"Automating customer service in a cost effective way"

What do you like best?

Aivo is a great solution for providing basic customer service during times when we are not staffed. This has allowed me to significantly reduce my costs on weekend customer service (where the inflow is low, but I would normally have to pay a person to monitor the inflow all weekend). There is still a way to transfer a conversation to our "out of office" message if needed. I am hoping to use Aivo more and more as the system is used and it continues to learn.

What do you dislike?

Adding all of the knowledge and content into the dashboard is time-consuming. It also is a bit difficult to set up the conditional responses when you are first learning. That being said, I've always had quick responses when I reach out to my Aivo representative for help.

Recommendations to others considering the product

There is a lot of time and work required on the front end to get this running. I would recommend dedicating this task to someone who can focus on it- because they can probably knock it out in about a week. After that, it is easy to go in and add more knowledge.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This is a low-cost option for customer service. Eventually, it is also going to allow my human customer service representatives to deal with higher-level issues only (versus the basic "how do I log in" type questions). This has really helped with my staffing needs and is also showing that we are forward thinking in our technology. This is the first AI product we've used internally.

"Una experiencia única para el cliente y nosotros"

What do you like best?

Es una plataforma que no necesitas conocimiento previo en programación de bots, su dashboard de configuración y entendimiento es muy fácil de manejar y cada que involucro un agente nuevo como moderador del bot no se le dificulta aprender.

Puedes ingresas desde cualquier dispositivo movil para realizar un análisis rápido o bien cualquier computadora con acceso a Internet, en caso de un cambio rápido en el conocimiento del bot es muy facil realizar el cambio en la plataforma y actualizar a producción ya el cambio. Otro punto interesante es la integración que ya incluye a diferentes partner entre ellos zendesk quien por igual es nuestro aliado estratégico y entre las 2 cubro mis expectativas.

What do you dislike?

Sería algo bueno el poder tener una configuración secundaria del bot que haga la función de adquisición de leads por medio de un mapeo de preguntas y posibles respuestas. Actualmente tiene la habilidad conversacional, pero falta la parte seguir un orden de preguntas.

Busquen resolver todas sus dudas previamente antes de adquirir algún producto, asesoren con su agente de AIVO sobre los requerimientos de su empresa con los cuales buscar satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios.

Resolvemos la problemática de atención 24/7 ya que por nuestro giro de negocio, tenemos usuarios todo el día todos los días online y pueden presentar una situación de soporte técnico básico.

Dentro de los beneficios que tenemos esta el no depender de más capital humano ya que el bot puede operar sin problema infinidad de chats al mismo tiempo.

"Una experiencia excelente"

What do you like best?

Desde la plataforma de administración de bot al ser una aplicación muy sencilla de operar sin necesidad de tener experiencia previa en la administración de bots. Para el cliente final la interación es muy sencilla con el bot al tener un tiempo de respuesta menor al de una atención humana. En atención humana reducimos nuestros tiempos de atención de 5 Minutos a 1 Minutos promedio al responder preguntas repetitivas.

Por el momento no he tenido una mal experiencia que haga en mi un disgusto.

En mi experiencia con la plataforma AIVO ha sido de mi agrado. Es una herramienta muy poderosa para atención a clientes con la cual se puede ofrecer una atención de Calidad, Rapidez y Empatica. El bot pasa de ser un simple robot de respuestas a un robot con capacidad de respuesta múltiple gracias a la configuración manual que se puede realizar. Su herramienta de cobrowsing es impresionante y ahora en lugar de explicar al cliente como llegar a una ruta en la web o app, puede llevarte y dejarte en donde el cliente quería. Si buscas un proveedor de BOT para tu empresa tienes a AIVO con las 3B (Bueno, Bonito y Barato).

La atención al cliente de parte del equipo de Aivo, siempre acertivos y gentiles.

La información que me brinda el backend de la plataforma para mejorar el relacionamiento con clientes y sus experiencias como usuarios del chatbot.

What do you dislike?

Que el único proceso de integración que comenzamos, está resultando MUY lento, frustrante y complejo. La documentación al respecto es poco clara e intuitiva.

Los problemas de atención al cliente fuera de horario comercial y de sobrecarga horas hombre en el equipo de atención al cliente.

Los beneficios fueron la ampliación de la capacidad de atender consultas fuera de hora y la generación de un 25% adicional de respuestas a clientes y prospectos de manera robotizada.

"Recomendable"

What do you like best?

La facilidad en la implementación, el soporte de los equipos comerciales y técnicos. El acompañamiento a los objetivos convergentes y la posibilidad de hacer sinergia entre los desarrollos actuales y los futuros. La medición y los resúmenes mensuales de conversaciones para su control de pagos es otro diferencial a destacar. Recomiendo hacer el análisis a cualquier compañía de gran magnitud que requiera resolver grandes volúmenes de atención, y cuente con la operación de contenidos disponibles, que acompañe las novedades que sean de interés por parte de los usuarios de esta herramienta.

What do you dislike?

Alguna mejora en la interfaz gráfica sería recomendable. La versión actual implementada en el ecosistema de Telecom Argentina requiere de un update ya que la misma no responde a las últimas recomendaciones de UX, y no resulta del todo compatible con los manejos de sesión del sitio sobre el cual está montado.

"Excellent service: efficient, effective, simple, well predisposed."

What do you like best?

It has a very good customer service. The representative of Aivo (Nicolás Virga) who helps us is excellent. He is always well predisposed to attend our consultations, it is clear with the explanations provided and makes everything simple. The tool is also very simple and at the same time complete.

What do you dislike?

There is not something particular that disgusts me. Those points that sometimes did not work or had an error were quickly resolved so I would not consider them as something bad.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Aivo, through its tool, allows us to resolve many concerns of our customers in a much more agile and with less people since with only one person who programs the system is enough. Likewise, with many of the suggestions and features that can be added to the chat bot, we reduce complaints / claims from clients or correctly derive the possibilities of selling products.

"Un porveedor confiable"

What do you like best?

Aivo es un proveedor confiable, deberia mejorar la informacion y la capacitacion en sus herramientas pero en lineas generales cumple con las espectativas de servicio, cumple rapidamente con las demandas de nuevos servicios solicitados de manera atenta y positiva. Cuenta con un muy buen servicio decapaciotacion. Debe mejorar en la manera en la que comunica los cambios en las versiones en la herramienta y el motor semantico.

Los tiempos de respuesta y los pedidos constantes de integracion con diferentes herramientas, tambien la mension constante a soluciones brindadas en otras empresas.

"Great product with excellent support staff"

What do you like best?

UI is very intuitive and very easy to use. Once I was shown the correct way to set things up I found this very straight forward.

What do you dislike?

Some of the documentation on the Aivo website may need some updating, I found I had to annoy the Aivo staff a lot to get things set up and was not able to fully implement it myself.

"Buen aliado para estrategia de bots"

What do you like best?

• Facilidad de uso: no requiere ningún conocimiento técnico para utilizar. Permite acoplar elementos audiovisuales según lo permita cada canal. La configuración y mantenimiento es desde una misma plataforma sin tener que hacer una sola línea de código. Facilidad de uso en módulos.

• Hosteado en la nube

• Deployment instantáneo

• En español nativo: Muy pocas aplicaciones en el mercado, al momento que contratamos tenían español nativo integrado en el NLP.

• Relativa facilidad de conexión con otros canales: sms, chat, Facebook, etc.

• Relativa facilidad de conexión con otros servicios o aplicativos vía webservices.

• El trato es muy personalizado y el acompañamiento increíble. El equipo está disponible siempre para atender tus consultas, por más básicas que sean. Tienen mucha empatía con el cliente para entender las necesidades. Rescatamos el compromiso y profesionalismo de Leonardo Di Matteo en nuestra fase de onboarding.

What do you dislike?

• A pesar que la reportería es robusta para el mantenimiento y entrenamiento, se queda corta para decisiones estratégicas pues no tiene por ejemplo encuesta de satisfacción, reporte del customer journey.

• No hay elementos de Machine learning para combinar el trabajo manual con las capacidades de Machine Learning para entrenar el bot. Lo cual el entrenamiento se hace tedioso y poco eficiente.

• No tiene capacidades de contexto o intensiones ni de almacenar información de usuario para entender el contexto en las preguntas anidadas.

• Inflexibilidad de personalización. Entendemos que es un producto estándar y esa es la propuesta de valor (si fuera más personalizable no tendría la ventaja de ser tan fácil de usar). Sin embargo, nuestra organización si requiere de elementos de personalización para mejorar la experiencia de usuario en general y por ende requerimos de mayor flexibilidad.

• Algunos elementos de la interfaz de la ventana no se acoplan al estándar de la industria; y no se pueden cambiar.

• Poca claridad de avances e incumplimiento de fechas en general. El tiempo de respuesta no es el ideal para solicitar cambios medianos o grandes.

• Los cambios solicitados tienen muy alto tiempo de respuesta. En especial a medida que se va alejando del onboarding inicial. Como que se pierde la “prioridad”. No hay un equipo dedicado a la cuenta, sino que se comparten los recursos, por lo que el desarrollo no es tan ágil como se requiere.

"La herramienta es muy aplicable a la Atención al Cliente por medios digitales."

What do you like best?

La estructura de la plataforma es muy intuitiva y práctica tanto para los reportes como para la mejora de la estructura de preguntas y respuestas. El diseño del producto está hecho de tal forma que realmente el alcance de preguntas respondidas acorde a las expectativas de los Clientes (feedback positivo) es realmente muy buena.

No puedo decir mucho al respecto debido a que no observo que hayan aspectos que se puedan mejorar; entiendo que esto se debe principalmente a que es el único producto que conozco con esta funcionalidad.

El producto trae en sí mismo una buena consolidación del diccionario, lo que permite que fácilmente se pueda esquematizar el universo de preguntas y respuestas acorde a los requerimientos de cada negocio.

"Muy buena experiencia, super recomendable el servicio "

La plataforma cuenta con bastantes funciones, es de fácil manejo a la hora de gestión y se puede obtener mucha información de datos que permiten hacer foco en las consultas más frecuentes y mejorar la calidad de respuesta. Además contamos con soporte por parte del proveedor constante ante dudas/ propuestas/capacitaciones.

No se pueden exportar las formas de preguntar cargadas, y faltan algunos datos/complementos útiles en la plataforma.

Excelente empresa de servicio en implementación/mantenimiento/soporte y desarrollo de chatbot para optimizar la experiencia del usuario en la empresa.

Permite acortar los tiempos de atención al público, acompañar más al cliente a un estilo personalizado y confiable. Permite a través de diferentes polos de análisis, conocer mejor a los clientes o futuros clientes.

Con respecto a la empresa, este último tiempo valore la calidad de soporte a clientes, responden al instante las dudas, siendo claros, precisos y solucionandote el incoveniente. Además que disponen de un chat online para consultar.

Falta de información para los que usamos las herramientas (en especial sobre lenguaje, que es el motor del chat) La mayoría de los casos nos enterarnos por levantar una inconsistencia a soporte Aivo.

El principal motivo de calificar AIVO con 10 es valorando el producto en si. Los chatbots son una exclente herramienta para acompañar a nuestros clientes hacía una atención personalizada, rápida y eficaz.

Para la persona encargada de prooveer conocimiento al chat es fácil de gestionarla, más cómodo y un trabajo más cómodo con respecto a otros sobre atención al público.

Además de estos beneficios para el cliente y el gestor, las empresas pueden saber como se comunica el usuario, esta info le permite prevenir crisis, armar estrategias, y además su analytics renovado permite segmentar a usuarios por lugares, si son clientes recurrentes o no, etc.

"Close and commited"

What do you like best?

Working with Aivo is a breath of fresh air in an industry that tends to be squared and slow. The team is always up to any task with a solving attitude.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes working with diferent time gets a little in the way when working at different countries.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great company if you are a hands on client. Their aproach is very direct and focused on solving problems. Their tools have an excelent performance and can be scalated without any hicup.

We have been able to reduce the cost in our text support channel with little experience pain for our customers, even making it faster and better for a lot of intentions.

"Clever software + outstanding support"

What do you like best?

The concept of being able to train your bot is a creative feature. The ability to automate this is very convenient and a significant value to those in charge of making a chatbot useful to customers.

What do you dislike?

Some of the navigation can feel a bit dated. I would like to see some modern design updates for future releases. There have been some recent updates to the platform (market place content packages), so I expect to see more positive changes coming soon.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a small company that could be easily swamped if an excess of support issues come directly at us. As such, we are attempting to use the AIVO bot to deflect support inquiries. We aim to provide first-class support when our customers need answers, and it's AIVO that's helping us achieve this goal.

"A goal oriented company"

What do you like best?

This company is focused on delivering results in a timely manner. In a regional environment which is key to the success of the business plan they present to their clients since their AI in LATAM countries must have to be as regionalized as possible.

What do you dislike?

since they are a niche company, they tend to not be a cost comprehensive company. The Time-To-Market is really poor. And is not a incident solving goal oriented company.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are starting on your digitalization strategy, Aivo will certainly help you over. In terms of chatbots they are certainly your best option to choose to launch your first dialog automations.

What do you like best?

Lo dinámica que es la herramienta y de fácil utilización para los usuarios y administradores. Permite un rápido seguimiento de los casos como de acceso a información que uno necesita para la operación diaria. La herramienta permite la adecuación a las necesidades actuales, trabajando en las preguntas y respuestas y cantidad de interacciones simultáneas que un operador podría atender.

What do you dislike?

Podría tener mayores reportes o estadísticas o bien mas customizables dependiendo las necesidades de la comopañía o del sector que está interactuando con la herramienta. No es lo mismo lo que un administrador de un área por ejemplo de contact center quisiera visualizar, que lo que podría necesitar desde el área de canales digitales. Cada sector dependiendo de sus necesidades, debería poder armar sus propias estadísticas o reportes, para trabajar sobre ellos.

Atención a clientes a través del Chatbot. Los beneificios son los de captación rápdida de clientes que navegan por la web, como así también la autoconsulta y gestión de dichos clientes, o bien cuando bot transfiere la comunicación a un operador, ese cliente si quedó satisfecho con la herramienta ya utiliza éste medio de contacto como habitual para futuras consultas o interacciones con la compañía. Si la herramienta es ágil y las respuestas apropiadas, captamos mas clientes por ese medio.

1) Very easy to learn

What do you dislike?

1) Insufficient ability for the system to recognize short exact match user inputs like: [price list]

For example, if the user types "price list", it may be answered by a different response, like "How old is your price list?" there is no surefire way to assign a specific answer to a short exact phrase typed by the user.

2) The system does not recognize numbers very well. For example, if the user types, "I'd like more info on your 2.99% offer," the system doesn't know that 2.99% is a number (rate). If it recognized numbers better, we could add more specific responses based on the user's entered number.

"Awesome on-boarding experience with Jordan Cowell"

What do you like best?

Jordan was on track with our entire onboarding process and followed up on our questions in a timely manner. I learned a lot from her.

What do you dislike?

There are still some functions that we haven't explored but also some limitations on the data we would like to collect (phone number vs emails).

What do you like best?

The Administration User interface is very good, the reports are very easy to use and provide to necessary information.

What do you dislike?

Nothing in particular. May be de chat pop-up is not very likely in order to the look & feel, but in general the product meet with our expectatives.

Continue working in that direction and strengthen the integrations with social networks.

We were able to replace and move commercial channles from humans to bot, reducing notoriusly the cost per channel.

"Learns quickly"

What do you like best?

The ability for the AI bot the learn and improved responses to our end client. And the ease of which we can make changes to improve those services level.

What do you dislike?

overall, there is very little that I dislike about the system. But if I am being picky... sometimes the bot seems to get confused and presents a response to the client out of left field.

Me gusta mucho la forma de presentación del BOT, es muy dinámico y amigable a la vista del cliente permitiendo fácilmente la interacción.

Por ahora no he encontrado un campo en la que haya encontrado una oportunidad de mejora en la herramienta.

Por ahora estamos desarrollando un BOT que permita la atención de al menos 50 mil consultas durante el periodo de matrícula, con lo que esperamos que la herramienta ayude apalancar la mayoría de estas sin la necesidad de derivar aun asesor.

"Chatbot integration with our Customer Platforms"

What do you like best?

We integrated Aivo platform in Facebook Messenger so we had to deal with restrictions in interactions. At the same time, Aivo platform and team was flexible to extend capabilities to integrate chatbot integrations to our custoner platform.

What do you dislike?

Aivo platform environments (dev, staging) during integration testing and user acceptance test were unstable so we had delays in finishing those activities.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our objective is to give our customer new alternatives to use our products and the idea is to extend this integration with Aivo to other social apps.

With the chatbots the customer can check their invoice anytime any day, improving the customer satisfaction and the response time.

We did not have any problem with Aivo, htey are very professional.

Lo mejor es la posibilidad de analizar la información a diario, entendiendo el flujo de clientes y la derivación de las consultas.

pese a ser muy útil, es tedioso el estar a diario alimentando la información del bot y corrigiendo el proceso, que se hace largo.

What do you like best?

The support team is great! Very good at conducting training and supporting what we need

It would be great to meet the team in person - we currently liaise with folks in South America and the US

Decrease the workload in repetitive responses. Artificial intelligence and feedback

Really from our experience we have no complaints. Maybe improve the logic of the way of asking. But the system is very intuitive
