At Broils Consulting Group, using OpenEduCat has been a game changer. First, the student information and faculty modules mean we now have one place where everything lives student profiles, grades, attendance, history no more flipping through spreadsheets or paper files. That saves time every day, and reduces mistakes. The course planning, timetable, and exam-grading tools are solid: we can build curricula, schedule classes, and run assessments much more efficiently. It’s not perfect. We found the initial implementation requires decent technical knowledge or dedicated IT support setting up custom workflows, configuring reports, integrating modules takes time.
