It's user-friendly and I like that you can automate reporting so that we can easily distribute around the company as needed. They just released a UGC Analytics feature which is also very insightful and we can easily see what our customers are saying about us at a glance which is something we have been wanting for a long time. There's not much I dislike with them, but I do wish we could put image galleries on other pages other than just the PDP's. We have a lot of category pages that could really benefit from bringing in what the customers are saying about us on those pages as well to entice them to explore the products further. Power Reviews has been a good asset for our company since we launched. On the customer side of things, their account Customer Success team is always happy to assist with needs and help navigate the ins-and-outs of the platform. We've seen a big uptick in review traffic since transitioning over from our previous site-based review system) and the Q&A is a nice feature to have available for our consumers. We also really like the concept of the word count slide, prompting reviewers to add just a little more detail to their reviews, making for stronger, more engaging content overall. I would love to see more communication/customization within our review platform itself. We may be limited based on our current Power Reviews package, but adding in a comment box to each review (to note why a review has been unpublished internally, for example) would be really useful for our review team. It would allow multiple users to engage with the platform and note when we follow up internally with customers for more information, keeping a record of our interactions and reminding us to prompt for an updated review. I love the interface of the backend and the ability to customize it on the front end for product landing page visual consistency. We have customized our pages extensively to give a seamless consumer journey. I like how the PowerReviews team has consistently strived to improve their platform and software. I don't like that the platform doesn't support metadata and that the content isn't native on the page harming SEO, it looks great but wish it was benefitting our SEO efforts more. The marketing team used PowerReviews to allow customers to review products purchased on our website. PowerReviews was used across the entire company but mainly focused on the marketing and merchandising team. It was a helpful and necessary platform since customer reviews are extremely important to have for an online retail company. Power review needs to improve the segmentation of candidates for product seeding. Getting a critical mass of customers to participate in PowerReviews is critical to the success of the program. What I love most about PowerReviews is the dashboard/interface. It is easy to use and navigate, has all the important tools in eyesight, and just looks miles better than those clunky services we've used in the past. The thing I don't like is the product feed setup. It takes some time and is finicky if you go about making many changes. I am not crazy about the ticketing support system. I don't have a dedicated rep I can email or call when I have an issue. A lot of services have gone to the ticket system though, so I just buck up and deal with it. We have a fair bit of customizing we can do, but there is a lot that is still "global" settings that we cannot change. I prefer to be able to tweak the look and use more, but I'm not crying about it. You are unable to sort Unanswered Q&A by time, ex: change to oldest to newest instead of newest first. email notifications of Q&A are not clickable, so when notified by email you have to search for the Q&A in the dashboard to answer instead of one click taking you directly to the question.
