**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

I like that Ordergroove is really easy to use and it's pretty much plug and play for a Shopify merchant. I appreciate that they make a ton of updates and really listen to their merchants, updating the product accordingly. My Ordergroove CSM, Zach, feels like an extension of our internal team, always thinking about ways we can improve our program, delight our users with subscription perks, and maintain the best user experience in a subscription tool.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

The only comments I would say on improvement are in their more newly released features. Which Ordergroove aggressively follows through on. For example, the SKU swap feature is really awesome but still being optimized. When you have a large catalog, there's limitations in how you're presenting the different categories of products to your end user. It could get overwhelming when they are trying to cancel their subscription, and we're suggesting they instead swap the product. It would be a nicer experience to guide them to a suitable alternative. Ordergroove already had that iteration on their radar when we mentioned it as a merchant.

**What problems is Ordergroove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ordergroove helps us optimize our subscription program, allows us to maintain the best discounts for subscribers when we have sitewide sales, ensures a top user experience, and integrates seamlessly with Shopify.

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

I really appreciate Ordergroove's customer support. Having a dedicated representative and a responsive help desk is incredibly useful for our lean team. I also value having access to their project managers and the willingness of Ordergroove to include us in alpha and beta tests. This support helps us troubleshoot issues, build out roadmaps, and create business cases effectively. The initial setup was also easy, which made getting started with Ordergroove a smooth experience.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

Some updates must go through the Ordergroove support team instead of having a self-serve option. There are specific promotional logics that don't always work with how we set up promotions in Shopify. It would be great to schedule updates too.

**What problems is Ordergroove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ordergroove provides an auto-refill subscription program and analytics, supporting our lean team with dedicated support to troubleshoot, build roadmaps, and create business cases.

We've had a fantastic experience working with Ordergroove. Their customer service is truly top notch—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to support our goals.

One of the most valuable aspects of the platform is its analytics capabilities. The insights we’re able to gain into our subscription program performance have been instrumental in helping us identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Ordergroove has proven to be a reliable, strategic partner in growing and optimizing our subscription channel. Highly recommend for teams looking to scale with the support of both smart technology and an attentive team behind it.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

There currently are not many disadvantages.  We have some integration issues at times, but it is more on our tech side with a custom platform.  Even with these issues, Ordergroove is always there to support and help solution.

**What problems is Ordergroove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer Retention and Loyalty - The Ordergroove platform has made it easier to build recurring relationships, which is driving stronger customer lifetime value.
Program Performance Visibility - Ordergroove's analytics tools give us actionable insights.  We have been able to spot friction points and optimize accordingly.

Due to this, we have seen increased subscription retention and have been able to make better decisions with the use of real-time data.  We are also beginning to leverage that data to have stronger alignment between marketing and operations.

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

I have been working with Ordergroove for roughly a year and a half to help drive and manage our flavor subscription program. Over this time, they have been one of the most responsive and hands on services that my team  has worked with. Whether submitting a support ticket myself, or reaching out with emails, or having regular check ins, I have never been met with an unsatisfactory response.

Since partnering with them, we have acquired over 7k new subscribers and have driven hundreds of thousands in revenue! We also went through a massive rebranding process in the past few months, and Ordergroove was more than helpful to help us with any pivots we had to make and/or communications that we needed to think about.

As we've fine tuned our subscription program since launch, one of our findings was that we needed to adjust our subscription program pricing model. Through multiple ideas and iterations, Ordergroove stayed on track with go-live dates, helping to grandfather in specific subscribers, and creating custom promotions for us!

As we continue to grow our subscription program, I'm looking forward to expanding into other eligible products that our brand offers! Additionally, I am looking forward to testing different ways to improve customer retention in our program and subsequently, maximize our customer LTV.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

My ONLY dislike about Ordergroove is the fact that they aren't able to give customers a discount on their very first subscription purchase, they only handle the recurring purchases. Not a huge deal as we have since worked with our dev team to find a workaround that ties together with Ordergroove, but it would have made life just a tad bit easier.

**What problems is Ordergroove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our CMS has no out of box subscription feature, and when we got into the consumable market (within beverage), they allowed us to offer a seamless subscription service with a fraction of the work.

As a result, we have thousands of customers who are subscribed and provide recurring revenue to the business!

The support is very responsive, friendly and adaptive. Our needs for the platform are a little bit different to the standard use case and the support team are great at responding promptly and talking through any issues and possible solutions.

The admin dashboard to manage the subscriptions is a bit clunky. Logging in can be a pain, and there's less control over things like automated emails than I would like.

We needed a solution that integrated with BigCommerce to offer automated annual renewal on specific membership products. Ordergroove handles this need for us.

The platform makes it easy to access and run reports, compare and analyze data, and observe the performance of subscription programs. The Ordergroove customer support has been very reliable so far, and they have been responsive to our needs. They have also provided accurate tools and tips for growth, strategy, and success. The recent addition of features, such as disengaged subscriptions, has helped our service operate smoothly.

Accessing customer profiles to change subscriptions is a bit clunky. The integrations to our custom website platform are not seamless, making some functions not run as smoothly.

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

We've been a client for a few years with Ordergroove. They've helped us reframe our subscription value propositions, pricing tiers, and overarching strategy that has resulted in double-digit growth of our program in the last year. The shining star of Ordergroove is Valentina Barron, our most recent Ordergroove rep. In all my time at DWC, we've never had such a hands-on rep who dedicates her time to helping us problem-solve and grow. I truly can't say enough good things about Valentina — she's made our experience with Ordergoove substantially better.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

Oftentimes support tickets tell us to work with Shopify and vice versa, putting us in a tough spot when trying to troubleshoot. This often results in custom coding or other fixes to make sure things are functioning properly.

**What problems is Ordergroove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ordergroove is helping us grow our DTC subscription base in a tough DTC environment. This is increasing our monthly recurring revenue and building very loyal customers.

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

OrderGroove has such an easy and intuitive platform to use. The support we've received has been amazing and we love our CSM. Shoutout to Sam! The product is great for our business and they are always coming out with new tools, whether it's creating a better UI, offering new ways to sell or adding new and useful analytics. If we ever have a technical issue on our end, the OrderGroove team is very quick to help us resolve it.

I don't really have many disadvantages. There are probably some additional features in their integrations that could be useful, but OrderGroove is always working on updates.

We're able to offer our customer a new and more efficient way to shop. As prices and shipping costs rise, it gives us a sense of security knowing that we have this easy option to turn to.

We have an excellent account team who has helped us recently relaunch our subscription program. They helped us through what was needed for all of our custom wants and needs leading to a booming success of a launch helping us drive up subscription sign ups by about 60% compared to prior performance of an already successful subscription program.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

I do wish there was more controls and analytics with thier email notifications to customers, but they do have an open api we will be using to pass events to our own CRM system which we'll handle in the near future.

Helping us drive up sales, unlocking the ability for recurring discounts, and reducing churn.

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

The team at Ordergroove have been extremely helpful to help us onboard us, taking the time to work with our development team on the customisations we've need to make, sharing insights and training us on the platform. We had a very complex subscription service to migrate and it's been an extremely smooth process throughout. The integration was on time and supported the whole way through. 
The system itself have made huge improvements to the business already with how easy it is to manage, report and track subscriptions, and we've been able to empower customers finally to manage their own subscriptions which has reduced our internal resource on the project which has been a huge win for us.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

So far the only downside we've come across is the support hours aren't great for UK working hours, which isn't always ideal and in future it would be great to get visibility of the transactional email log & better reporting on those so we can see who has opened or clicked on a reminder email for example.

**What problems is Ordergroove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a number of issues with our previous subscription set up, primarily that our customers were unable to manage the subscription themselves which meant a lot of internal resource was dedicated to managing subscriptions and requests from customers, not giving a good experience. It's giving us the ability to give customers to manage their own subscriptions, our reporting has got far better to get a view of subscriptions, we've improved subscription communications with OG transactional emails and making it far easier for us to make changes when needed. We've been able to automate a few processes on the back of this as well.

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

Ordergroove is helping us extend the lifetime value of our customers and has been a great guide in securing a recurring revenue stream. Overall, I would say the subscription experience they provide is pretty frictionless. The customer support is very responsive and timely when we have questions or issues arise. I would also say the ever growing analytic platform they have has been very insightful. We also had a recent customer success manager change and that transition has been pretty seemless.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

One pain point was the initial integration. It was a lot of trial and error and feel like their documentation could be a little more detailed. There aren't many out of the box promotion options and many ideas we've come up with have required development work. We did have an issue some time after our launch about recurring orders not getting placed and we weren't aware of the issue until our AM reached out to our team about it. It would be helpful for Ordergroove to have some type of email notification for when initial or recurring orders aren't getting successfully placed or X% are failing.

Ordergroove provides a subscription service that gives our customers the option and ability to manage and subscribe to certain products on a recurring basis of their choosing. It also allows us to manage that consumer base and track the analytics of all subscription data on their RC3 platform.

One of things I like most about Ordergroove is their customer centric mindset and partnership. Our client success managers are really great at what they do and take a personal approach when making recommendations to improve our subscription program. 

The whole support team is very responsive and always quick to resolve an issue. I've found working with them to be very easy and collaborative.

There isn't anything that I dislike about Ordergroove that would apply to a general audience.

We use Ordergroove for Subscription Management and are currently looking to improve our subscriber retention and renewals. Ordergroove has improved their reporting dashboard and it is now easier to see a holistic view of the program at any given time. This is helpful with identifying opportunities and developing parts of/re-defining our program.

Ordergroove manages all day to day aspecs of our consumers subscription program, making it a hands-free and painless process for our company. Subscriptions are a relatively new program for Kodiak. We originally signed on with a competitor and had many challenges getting the program launched and configured properly. Making the switch to Ordergroove was a great decision for Kodiak. Their support throughout the set up and post-launch has been so helpful. They continue to help us optimize our program. The team is always there to offer valuable recommendations and new tools to further enhance our subscription program.

The SMI portal can be difficult for customers to navigate and update their information. The setup and ongoing changes without developer support have been challenging for our team.

**What problems is Ordergroove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kodiak has a strong, loyal brand following. We wanted to find a way to give back to these high repeat customers while remaining profitable. Ordergroove gives us this opportunity while providing robust back-end analytics so we understand our business and customer on a deeper level.

We are in constant communication with our success manager and the team is always extremely quick to respond with solutions and assistance.  The RC3 analytics platform is very easy to use and insightful.  The reporting platform is always enhancing which helps us gain valuable and actionable insights into managing our program.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

We struggle with finding a solution for discontinued items and would be interested in a more automated process that can provide recommended products in the SMI and via email when an item is soon-to-be-discontinued.

The customer support is top-notch to say the least - always responsive and the willingness to innovate is unmatched.

Right now the subcription email communications are limited, so it would be great to see a few enhancements made with this feature, but this is a minor point in comparison to the overall excellence of Ordergroove.

Ordergroove's easy-to-use analytics have given us profound insights into our customer behavior that were we unable to decipher before integrating with Ordergroove. We can now update our offerings and marketing strategies with a data-backed strategy, resulting in a higher customer retention rate and overall conversion rate.

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

Implementing Ordergroove allowed the business to efficiently handle a large volume of subscriptions. During the implementation, the Ordergroove team collaborated closely with us to address these challenges, resulting in significant productivity improvements. Additionally, got access to ordergroove console to check how the subscription modal works and specially when we have customization needs and it can be done without any hesitation directly in ordergroove platform.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

Although the integration between Ordergroove and Salesforce Commerce Cloud remains smooth, it's important to ensure that specific APIs are configured accurately on both the Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Ordergroove ends. Ordergroove provides its own cartridge for this seamless integration, which should be regularly updated.

**What problems is Ordergroove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leveraging Ordergroove will empower the business to efficiently oversee a large volume of subscriptions, leading to a substantial reduction in the time spent by my customer team on rectifying errors and updating customer information.

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

A great combination of full service offering with flexibility including tech support and strategic account management. OG feels like an extension of the team and empower technical, marketing and operational users to create better experiences for the customer. Further, in past 18 months the OG solution has rolled out 3 material improvements for our team which required near 0 technical time to upgrade and utilize - our OG account management team spend 1on1 time with our team to introduce and train on these new features and we used them immediately -  this sort of support is key to our succes.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

All software solutions have pros and cons but our experience has been that OG is keeping us focused on the key ways to support the customer - further the tools have been effective in reducing the effort spent in managing items, order and discontinues by over 1000 hours in year one - so the limits really are outweighed by the benefits.

We need a comphrensive solution that worked with Shopify reducing the technical and feature creation cost in our past - OG provides a evolving solution that allows us to stay current on common offering in subscription commerce.

The most helpful thing that I've found in OrderGroove is the customer support they offer. Karen, our Customer Success Manager, consistently goes above and beyond to lock arms with our business in order for us to grow our business. With Karen's support, we've been able to identify key pain points that needed resolution. As a result, our customers have a better experience and our revenue keeps climbing.

Our team is very competitive with others in our industry, so we are pushing for a detailed analytics report/dashboard that is tailored to our needs. Another pain point of OG is that we see several of the functionalities geared towards a specific order management system that we do not use. We're excited for the 2023 roadmap and things to come, but wish better features were available to our eCommerce platform

Subscriptions have been a game-changer for us in bringing in repeat customer revenue. Everyone on the Ordergroove team has been so helpful and knowledgeable. We're really happy with Ordergroove and we're excited for our subscription program to keep growing.

The automated email functionality could be better. They have a Klaviyo integration for more customized email templates, but we are mainly using Attentive for email now. I'd love to see an integration for that in the future.

Ordergroove is helping us retain repeat customers and generate more revenue by offering discounts for subscription orders. It's a great retention tool and our program is steadily growing!

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

Using Ordergroove enabled my business to manage tens of thousands of subscriptions at scale and significantly dropped the time my customer team spent on fixing errors/updating customer details. 

Working in the CPG space, where there are frequent product code changes - the Ordergroove team worked with my business relentlessly to resolve such issues and unlock massive productivity gains. 

We also saw an uplift in subscription conversion, and the integration into various other tools like Salesforce Marketing cloud really helped the migration/onboarding process.

Not a lot, really - you just have to be an enterprise-level customer to be using Ordergoove - but that's all.

**What do you like best about Ordergroove?**

Ordergroove has been the best subscription partner we have worked with for Customer UX.  Customers are able to make any and all changes that they would like. They can add or remove items, delay or pause shipments and add items as one-time add-ons to shipments.  The functionalities offered to the customers has allowed for better retention in our program and helped us grow our subscriber base to the strongest we have seen since offering subscriptions.  We are very pleased with the customer UX.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

We have not found the UX on the backend for us to be as seamless. Integrating into our Big Commerce store was far more time-consuming and costly than we had anticipated.  Many enhancements and changes that we look to make require custom work or exports and imports instead of being achieved easily inside the backend. There are also limitations with integrating with our full E-Commerce tech stack and other integrations.  We like to have our integrations work together and speak to one another as much as possible for a more cohesive experience for customers. This is less of a request and more of an expectation as we add new APPS and integrations to our store. They are working on some updates on some of the more popular systems, but I do feel like they are slightly behind in this regard at this time.

We knew we needed to add subscriptions to our tool bag, but finding and choosing the right partner was a task in and of itself. I am pleased to say that Ordergroove was the perfect fit for us. The set-up process was a bear; however, because of our existing Shopify apps and technology, Ordergroove did a fantastic job integrating and owning. My dislike is less Ordergroove specific and more around the set-up process in general—all of which Ordergroove did a fantastic job holding my hand through it and getting us launched through all the mini projects needed.

We have found that the customer support with Ordergroove is amazing! Our Customer Success Manager Dan has been proactive in helping address retention struggles and identifying areas of opportunity for us. We receive responses to concerns timely from tier 1 support. We've been able to redesign key features of our website quickly to make for a better UX.

**What do you dislike about Ordergroove?**

The back-end functionality has vastly improved over the years with new reporting and analytic features. We find that because Big Commerce isn't a priority, that native connections are available making building retention difficult. Daily user navigation, specifically searching customers, tends to be glitchy and requires multiple re-freshes to display the user. Our team heavily uses this platform and the constant time-outs, sometimes in the middle of assisting customers, can also be frustrating.

Partnering with Ordergroove took our subscription experience to the next level. We were previously working with a different subscription provider but running into layers of issues, especially as our business grew quickly and we needed a partner who could help us scale. Ordergroove helped us enable a better subscriber experience that resulted in a much higher customer lifetime value. We also saw a drastic reduction in the number of support calls we get from subscribers after migrating to Ordergroove.

We think of the Ordergroove team as an extension of our team.  They are as invested in our success as we are and they are excellent partners.  Together we have worked really hard on growing our subscription program and we are definitely reaping the benefits.

Ordergroove doesn't have every out of the box integration that many of the plug and play Shopify tools have.  The integrations can require a little development more work than some of the others, but for us the customization and platform capabilities are worth it.

We really value the instant upsell feature as it allows our subscribers to add our wide selection of seasonal items to their next subscription order, especially offering our subscribers a 10% off discount to any add-on products, ensuring they are feeling like our VIP customers.

The way Ordergroove manages the product catalog is a bit outdated, having to upload a csv each time we want to make an update is a bit of a task. However, they are actively working on making this process much easier. They also always want to hear feedback from us directly to make sure they know exactly we are looking for from them which is really appreciated.

We havent faced any issues till now.Their support seems slower. They should improve the response time. Merchants cannot be waiting forerver for the emails and clarifications.

Our account team has been helpful, and it does what it needs to - processes orders into Shopify, triggers automated emails, allows for frequency changes, skipped weeks, etc., but outside of the basics there isn't much to make it stand out.

They have very few out of the box integrations other than Shopify and Klaviyo, which handcuffs us a bit in terms of data/reporting, and advanced strategic initiatives.

Have a list of wants and must haves and compare other services. I previously used wooCommerce and it seemed to have better functionality  and capability.  Consider what other integrations may be involved as well like your e-commerce platform.

This system  manages our subscriptions and we use it with our Big Commerce platform.  Ordergroove has some reporting features but my main use is related to customer service.  I can adjust frequency and quantity and update payment info.

Order Groove handles recurring orders and payments of the same. So business does not have worry about user's subscription, it will be integrated with your APIs.

The OG team does not respond quickly when we have any queries or we want some UI changes to our subscription page. But it can vary depending on who is taking care of the request. Others may have a better experience with the support team, I am putting in, what I experienced.

Time, effort and resources are required for Auto-Delivery orders (Subscription). OG is handling that on their side to give users a better experience. Also they keep cache on their server for faster loading.
