
I really appreciate how Hudu's company listens to users and continues adding features that are requested by the community. The platform is really stable, which is crucial for us as an MSP documenting IT for our customers. The flexible assets in Hudu are also a huge plus, as they are useful for documenting a variety of customer systems. Also, the initial setup of Hudu is very easy and straightforward, especially for someone who has used other documentation platforms before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The API doesn't have feature parity with the UI, making some tasks impossible to automate. Some features feel half-baked, or never fully realized, like Workflows which only have one possible action right now: Add flag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
