The ease of use and its integration with other Products that we use

The ability to self-host (which we do for security reasons) is a big plus for us. We can also completely customize the system to fit our needs. The UI recently received an update, and it looks great. We’re able to integrate with our PSA, HaloPSA, which is important for our workflow. Performance has been excellent, everything works as expected. Pricing is another strong point, since it doesn’t impose any minimum user requirements and doesn’t lock you into a contract. In terms of support, we haven’t run into any issues or had any needs so far. We also self-onboarded, since we’re self-hosting our instance. There’s an AI element called Hudini, but we haven’t used it yet.
