prefer to have a detailed review of the features, capabilities etc in the near future.

This thing will be our go-to every day gadget very soon, especially being the main stakeholder, I cannot wait to for integration to finish.

We are glad to be onboard, let's keep the momentum and enjoy.

Just two relevant points I have so far, which are:

Learning curve may be steep for some and their logic/mapping behind is hard to crack for non-technical teams, yet, with their proper training(s) and support, it's doable.

UI requires polishes and editability options.

I really like that EvamX allows users to create all these complex journeys with a lot of filters, making it really easy to improve the communication with the costumers. Whatever you think of in terms of how to improve your communications with the customers, EvamX seems to be able to do it. I didn't start to fully use it yet, but from what I learnt during the classes I was part of + from what I saw from different success stories, it seems a really limitless platform, of course in the context of what it was developed for. What I also really like is that it seems to work as a CDP as well (Customer Data Platform), as it allows users to create user segmentation through the DB integration, segments which can easily be used afterwards in the journeys. So, a very nice combo when it comes to reaching your customers in a personalized way and not only in a generic way.
I also really like the fact that EvamX' team is always available and ready to help. From my experience and my team's experience, I noticed that Evam team is always willing to help and to address all our questions and possible issues so in terms of customer support, this is a big big plus.

**What do you dislike about Evam?**

I still have to use it more in order for me to realize what I don't find that useful. At the first view, I think in terms of user interface like naming conventions, display layouts, etc there is still place for improvement but this might be subjective as well.
