What I can't figure out on my own their service teams gets for me very quickly! **What do you dislike about ShipWorks?** The filters can be confusing if you don't speak computer lingo. **What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have created several templets for me to make emails and tracking very easy. ### 2. It saves our shipper a lot of time since it pulls feed from Amazon and prefills all the shipment info into UPS Worldship. It works with a lot of other ecommerce platforms too but we've only used for Amazon and our website orders. **What do you dislike about ShipWorks?** Haven't had any issues with it in the nearly 10 years. **What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saves time for shipper. ### 3. Easy to use and user-friendly compared to others. **What do you dislike about ShipWorks?** Minor glitches here and there but for the most part, we never encountered issues with ShipWorks. I would still prefer this over the other softwares with the same platform. **What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Printing labels, sorting orders and updating information was easy with ShipWorks. Everything we need to do can be completed in one system and very easy to navigate. ### 4. And support is excellent, even to just ask general shipping questions. **What do you dislike about ShipWorks?** There isn't anything that we dislike about Shipworks. **Recommendations to others considering ShipWorks:** Shipworks is very powerful; we don't use nearly all the features, so we cannot speak to every feature, but what we use works ideally. It is a desktop application, not cloud-based, which is not a big deal for us but might be for you, so keep that in mind. We use WooCommerce (WordPress) and have a plugin to connect to Shipworks (by ADV Web Design (adv.design)). So if you are looking for a solution for your WooCommerce store, Shipworks will certainly do the trick. Shipworks supports a wide range of shipping services, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. **What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shipworks allows us to create, track and manage all of our website and in-house shipments with ease. ### 5. Anytime we have an issue they answer right away, remote into my computer and solve the problem for me. **What do you dislike about ShipWorks?** The software is slow sometimes. Other than that no issues **What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have 3 separate companies and all of them are in our Shipworks interface. We send out hundreds of orders a day and Shipworks handles it great. We can create tons of different subfilters- for example, if we have some customers who need accommodations on their orders, we can create a folder for them. Recently, I wanted a custom built email template- fully designed with images, links, etc. Their technician spent a week coding it for me beautifully and we'll be implementing it shortly. ShipWorks is so easy to work with! ### 6. They will take control of your mouse and show you what they are doing and do it for you so you know how to fix the issue yourself. **What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Printing out shipping labels for our eCommerce store. ### 7. This is a very minor inconvenience **Recommendations to others considering ShipWorks:** Shipworks is continually updating it's software and making it easier to use as well as adding templates that help with viewing shipping data. **What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Processing and shipping orders is alot easier ### 9. Expect to reinstall your printer drivers many times. **What do you dislike about ShipWorks?** We do not like the interface of Shipworks, we do not like having to constantly reconfigure our printers. Shipworks also does not properly send follow up emails to customers at all, a huge headache that never worked forcing us to look for alternatives for delivering tracking information and other emails to customers which should have worked better on Shipworks. **What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shipping products, sending customers tracking information, printing labels, and checking status of orders. We realized Shipworks is not a good fit for us. ### 10. The best software and great customer service when something goes wrong **What do you dislike about ShipWorks?** Sending customers email review requests through the software does not work as intended, often times a request is marked as sent but customers do not receive them. **What problems is ShipWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shipping and tracking orders through shipworks, benefit we realized is how easy to use and any one can use it without much computer knowledge. ### 11.
