**What do you like best about Stay AI?**

What I like best about Stay AI is how it makes subscription management feel simple and flexible without adding a lot of operational overhead. It’s easy to set up, but more importantly, it actually gives customers control over their subscriptions in a way that reduces support tickets and churn. Things like skipping, pausing, or adjusting orders are intuitive for the customer, which takes pressure off the team and keeps the experience smooth.

I also like how well it integrates with Shopify, so subscription data doesn’t feel separate from the rest of the business. It keeps everything connected in one ecosystem, which makes reporting and customer visibility a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Stay AI?**

What I dislike about Stay AI is that while it’s generally easy for customers to use, some of the backend configuration can feel a bit rigid or less intuitive than I’d like. Certain subscription rules or flows take more tweaking than expected, and it can take some trial and error to get everything behaving exactly how we want. It works well once it’s dialed in, but the setup and edge cases can feel a little less straightforward than the rest of the Shopify ecosystem.

**What problems is Stay AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What Stay AI is solving for me is the complexity and friction that usually comes with managing subscriptions in ecommerce. Instead of subscriptions feeling like a separate, clunky system, it brings everything into a more streamlined experience where customers can easily manage their own orders, whether that’s skipping, pausing, or adjusting frequency. That reduces a lot of manual support work and cuts down on churn caused by frustration or confusion.

**What do you like best about Stay AI?**

I like that customers can easily manage their subscriptions and that it is also easy for me and my team to manage

**What do you dislike about Stay AI?**

There are limitations in reporting/analytics on Stay. It can show churn rate by day but I had to manually calculate churn rate by month.

It was also difficult to filter subscribers by product.

**What problems is Stay AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stay helps me to manage my DTC subscription service and it allows customers to easily manage their own subscriptions

I think the CSM team is great, and they’ve been very helpful in supporting my brand.

The dashboard and reporting features could be improved to make them clearer and more useful.

We’re working to increase our retention rate, and some features—like the punch card—have really helped.

They're constantly thinking about ways to improve a subscriber's exprience and we have a great line of communication with the team.

**What do you dislike about Stay AI?**

Any concerns we've ever had have always been addressed quickly so at the moment there's nothing I can really dislike.

**What problems is Stay AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a subscription box so virtually all of our business relies on Stay. Approaching 8 figures in ARR and Stay has been able to support our growth with zero issues. We're able to grow and deliver a great subscription without worrying about the backend tech or having to spend time fixing things so we can focus on growing the business.

I think the features and customer service they offer is top notch! We switched our Shopify Store subscriptions over from another provider to Stay Ai and are extremely happy we did!

**What do you dislike about Stay AI?**

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. We did have to educate a few customers on how to access their portal, but that was more about our customers not being the most tech savvy

**What problems is Stay AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has increased our average order value, and their subscription dashboard makes managing subscriptions so easy. We have received great feedback from our customers!

They have the best features and team. They're constantly innovating and have an exceptional CEO who is extremely good at building subscription products that help brands grow.

Nothing comes to mind. They have been really helpful with any issues come up!

Stay helps us grow our subscriber base and then retain those customers for a long time. As we all know, LTV is so important and Stay helps us get great numbers!

It shows you everything! From order history to history itself. All traces are visible.

**What do you dislike about Stay AI?**

It's color. Pink doesn't really suit the purpose of StayAI

Subscription Management: The traceability of all the actions done by the client and system are easily accessible. Making it very convenient.
