What do you like best?

An issue we have had in the past with our training programs is the inability to make real time updates to processes. Spekit solves that problem by allowing you to update the instructions at any time and notify your team that there has been a change. We have also realized that not only can Spekit handle our Salesforce training, but we have also begun incorporated our Sales training materials into the system. What do you like best?

It's simple to use from everyone's perspective.

The implementation process was painless and very quick - I've never deployed a new system so easily. We were up and running within a week of executing our contract with quality prebuilt content as well as custom content around our core sales knowledge-base and tied our launch of Spekit to a launch a new Salesforce workflow.

From the admin side. Adding content is very easy. It saves our management and SME team time when developing content on new messaging or processes as we can collaborate and build training content right within Spekit and turn around and use the speks and topics live when introducing new content to our teams. In addition, it's very simple to edit content on the fly - if the admin or named SME sees an edit or need to map a field/process that wasn't included in our first launch, we can do right in Salesforce or other systems and push to teams within minutes.

Our end users were onboarded smoothly and saw immediate benefit from using this tool. By integrating knowledge directly into the systems they use on a daily basis, we've been able to empower our team to be more self sufficient and centralized content in an easy-to-use, searchable database that lives in their workflows v. a more traditional LMS or corporate drive.

Overall, couldn't be happier with our decision to move forward with Spekit. It's quickly becoming an essential tool in our tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

I have enjoyed the ease of use for the users. The Customer Support is amazing.

Minor - but as an admin I would like to mass view the changes since I was the one that created the change I do not want to open each of the changes.

What do you like best?

I like that Spekit is versatile and easy to use. As a SF and systems Admin I dont have a ton of time to being able to document things and push it out to the team in less than 5 minutes is a game changer. Honestly all the things I have disliked they have been changing so make them more user friendly and add more features. The sales reps I work with travel constantly and often times are working after hours, on their phone or in non-"normal" places like the airport. When they have a question, I am not always available to answer the questions or show them the "How to" so Spekit allows them to get this information when they need it. What do you like best?

Increasing my sales always turns out to be a complex and long process, however with Spekit this has changed radically, because it has allowed me to simplify a large number of processes and tasks that previously took a long time to complete, its interface is quite simple and easy to use, which guarantees a 100% free use of major inconveniences, their customer service team is another level, they simply respond to everything practically immediately, since they do not take an hour to respond to the requests made in a very agile and efficient way, the fact that it allows us to work collaboratively with the other members of the sales team is something of great help to increase our sales in a simple and fast way. I always knew that I would not have any complaints about Spekit due to the fact that several of my friends had recommended it to me before, however, as anyone who is trying something new, I always had my misgivings and doubts about the application, however After starting to use Spekit and seeing the results obtained, I was able to confirm that my friends were absolutely right in recommending this application to me. When first implementing, we had some limitations we ran into due to the number of teams we had as well as our company size. However going back to the exceptional service and support team, anything we would inquire about or need, our support team would simply bring it up with their developers and add it to an enhancement list and provide us with a date that it would be implemented. So this isn't really a dislike, as if we run into anything, we simply collaborate with our support team and they consistently work with us on a way to try to enhance whatever our need may be! If your organization has a diverse or large team set using Salesforce, team specific setups and visibility, as well as time saver on the training material builds. It allows for on the spot feedback, allowing to update training when needed, quick builds, and want exceptional support, this is the tool to use . What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer have to manage word documents for up to 20 teams and consistently update those documents at different points in time. With this tool we micro-chunk out the process, use team specific folders providing access to all teams for the process that is shared. Provide team specific folders for the processes that are different across those teams. This allows for fast, on the spot updates to only those small chunks of the process for any specific team to be updated as needed. It also reduces the amount of hands on training, and allows the rep to locate/search for whatever step in the process they need, when they need it, where they need it. This also allows for new hire less hands-on training, providing them a table of contents (road-map), next steps, leading them in the directions they need to follow the workflow. Hour long training session recordings are not a good resource for someone to refer to for a quick answer. With continuous improvements being made to our Salesforce org, the training quickly becomes outdated. Now that we have Spekit, it is so easy for my users to find the answers they need without searching in numerous places or calling an expert. They are already changing their behavior to use Spekit first, and then look for help if the content isn't there yet. They're also using feedback to identify where they need more Speks. We're making learning documentation readily available to users so that they can self-serve and learn as needed. Spekit replaces Word and Powerpoint training documents that were buried in Salesforce files and could never be found by users when they were needed.

Spekit also provides us the ability to easily create print documentation by bundling Speks together into a single PDF. A great feature for those of our users that prefer a single training document.

While not currently implemented, we're also anticipating using Spekit for new employee onboarding. Through the Wiki, it will be very easy to build out new user 101, 201, and 301 type courses (that are today delivered in-person by SMEs as time allows) so that a new employee can learn about our organization, but can also revisit the training once they've passed the "drinking from a firehose" stage of their first 90 days of employment. What do you like best?

I can easily update my team on new processes right from my browser. For processes or emails that are often repeated, I now have direct access to the information I need. I can get way more done in a shorter amount of time! I am also able to hold team members accountable for new processes because they are easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

As with any data wiki, it took some time to get onboarded and to get all my team's necessary info into Spekit. There was a brief ramp-up period, and it takes time to keep things up to date. That said - it is absolutely worth it! The time I spend keeping my wiki up to date is infinitely less than the time I would have to spend explaining the same process over and over again. Spekit does a few cool things, but the one that's most valuable to our team is the ability to publish enablement right inside of Salesforce and Outreach. What do you like best?

Spekit is a great tool for augmenting Salesforce's limited documentation capabilities, providing an intuitive way to connect any kind of online documentation or training resources into context-specific help in Salesforce, and provide a single unified documentation dictionary. The value for money is fantastic.

The tool itself comes with robust administrative and management features that allow you to define teams, control visibility of Speks, assign owners and experts to knowledge resources, and track user engagement with those resources. This allows use of the tool to scale smoothly in the same way that the Salesforce CRM does.

Spekit's customer success team is amazing and has invested seemingly limitless effort in helping our company use the tool effectively.

Another huge plus is that the tool is browser-based, and so can be extended to use with any cloud platform -- not just Salesforce! -- that has a defined URL domain. So you can write Speks that are visible/available across multiple systems and platforms. Each spek can be a complete knowledge article, with embedded media, or can link to documentation in any web-based wiki or documentation system such as Google Sites or Confluence.

The Salesforce integration allows for easy documentation of a variety of standard and custom objects (objects, fields, custom picklist values, and admin-viewable components such as validation rules, workflow rules and process flows. What do you like best?

Spekit is amazing! The ability to add details to not only a field within Salesforce, but each and every picklist value is amazing. We have a lot of automations triggered based on statuses and this is going to be super helpful in the ongoing staff training. I love that you can embed videos & gifs as well. What do you like best?

- Ability to document ANYTHING (only restriction is the text to text match for help icons to appear)

- Ability to document across systems/platforms

- Complete customization - from topics and topic icons, ability to enrich text, upload images, animated gifs and videos, linking to external [Box] documents, etc.

- Multiple ways for users to access the content

- Amazing Spekit Team - truly value our relationship and partnership

What do you dislike?

- One logistic when adding new users; if they're new employees and have a new Salesforce account, must resync in order for their Spekit user information to be pulled over. It makes sense why it has to be resynced, it's just a manual thing each time - wait for them to have logged in and activated their account, resync, then invite.

- Chrome only compatibility (but I acknowledge this is typical of other tools like Spekit). Having an iOS supported version would be cool, as we have a fair amount of Apple users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The Spekit Team is so receptive and reactive to your suggestions and feedback. They genuinely care about the tool and how it can improve the work experiences of our users (having the right content, finding the right content, features to make the user experience easiest like "starring"). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Documentation: previously no documentation, no guide/manual for insight, no training in place for new hires, acquired firms, etc. In the process of collecting knowledge and creating the documentation, we have uncovered inefficiencies in the system, the disparate knowledge that exists in users, and will be better suited to drive consistency of use and understanding of the system.

- Training: lets us build the foundation of training and leveraging spek content for new hires, new offices

- Enterprise-wide training effort: building out content for additional systems (outside of the initial Salesforce content development) that are heavily used in our organization, from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With our team working remotely for the foreseeable future, they can now easily access instruction documentation without having to be on the remote desktop. What do you like best?

Spekit has tremendously helped us to document our processes in Salesforce and have allowed us to provide information to our users right in Salesforce without needing to log into a separate service or app. The team at Spekit has always been super responsive to us and have always been available whenever we have questions or feedback.
