I use Okendo for reviews and referrals. It's very easy to use and intuitive to set up. Reviews are grouped per product, making them easy to access. Customers receive a fully-branded email after their purchase, and we can set up flows to remind them to review us if they don't do it right away. The reviews look great on our product page and have everything we need, including photos. I appreciate that we can personalize all the touch points with our customers and add our branding to them, so everything we send out feels very Pistakio-ey. We're really particular about our brand identity, and Okendo allows us to add our brand colors and fonts to every touchpoint, which is extremely important for us. We switched from Klaviyo reviews to Okendo because Klaviyo didn't offer all the customization that Okendo has, which we were looking for.

I like the support we get from our account manager at Okendo. They are always keeping us up to date and answering any inquiries we might have, making it easier for our users to have access to view reviews.

Incredible customer service - from the initial discovery call all the way to onboarding and launch (thanks to Joe and Garrett). The UI is transparent, user friendly, our CX team needed very little onboarding.
