Beyond this being able to lean on solid predesigned templates when smashing out content has been really helpful. As with all things ecommerce/ shopify it can get a little complicated when you have multiple apps/ theme conflicts and other issues that can cause problems, however their team have always been really efficient at getting back to help with integration. When i've managed to mess something up so much they have had to custom code something, they're on hand and have sorted it within the hour for me. As a stand alone ecommerce operator with multiple sites, support like that makes a huge difference as ultimately it can make or break your website and sales. Having now been using them for a few years on two seperate websites, it's great to see it still here and how much more refined it has become. One thing i'm yet to work out (Though it's likely more a me problem than them) is the best worfklow for optimising image size and ease of image alt text alterations when used as a background image.
