Between the embedded Help Text Icons and the AI Sidekick, Spekit it makes it incredibly easy to delivery essential information to the call center agents I support. It can address common friction points for new hires and provide troubleshooting for error messages, allowing for more efficient resolution and freeing up the team leads, supervisors, and trainers to focus on other issues. Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. Sometimes I just wish I had discovered it earlier because it saves so much time!
