"A reliable partner for managing global social strategy without the burnout"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I handle a lot of accounts across the EEMEA region, and honestly, having everything in one dashboard keeps me from losing my mind. The calendar view is the thing I rely on most because seeing the week laid out helps me feel like I’m in control of the chaos. I’ve also been using the AI tools for hashtags when my brain feels a bit too crowded from the move to Germany. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

It can feel heavy sometimes, and I find myself clicking around way too much just to find a simple metric, which really breaks my focus. And I usually avoid the mobile app too, since it feels clunky and I'd just rather wait until I'm back at my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My experience with Hootsuite has been very helpful because it allows me to manage."
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

What I like best about Hootsuite is that it lets me manage all my social media accounts in one place. I can schedule posts in advance, monitor comments and messages, and track performance without switching between platforms. It saves me a lot of time, keeps my work organized, and helps me stay consistent with posting and engagement. It also makes it easier to collaborate with a team and keep everything running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

What I dislike about Hootsuite is that it can feel a bit slow and sometimes not very intuitive, especially when managing many accounts or large amounts of content. Some useful features are locked behind more expensive plans, and the analytics could be more flexible and detailed. Also, the interface can feel a bit crowded, which makes simple tasks take more clicks than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful All-in-One Social Tool, But Steep Learning Curve and Pricey for Small Teams"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

The best thing about Hootsuite is having one dashboard where you can schedule, publish, and monitor posts across multiple platforms at once, instead of jumping between separate apps all day. The unified calendar, AI caption/hashtag tools, and analytics make it easier to plan a full content week, see gaps, and quickly understand what’s actually performing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is powerful but it can feel heavy: the interface has a lot of sections and settings, so there’s a real learning curve, especially if you just want something simple. Pricing has also climbed over the years and there’s no real free plan anymore, which makes it harder for solo creators or very small teams to justify compared with lighter, cheaper tools. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

What I like best about Hootsuite is the fact that you don't have to learn anything new to post to your social media networks. It's all in one place and that's why I like it so much. What I like best about Hootsuite is that I can schedule a post and then I don't have to worry about it being shared on all my social media accounts, it just happens.Hootsuite is a very efficient platform for handling multiple social media platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

Cost and Value for Money: The pricing jumps noticeably between plans, and key advanced features (such as bulk scheduling or advanced analytics) are locked behind higher tiers. For small businesses or solopreneurs, that makes the overall cost difficult to justify, especially if you don’t need a full suite of higher-tier tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Social Scheduling with Insightful Analytics"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is great for scheduling content on a variety of social media platforms. It has some nice built-in features like link shortening and analytics reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

There are some quirks about the platform. For example, I can't make a custom shortened link for different platforms in the same window. I have to do it separately, which ends up defeating the purpose of having an efficient, one-window process for multiple platforms. Occasionally a post won't go through as well due to API issues. Additionally, the cost can be pricey compared to some other platforms on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Constant, Evolving Partner in Social Media Management"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I have used Hootsuite since launching my company in 2012. Social media is a rapidly changing entity with new platforms coming, and older ones changing or going defunct. Throughout all this continual turmoil, Hootsuite has been a constant, evolving along with the changing social media landscape. Hootsuite creates new tools, refines and updates older ones, and it is always in step with the pulse of social media. From analytics, to scheduling, to listening, Hootsuite is the ONLY scheduling tool that does everything. Customer service is topnotch as well. Truly, I love everything about Hootsuite! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

While I am fortunate to have started as a legacy member of Hootsuite, I know that prices have had to increase to accommodate updates and changes. I know these updates in tools are absolutely essential, and appreciate that Hootsuite invests in improvements for users. But many of the social media manager groups to which I belong talk about how pricey it is for solopreneurs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One-Stop Solution for Social Media Management"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I love that Hootsuite is a one-stop shop for managing social media across multiple platforms. This feature greatly simplifies my work, allowing me to create content, track its performance, and decide on the best times to post, all within the same tool. As a writer, I find immense value in its ability to make my content more attention-grabbing and help avoid repetition, ensuring that my posts maintain audience interest. With my numerous responsibilities, Hootsuite's ease of use makes the social media management aspect of my job much less stressful. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and supplementary seminars I attended were highly informative, enhancing my use of the platform. I also appreciate how Hootsuite outperforms Meta, making it my preferred choice. My confidence in Hootsuite is solidified by my perfect recommendation score of 10, as I've already referred it to many colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I have trouble editing things after posting sometimes, but it's not a deal-breaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Scheduling and Analytics with Hootsuite"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Since we transitioned to using Hootsuite as our primary platform for content scheduling, our Marketing team has found it much easier to schedule posts and monitor analytics, along with taking advantage of the many other features the platform offers. I especially love the customization of the reports, which makes it easy to share analytics with my team members who are not on the Hootsuite platform. Additionally I feel as though the Hootsuite customer support is quick to address questions, concerns and suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I just wish the content calendar preview offered a full month view instead of only showing one week at a time. Having a month-long calendar would make things much easier to manage and greatly improve usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Post Scheduling and Analytics"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

I majorly use Hootsuite for scheduling my posts, and it helps me schedule them in advance for different countries, considering local times. I also appreciate that it suggests the best timings to post to achieve maximum engagement in particular regions. The platform allows me to extract reports and gain valuable analytics, helping me with end-of-year or midyear reporting and understanding which posts perform well. I can schedule posts up to a month in advance, which frees me from routine tasks and allows me to focus on other marketing areas. The initial setup of Hootsuite was quite good, thanks to the onboarding team that helped integrate our social accounts with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I think the tagging functionality needs to be more advanced as I'm not able to tag people who are not in my personal account list. So I think if that can be resolved, then I think Hootsuite would become an ideal platform for any marketer to schedule posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Measurable Social Marketing with Strong Governance and ROI-Focused Analytics"
What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Something that I like best about Hootsuite is how reliably it turns social media from a sometimes reactive task into a disciplined, measurable marketing channel. The platform’s strength has operational clarity with unified publishing, clear approval workflows, and analytics that actually track to business objectives instead of vanity metrics. For a tech marketer juggling multiple platforms, stakeholders, and campaigns, Hootsuite provides just enough structure to scale without slowing teams down. It’s a tool designed for grown-up marketing organizations where governance, consistency, and ROI matter as much as creativity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

I would say that what I do not love about Hootsuite is that it can feel a little dated for how fast marketing now moves. The interface prioritizes control and process, which is great at times, but it often comes at the expense of speed, experimentation, and intuitive workflows. Advanced analytics and listening capabilities are locked behind higher pricing tiers, making the platform feel less accessible relative to more agile competitors, which could hinder those with low to no budget.
