The Reviews feature is great for collecting authentic customer feedback and photos that we can use as social proof on our website and in ads. It's reassuring for customers to know others have purchased, which builds their confidence in their purchases. The Surveys tool is very helpful for making product development decisions and understanding what people are looking for. I also like the Referrals feature because it allows our customers to be brand advocates by sharing their love for the brand and products.
