We use Hudu as our single source of truth for all customer IT documentation. It allows all our engineers to access everything they need from one single platform. I like the simplicity of password, asset, and documentation management, as well as the easy linking between passwords, assets, and KB articles. I also appreciate the version history logging. The initial setup was really straightforward thanks to plenty of online documentation, which helped us configure our custom assets in about a month. Hudu's sync with our ticketing system HaloPSA led us to switch from ITGlue, and it's been valuable for our needs.

I appreciate that I can use Hudu from anywhere. I particularly often and gladly use the password manager.

I like how Hudu offers all of the company information and passwords in a more simplified way, so I don't have to go searching for it. I also appreciate that there's an app for when I'm in the field, allowing me to have all the information right in my hands!
