"Confluence offers a surprising workspace. : We like it for its high security of information encryption, since when creating a hierarchical list of the pages with which we will work, it can only be seen by the creator and his delegated team. It is also good to focus the search of a specific topic through its rapid search system. With this tool we can even find comments within web pages. "

Allows us to post content to sales that pre-renders and gives the user a preview, plus they can scroll through without downloading. The app is easy to use and allows you to add content on the go. "

"Careful interface to facilitate better support: The chat that the system has is very intuitive and allows not only to maintain a fluid communication with the client, but also to review everything that has been said previously, the communication history. Being able to access and review all the conversations allows for fewer doubts and for the interaction to be more fluid. It has multiple integrations with other applications that helps to better manage sales, advertising and also to have a database with a greater amount of information, which allows having a unified knowledge. The support of Re: Amaze has helped me to solve doubts and all the consultations that I have done on functional aspects of the program have been able to solve them. "

The layout and design of the different menus and sections is neat and makes things easy to understand. The general look and functionality is not too different from common social media platforms. Our monthly fee per user is not too bad and gives us a good return on investment. Working with the eXo support team, especially during our setup period, was a pleasant experience."

"Great way to update our employees: I like that I am able to update the information needed by our employees as I get it. The program is very intuitive to use and take little time to learn. You do not need mad computer or HTLM skills to run the program. It is great to have customer service that actually wants to help you in a quick and efficient manner. We get great feed back from our employees on the ease to use and search. It is hard to even think about going back to the old way of doing business after being spoiled with this program. And again, the support side is always there, ready to jump in and fix what needs to be done, no questions asked. "

    Notion review by Yash B.
"The most flexible productivity software you'll ever use: I like the modular abilities of Notion. Previously I had to use a particular tool for a particular task, for example, kanbans would be best in Trello, to-do lists in Todoist or Google keep then I would keep my documents in docs and databases in Excel or Google Sheets. What Notion does is replaces all of them and makes me create a very customized layout so if I had to use a kanban + calendar + a few docs I can very easily do it. I can remix and re-create as per my needs so this was the winning feature that made me switch from other tools. A lot of productivity is to do with being in charge and control, this truly helps me take control and streamline my workflow under one roof. "

"Obie has been a quick helper and easy to use. : What I like best about Obie is that we can be part of his “programming”, meaning that we can feed him with knowledge at any moment for him to be ready to help. Whenever we ask something and he replies we can let him know if his answer was helpful or not, this makes him give more accurate results in the next times. like that Obie can be contacted privately and also through a channel. It is a creative way to obtain answers or solutions to questions we could have throughout the tasks we perform. "

The limited hierarchy is a double edged sword: it prevents things from being buried, but means you might need forethought with how you structure things. The slack integration is fantastic and allows you to quickly find/share information with coworkers, as well as flag messages that should be expanded upon and added to the wiki."

Setting up a new users is a simple as adding their credentials and sending them an email. Rarely do new users have any questions about what to do. But the support (the two or three times I've needed it) is fantastic. Response times are fast, and only take one request. In word superb."
