"One-Stop Solution for Social Media Management"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I love that Hootsuite is a one-stop shop for managing social media across multiple platforms. This feature greatly simplifies my work, allowing me to create content, track its performance, and decide on the best times to post, all within the same tool. As a writer, I find immense value in its ability to make my content more attention-grabbing and help avoid repetition, ensuring that my posts maintain audience interest. With my numerous responsibilities, Hootsuite's ease of use makes the social media management aspect of my job much less stressful. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and supplementary seminars I attended were highly informative, enhancing my use of the platform. I also appreciate how Hootsuite outperforms Meta, making it my preferred choice. My confidence in Hootsuite is solidified by my perfect recommendation score of 10, as I've already referred it to many colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I have trouble editing things after posting sometimes, but it's not a deal-breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The only scheduling tool that doesn’t make me feel overwhelmed"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

When I open it in the morning at The Social Blend, everything just sits there waiting, like the day took a breath before I did. The calendar helps me see the whole week in a single glance, which sounds simple, and maybe it is, but it’s the kind of simple that makes my brain feel less tangled. I can tweak an Instagram caption, jump to a LinkedIn version, adjust a photo, keep the flow going without losing the idea I started with. The Listening tab feels like a quiet assistant in the corner catching mentions I’d probably miss while I’m buried in content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

There are these moments when I’m hunting for one tiny metric and I end up clicking around longer than I meant to. It breaks the rhythm. The ads side is fine, just not something I move through easily, so I still check things on the native platforms. And the cost nudges at me a bit when I’m handling several clients at once. "Hootsuite keeps my tiny agency organized"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

What I like most is how it brings a bit of order into my day at Sociotops. I can open it, drop in a quick caption, pull a Canva file, and shape the post for Instagram or LinkedIn without jumping between tabs. The small AI hints help when my mind feels crowded. And that calendar view has become the thing I rely on. Seeing the whole week laid out makes the work feel lighter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

The mobile app just doesn’t help me much. I’ve tried using it during client shoots or while traveling, and it always feels clunky. I end up waiting to get back to my laptop because that’s the only place where the workflow feels smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hootsuite has become my little anchor during busy campaign weeks"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I spend most of my day bouncing between client accounts for Digital Wolf, and it’s easy to lose the thread of what’s scheduled, what’s waiting, what idea I meant to come back to. With Hootsuite, I can just drop into the calendar and instantly see the shape of the week. Sometimes I’ll open it early in the morning with a cup of chai and think, alright, this looks manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

We’re running high-traffic campaigns, Inbox 2.0 slows down enough to break my flow. The ad management section is helpful for quick tweaks, but I still end up opening the native platforms when I need to build something serious. It’s not a dealbreaker, just one of those little frictions I’ve learned to work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works well for social scheduling"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I'm managing social accounts for a fintech SaaS company. There's something about having everything in one place that just clicks. I don't need to log into LinkedIn, then Twitter, then Facebook separately throughout the day. It's all there, waiting for me in these streams I can customize.

What I actually use most is the ability to queue posts for different time zones without doing mental math. Since we're targeting CFOs and finance teams across India and sometimes globally, I can schedule a LinkedIn post for 9 AM when decision makers are scrolling through their feeds, and I don't have to physically be at my desk to hit publish. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

The mobile app isn't great. On days when I'm out or working remotely and need to check something quickly, it feels clunky compared to the desktop version. Sometimes updates take forever to load, and I've had moments where I just gave up and waited until I got back to my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes handling multiple accounts simpler"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

What really hits home for me is how it fits the kind of work we do at AOS. Our clients expect fast turnarounds and constant movement, and my inbox is usually overflowing with campaign tweaks, last-minute reels, or someone needing a performance update right this second. Hootsuite gives me a sort of command center. I can hop from Bewakoof’s posts to a local Pune brand’s content plan without that dizzy feeling I used to get when everything lived in separate tools.

The post editor feels like a small gift on busy days. I don’t have to download images, rename them, drag them around. I just reach into Canva or Dropbox and everything’s already where it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite's mobile app feels too simple for what I need. It’s okay for a quick look, but it doesn’t have things like the approval workflow or the other tools I use every day. When I need to review posts or make real changes, the app just can’t do it, so I wait until I’m back on my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hootsuite is how I manage our non-profit's global voice"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I manage social media for a global humanitarian organization, having all our different social accounts in one dashboard is a lifesaver. I really value the content planner. It lets me see a complete picture of what's scheduled, what's in draft, and where the gaps are, which is essential for coordinating campaigns across different countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I find that while the standard analytics are good for a quick overview, pulling the really deep, customized data we need to show donor impact can sometimes be less flexible than I’d like without paying for more advanced add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps my team organized, creative, and on top of every client account"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is how it keeps the chaos of agency life under control. At Deeshuumm, I’m juggling content for several clients at once, each with their own tone, their own goals, and sometimes, their own sudden “urgent” posts. Having everything in one place feels like breathing room. I can draft posts, drag them around on the calendar, and actually see the week laid out instead of chasing messages and spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

AI-generated suggestions are hit or miss too. They’re decent for structure but not always in the right voice, so I usually rewrite parts to sound more like the brand. Still, those moments feel minor compared to the time it saves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Social Media Management with Intuitive UI"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I have been using Hootsuite for more than ten years in my roles as a Marketing Director and an Independent Content Creator, and I use it primarily to efficiently schedule and publish content for my clients across multiple social media networks. One major benefit is its enormous time-saving capability; it's so much easier than posting directly on social platforms. I love that I can schedule content weeks or even months in advance, which significantly simplifies my workflow. Another feature I value is that my posts are saved for a year, enabling me to easily duplicate, modify, and republish them as new content. The user interface is excellent; despite multiple enhancements and new features over the years, the development team at Hootsuite has managed to maintain a familiar and intuitive UI, which I find quite an accomplishment. Additionally, the recently added feature that helps with selecting better hashtags for each post is incredibly helpful. Overall, Hootsuite keeps me organized and allows me to maintain a daily social media presence effortlessly for my clients, making it invaluable for managing anyone's social media presence. It's very easy to set up; all that's required is connecting social media accounts and setting up end-users. I highly recommend the platform and rate it a 10, as I've been consistently happy with Hootsuite over the years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I find it limiting that the AI writing tool in Hootsuite requires selecting a social platform before usage. It would be more beneficial if this tool was accessible regardless of the social platform, providing greater flexibility in content creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not perfect, but absolutely essential for agency life"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Working at the agency, I manage social media for a mix of clients: fashion brands, local businesses, tech startups. Each has its own voice and schedule. Some days I feel like an air-traffic controller trying to land twenty different planes. Hootsuite makes that chaos less... chaotic.

The calendar view feels like a giant whiteboard that actually listens to me. I can drag posts around, fill empty days, and see what each client has coming up without losing my mind. When I’m building campaigns, it’s nice to drop designs straight from Canva or Dropbox. No more downloading and re-uploading files ten times a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Occasionally, one of the social accounts disconnects, usually Instagram, which means a scheduled post might miss its slot. Those moments are annoying, mostly because I’ve already moved on to other tasks by the time I notice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
