There is no way to view your portal configurations as a portal user when you are an admin. I sometimes want to make sure I am not over-exposing information and to do so, I had to make a separate gmail account and set it up like our customer users and have to swap between to check my configurations. At times, there are some configuration limitations in the customer-facing UI. For example, we’ve run into constraints when trying to change where the submission form appears or when rearranging required fields into different locations, although our setup is for an extremely specific use case. The concepts are presented very clearly, with no ambiguity about what each element represents—a feature is distinctly a feature, a requirement is unmistakably a requirement, and so on. Product management within the tool is straightforward and intuitive right from the start, yet it also offers the flexibility to explore more advanced features as needed. This tool was obviously designed with the entire software development lifecycle in mind, rather than simply being an overblown bug tracking system like some other well-known options.
