"Prefills shipment info saving shipper lots of time"

What do you like best about ShipWorks?

My company has used Shipworks for almost a decade. It saves our shipper a lot of time since it pulls feed from Amazon and prefills all the shipment info into UPS Worldship. It works with a lot of other ecommerce platforms too but we've only used for Amazon and our website orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipWorks?

I like ShipWorks as it integrates and sorts all the orders that were placed from the website and it is easy to print the labels. Easy to use and user-friendly compared to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ShipWorks:

Shipworks is very powerful; we don't use nearly all the features, so we cannot speak to every feature, but what we use works ideally. It is a desktop application, not cloud-based, which is not a big deal for us but might be for you, so keep that in mind. We use WooCommerce (WordPress) and have a plugin to connect to Shipworks (by ADV Web Design (adv.design)). So if you are looking for a solution for your WooCommerce store, Shipworks will certainly do the trick. Shipworks supports a wide range of shipping services, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. What do you like best about ShipWorks?

Customer service is outstanding. Anytime we have an issue they answer right away, remote into my computer and solve the problem for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have 3 separate companies and all of them are in our Shipworks interface. We send out hundreds of orders a day and Shipworks handles it great. We can create tons of different subfilters- for example, if we have some customers who need accommodations on their orders, we can create a folder for them. Recently, I wanted a custom built email template- fully designed with images, links, etc. Their technician spent a week coding it for me beautifully and we'll be implementing it shortly. If you have any problems at all with shipworks call up their support line and have them do a remote log-in. 100% of all my issues have been resolved using this message. They will take control of your mouse and show you what they are doing and do it for you so you know how to fix the issue yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ShipWorks?

What do you like best about ShipWorks?

I like the ease of printing labels through Shipworks, when it works at least which it really doesn't sometimes. Expect to reinstall your printer drivers many times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShipWorks?

We do not like the interface of Shipworks, we do not like having to constantly reconfigure our printers. Shipworks also does not properly send follow up emails to customers at all, a huge headache that never worked forcing us to look for alternatives for delivering tracking information and other emails to customers which should have worked better on Shipworks.
