Seamless Shopify Integration, But Needs Better Reporting
I like Okendo's seamless Shopify integration as it works deeply with Shopify, including metafields and themes, which makes it flexible to design around the brand. I also find the segmentation and automation features powerful. We switched from Reviews.io due to the better support and appealing features that Okendo offers. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

I like the look of the review widget and the customization to make it more on brand. Overall, really great support from their team when you have a question or issue. They're always quick to respond and help. The ability to offer different rewards for text/photo/video reviews is great. I like the quiz but would love more options there (design and functionality). Overall a great platform, easy to use. Migration was super easy and team was very helpful in making sure all of our reviews transferred over correctly.
