"Great Software"

What do you like best?

Shipworks is easy to use and it has alot of reports that help you keep track of shipped items

What do you dislike?

There is a 10GB storage capacity so every few years you have to delete orders. This is a very minor inconvenience

Recommendations to others considering the product

Shipworks is continually updating it's software and making it easier to use as well as adding templates that help with viewing shipping data.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Processing and shipping orders is alot easier

"Shipworks works with you"

What do you like best?

Shipworks is customizable. The support staff will work with you to get Shipworks to give you the information you need and work the way you want it to, to the best of their abilities. Very responsive support staff.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes Shipworks doesn't send online store updates to BigCommerce

We use Shipworks to ship out packages for our mail order operations. We run reports that we use from Shipworks, too.

"Ships Products With Alot Of Headaches"

What do you like best?

I like the ease of printing labels through Shipworks, when it works at least which it really doesn't sometimes. Expect to reinstall your printer drivers many times.

What do you dislike?

We do not like the interface of Shipworks, we do not like having to constantly reconfigure our printers. Shipworks also does not properly send follow up emails to customers at all, a huge headache that never worked forcing us to look for alternatives for delivering tracking information and other emails to customers which should have worked better on Shipworks.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Shipping products, sending customers tracking information, printing labels, and checking status of orders. We realized Shipworks is not a good fit for us.

"Integrate Directly into Magento (and probably others) for Better Shipment Management!"

What do you like best?

Processes very fast since it runs on the local machine. Tons of options to customize to your needs. New features are added constantly to address a growing communities needs. Customer service is excellent and always very helpful.

What do you dislike?

It can be very complicated! Some coding knowledge needed to customize actions. Other than that, it works great!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Integrated into Magento to easily manage our shipments.

"Excellent Software And Support"

What do you like best?

ShipWorks is among the best software I have used and I can not think my business without ShipWorks would be where it is today. The best software and great customer service when something goes wrong

What do you dislike?

Sending customers email review requests through the software does not work as intended, often times a request is marked as sent but customers do not receive them.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Shipping and tracking orders through shipworks, benefit we realized is how easy to use and any one can use it without much computer knowledge.
