
I like to refer to Bloomfire as the 'Google' for work. It provides a single platform to house multiple departments' documents and resources, allowing cross-functional departments to collaborate more effectively and offering a secure location for work instructions, sales information, and other important work-related documents. I appreciate the ease of use; I can type a work-related question into the search bar and find the articles or documents related to that subject. I also enjoy the tons of upgrade options, the use of AI, and multiple program integrations like Salesforce, Teams, and Sharepoint. The upgrades are great, but I wish they were built into the annual cost, vs having to pay extra for each one. Our budget is approved annually, so upgrades along the way are of no use until the next budget alignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
