I like a lot about Guru, especially the general look / vibe and the overall user experience. I find it relatively user-friendly, which makes it easier for our team to navigate. The ability to customize things, like the homepage or tagging items in searches, really stands out to me. It just looks nice for teams and helps ensure everyone knows exactly where to go to access the information they need.

I like that with Guru, every answer is backed up or justified with an article or help center, which helps ensure I'm on the right path in my job. I use it for work knowledge base to tackle complicated issues needing specific answers supported by articles.
