Okendo’s platform is super user-friendly. The subscription widget is easy to set up and looks beautiful, and the Quizzes and Surveys are great for collecting customer feedback and driving sales. It also has a great Klaviyo integration that really helps us target customers and is super helpful for our team. Their support team is always there to help, whether through chat or email. We rarely have any problems, but when we do, they jump in quickly to help and fix things. Our account manager is amazing, and if you need any kind of migration (we’ve done one for Quizzes) they do all the heavy lifting so you don’t have to worry. The whole team always listens to our feedback whenever we need something changed or improved 🙌 We’ve been working with Okendo for over 6 years, and it really makes our job easier. We’re really happy with the platform and the team behind it ❤️
