What do you like best about Aivo?

Immediate support and ease of use. Having the help is a manual that is easily accessible and with videos and images of its implementation. From the customer's perspective, it is very easy to use and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aivo?

The fact of not being able to copy the same format, the bold text is always lost when copying and it's a bit tedious. There are some data that are not visible in the downloaded files, and that means I have to download several files. For example, if I want labels from 2 channels out of a total of 4, I have to download one from one channel and another from another because there is no differentiation of channels in the file that is downloaded. What do you like best about Aivo?

The amount of features one can add to the intents (videos, buttons, links, etc.)

Being able to track who, when, and what changes are made to intents.

Being able to download and manage session and interaction data, etc.

What do you dislike about Aivo?

Losing the formatting of my intent´s content when I paste it into AgentBot from a different place (emojis can become huge, words in bold become regular font and paragraph spacing is lost).

Could use some more emojis! Many from WhatsApp are not supported when an intent´s content is saved.

What do you like best about Aivo?

What do you like best about Aivo?

What do you like best about Aivo?

That it is easy to feed the answers and easy to navigate through the menus.

The response times of the bot in operation are extremely fast and clear for all our customers. Additionally, if customers have any spelling mistakes, the bot identifies them without issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aivo?

That I can't have WhatsApp open to monitor it from the application itself. I have to go to the application to check if the conversation is completed, unlike Facebook and Instagram, which I can monitor in real-time from my mobile phone.
