We recently rolled out Okendo's Reviews product and the onboarding process was really smooth. Our CSM was on top of it, walked us through setup step by step, and was quick to answer questions along the way. The platform itself is intuitive and integrated well into our existing workflow, and the review widgets look great on our site.

I like that Okendo displays customer reviews in a dynamic way and includes images of customers. I also appreciate the AI summary review feature. The platform helps us with conversion rates by showcasing real customer reviews and user-generated content. I really like the product grouping and bundle grouping features, and I enjoy being able to moderate reviews. The ability to sync with other tools is great, and I especially appreciate the account management where we often get new tools and ways to optimize our widgets. I love the back-end platform and the user experience, which is very easy to use.
