## About Hootsuite
Most teams are still working with tools and workflows built for a different time — dashboards, approvals, and disconnected systems that slow them down. Many have added AI, but haven’t changed how work gets done. Social moves too fast for that. It’s why we rebuilt Hootsuite with AI as a foundation, not a feature. Hootsuite Social OS helps teams go from reacting after the moment has passed to acting in real time with AI that makes it as easy as chat. That’s how we’re transforming the way teams move, decide, and grow. Less time navigating software. More time acting on ideas. That’s the future we’re building. --- Hootsuite Social OS gives marketing, communications, and insights teams a connected system to detect what's shaping their brand in real time, understand what it means, and coordinate action across the organization before the window of opportunity closes. Hootsuite Social OS is a strong fit for marketing, communications, brand, and social strategy teams that need social intelligence connected directly to execution across the business, not another listening dashboard to monitor in isolation — so they can move at the speed of social and stay ahead. Hootsuite Key Features \> Real-time social intelligence: Lumen helps you detect the signals shaping your market, from brand perception and emerging trends to competitive moves and consumer shifts, surfacing the insights that matter and helping you act on them before the window of opportunity closes. \> Conversational AI orchestration layer: Ask Wisdom questions in plain language and get cited, actionable answers grounded in your live social data, brand context, and historical performance. And it’s all as easy at chat. \> Connected publishing and planning: With Perch, you can turn insights into scheduled or published content in minutes — without switching tabs or losing context. Unified customer care: Manage comments, messages, and mentions across channels in one place through Nest, with AI-assisted responses and workflow routing. \> Employee advocacy: Turn your most trusted voices — your people — into brand ambassadors. Parliament enables them to easily share on-brand content with their own networks to extend reach and reduce paid media dependency. MCP connectors for Lumen, Perch, and Nest bring Hootsuite Social OS capabilities into the AI tools teams already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. So teams can draft, schedule, publish, engage, and measure across all their channels via Hootsuite without spending every day in a dashboard, calendar, or compose box.

## Hootsuite Reviews
 ### 1. Easy Scheduling and Onboarding, but Reporting and AI Tagging Feel Limited

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite makes it easier for me to oversee content creation for 15+ social accounts across three properties with its post scheduling tools. The UI is pretty straight-forward which makes it easy to onboard new users internally.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Performance reporting depth could be improved. My team has found that there are other tools with AI integrations that make it easier to auto-tag content by type, author, performance, etc. Doing that manually takes a lot of time and effort while forcing us to think ahead to predict what types of of performance categories we might want to track in the future.

I also think that Hootsuite's enterprise price is hard to justify for a small social media team.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes content oversight so that anyone on the team can see what's being published and when, which eliminates a lot of back-and-forth conversation in real-time.

 ### 2. Great Scheduling Tools, but Billing and Feed Reconnect Issues

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa B. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like being able to make Future postings. I like being able to drop and drag posts for changing days. And I also like popular timeframes and days to post.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Billing changes occur without being contacted or notified. Currently struggling to reconnect feeds for some reason. And when i try to research prices it automatically hides regular pricing because I'm already a customer and only shows me upgraded programs.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time it would take me to post on one platform, and then duplicate the same post to another platform would be multipled. I can double my work and postings this way making it useful.

 ### 3. I have scaled back my use, Limited Audience Expansion

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael Sean C. | Bestselling Author & Multimedia Journalist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I enjoy that Hootsuite goes across social media but I have scaled back my use and I am not sure I will renew next year. I like that it measures clicks and helps me know which time slots to place my book ads into, and how to post my ads effectively. Setting it up was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I'm finding a limit to the reach that I can get with Hootsuite. It looks like I'm only reaching the same thousand people, and I need to reach far more than that. It feels like my posts might be getting blocked by social media outlets like Twitter and Instagram because of the frequency. Despite posting some weeks 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it's not reaching enough people. I think somehow they're discounting my posts because they're too frequent. Also, I'm having trouble signing in to my Twitter account and connecting Hootsuite to it.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to boost my book's visibility on social media, as I don't have a large email list. It helps me measure clicks and find the best time slots for my posts, making my social media efforts more effective. I think it is re-posting to the same 1,200 people over and over again.

 ### 4. Easy UI, but limited YouTube/Instagram scheduling features

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyx B. | Digital Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that the social platforms my organization uses are integrated and available for scheduling and analytics/reporting, with minimal gaps in my ability to schedule vs post manually. The UI/UX is relatively easy to navigate, although managing access across teams can be confusing.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

There are some features that are not possible to schedule, and some features that Hootsuite doesn't have that other scheduling tools do that would be helpful. For example, the ability to schedule Youtube content feels really limited. I also wish there were more Instagram features available, like music. I am neutral towards the AI Intelligence features and don't really use them or see them helping my team's social performance.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves a problem of time/availability and makes it way more convenient to publish social content by mostly eliminating the need to publish every post manually and live.

 ### 5. Handy Multi-Platform Dashboard, Saves Time for Multi-location Team

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adeline F. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I appreciate the ability to integrate multiple platforms into one view so I don't have to log in and out between dashboards. The system is relatively easy to navigate but not the best. It generally works well. Pricing is fair for the level of usefulness. I have not needed to engage with a support team as the tool generally works smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Too many popup notifications about disconnected feeds, or come-ons to try new features. I just want to use the tool. I know there's an AI helper called OWLGPT, and I have not experimented with it yet.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 10 rooftops and use almost all the traditional social networks at every single one. Very cumbersome! I appreciate being able to see everything in one place. It also allows us to compare metrics quickly, and track competitors in one place.

 ### 6. Removed Photo Reordering Feature and other problems

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

After using it for months, I'm finding less things I like about Hootsuite. It has been a downhill experience.

What I still like about it, is that I can create tags for my posts and it's easy to pull metrics.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I dislike that you took away the feature to rearrange photos uploaded in the draft post. I now have to upload the pictures one-by-one. And if someone wants them in a different order, I then need to go in and delete the photos and re-upload. Why did you get rid of this feature?

You also keep changing analytics. We created our own template, but twice now, we have gotten "this metric is no longer supported ..." which is annoying.

Our accounts keep disconnecting! Especially BlueSky.

Tagging people on LinkedIn posts and Facebook can be super difficult. We usually have to wait until after we made the post, go into the platform and edit the post to tag the correct people.

Your OwlAi bot is not that helpful. I rather use ChatGPT or Copilot. It has better outcomes. You should spend more time fixing and expanding on the features I listed above and be less worried about your ai bot. The support answers aren't great for my specific questions. And I couldn't find the help button at all.

I don't think we are getting our moneys worth.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the tagging feature on posts, it's easier to track which posts we are doing for our different programs and compare them.

It's also really quick to pull analytics.

 ### 7. Basic Features, But Buggy Experience

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ania H. | Social Media & Engagement Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I think the most thing I like about Hootsuite is the calendar organization; it's very easy to understand. I have a rhythm in everything I do, and for the most part, Hootsuite doesn't give us any trouble when we post things. The interface is very simple and easy to handle. The setup was pretty simple, and I've been able to connect with our Hootsuite person who walks me through a lot of things. Plus, you're able to schedule LinkedIn posts with PDFs, which you can't do in Sprout Social.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I've been experiencing issues with Hootsuite's AI chatbot. It's new for our company, and we're still working out the kinks, but it often can't answer basic questions. It directs users to the wrong places, creating confusion for our customers. We've considered turning it off at times because it causes more confusion. Additionally, there are bugs with the interface. For example, I can't always post content from the main page without using a private browser. This adds extra steps and hinders my workflow. Another ongoing issue is with comments duplicating due to what seems like a link issue between Hootsuite and Meta. These bugs have been stacking up and haven't been resolved for about four months. It's expected since Hootsuite is adding new features, but it seems like basic issues are being overlooked.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps me see all our social media channels in one place and lets me easily respond to people and schedule posts.

 ### 8. Easy Social Media Scheduling with Reporting, Needs More Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gui P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I think the reports are pretty easy to use, which makes it simple to show clients how their social media is performing. It's easy to schedule polls and create reports, and once a report is set up, it's pretty much done, making the process straightforward. The initial setup of Hootsuite is also pretty easy; it's like a walk-through with simple steps to connect accounts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I think you have a lot of limitations on the scheduling tool. So when you want to schedule a YouTube video, it's kind of limited. And when you wanna do many contents at the same time it's difficult as well. Like creating different formats for different channels, uploading that, like, you have to do once at a time. I think it would be great if I could schedule Instagram and Facebook posts, update the assets in the right forms for each one and do the copywriting different for each, but do it once for both.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Hootsuite for social media scheduling and reports. It was good to have one tool to schedule all social media channels for the clients. The reports are pretty easy to use and handy for showing performance to clients.

 ### 9. Powerful, but Cluttered UI and Rising Costs Make Hootsuite Harder to Use

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like most about Hootsuite is that it brings everything into one place, making social media management feel organized and strategic instead of reactive. The ability to schedule content across multiple platforms ahead of time is a major advantage, since it supports consistent posting and stronger planning—especially when I’m managing campaigns or coordinating across different regions and audiences.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

One of the main downsides of Hootsuite is that the interface can feel cluttered and unintuitive at times, especially when you’re managing multiple streams or accounts. It’s a powerful tool, but there’s definitely a learning curve, and even simple tasks can end up taking more clicks than you’d expect.

Another challenge is the pricing. As you scale up by adding more users, accounts, or advanced features, costs can rise pretty quickly, which isn’t always ideal for smaller teams or more budget-conscious environments.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite solves the problem of having to manage multiple social media platforms separately, which can quickly become time-consuming and disorganized. Rather than logging into each platform one by one, it brings everything together—posting, scheduling, monitoring, and analytics—in a single place. That saves me a significant amount of time and lowers the risk of missing posts or overlooking engagement opportunities.

It also helps with the challenge of staying consistent. With its scheduling and content-planning tools, I can map out campaigns ahead of time and maintain a steady flow of content instead of posting reactively. This is especially helpful when I’m managing multiple campaigns, regions, or stakeholders and need to keep everything aligned.

 ### 10. Efficient Scheduling, Needs Better Accessibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ismail A. | Assistive Technology Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I use Hootsuite to boost scheduling, saving me time and allowing me to share a lot of posts at the same time. I also appreciate its analytics feature, as it helps me understand what people need and figure out which courses I can market.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I find the accessibility on the website a bit difficult. There are issues with unlabeled buttons and missing image descriptions, which make it less user-friendly for me.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to boost scheduling, saving my time and allowing me to share a lot of posts at the same time. It helps me know what people need and what courses to market.

 ### 11. Time-Saving but Frustrating Error Handling

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alondra M. | Digital Communications & Engagement Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how on Hootsuite I can schedule out posts all at once across different platforms. It saves me time from having to do it manually on each platform. I also appreciate the analytics. Being able to know which posts are liked, track the campaigns, and know which posts are doing well is great for me & to show executives.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

If you make an error tagging on Instagram, the whole post doesn't go out, and it doesn't tell you exactly which tag was the problem, so you have to manually go through them, which is really time-consuming. I also wish there could be some sort of AI feature in the automated reports that highlights the biggest changes or significant posts.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to track metrics and analytics, schedule posts across platforms, and optimize my social strategy, saving me time from doing things manually and helping me identify successful posts and campaign similarities.

 ### 12. Efficient Scheduling but Needs Improvement in Tagging

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ella M. | Digital Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how Hootsuite tells you the best time to post, and the scheduling is easy. It really saves time for us since we used to manually go into Meta Business Suite to schedule content that was written elsewhere. Plus, setting up Hootsuite was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The location tagging sometimes is off, as well as tagging on Facebook, it pops up with random accounts. I am not sure about the price, but sometimes the performance is bad as it fails to upload.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can write and schedule content in one place, saving time from manually scheduling elsewhere. It also saves time once our client reviews our work and approves

 ### 13. Reliable tool for managing multiple social media channels

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mandy B. | Social Media Managerin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is the centralized management of multiple social media channels in one dashboard. It makes content planning, publishing, and daily community management much more efficient, especially when working in a team. The ability to collaborate, use approval workflows, and keep an overview of comments and messages across platforms saves a lot of time in day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The main downside of Hootsuite is that the interface can feel quite complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. Advanced analytics are also somewhat limited and often require exporting data for deeper insights. Additionally, the pricing can be relatively high, which may be a barrier for smaller teams or companies.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite primarily solves the challenge of managing multiple social media channels and workflows in one central place. It helps streamline content planning, publishing, and community management, which reduces manual effort and saves time. For me, this results in more consistent posting, clearer team collaboration, and a more structured day-to-day social media workflow, especially when handling several platforms at once.

 ### 14. Useful for Multi-Account Management, Needs More Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the simplicity and ease of use of Hootsuite. I appreciate that I can plan my social posts in advance and have everything ready so I don't have to worry about it in real time. The ability to invite collaborators and post content without having to manage it instantly is helpful. I also find the social score feature beneficial, as it lets me see how my posts compare to previous ones and if I need to change the types of social posts I'm doing. Additionally, I like that Hootsuite provides recommended times to post for each account and allows me to manage multiple accounts within one interface.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish there was more availability to invite collaborators within Facebook so I didn't have to do that in real time. I also wish there was more that I could do on the side of reels and adding captions within videos. Some of the things that I have to still do native to the Instagram app. As well as I would like to be able to do more with social ads within Hootsuite.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can plan social posts in advance, see a social score to compare my posts, invite collaborators within Instagram, check upcoming holidays, get recommended post times, and manage multiple accounts in one interface.

 ### 15. Efficient Scheduling with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keri O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that with Hootsuite, I can schedule posts without having to repeatedly return to each social media platform to post. I also get notified of holidays, which is useful. I appreciate the free trainings that provide info about what's trending every year. The feature suggesting the best time to post is helpful because I can identify peak times for posting. The initial setup was easy, which made getting started with Hootsuite smooth.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I have to reconnect accounts over and over again. Also, I need a way to schedule YouTube contents, but Hootsuite is not allowing that yet.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts across multiple social media without revisiting each one, and I get notified of holidays. The free trainings keep me updated with trends, and it suggests the best posting times, helping me identify peak times.

 ### 16. Convenient and Easy to Use for Scheduling, but Customer Support Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It is the industry standard right now, so it's important to know how to use. When it works, it's very convenient to schedule posts out months in advance

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite customer service has not been helpful or easy to reach when I needed. Also, when I disconnect one of our accounts on purpose, I wish I could turn off the Hootsuite notifications that tell me the account is disconnected. I know, I did that on purpose!

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of posting individually on every platform is solved by Hootsuite. Hootsuite's main strength is the ability to schedule posts far in advance, for multiple platforms at once, so it's definitely helpful when it comes to convenience

 ### 17. Great for Scheduling, Needs Better Draft Management

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angeliki F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like that Hootsuite makes it easy to pull up and edit pictures. It's also simple to go through and change the text for each platform. Adding accounts and different forms was easy, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I hate that Hootsuite doesn't automatically save drafts. It's really frustrating to lose drafts if you've been logged out and have to start over. I have to remember to manually save my progress. I also dislike that it seems unable to handle posting images or text reliably, especially with Blue Sky. Sometimes the images are compressed weirdly or don't post at all, which is confusing. The platform logging me out after an unmentioned time is also quite annoying.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite as a content management system to schedule all of our posts in advance, which helps manage our social media effectively.

 ### 18. Scheduling is fine, everything else is a nightmare.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It's main benefit is that you can schedule multiple posts at once across multiple pages. This is useful since we have many different clients who share multiple pages.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Changes will be made to UI with little to no warning. This has costed our company money in the past as ad spends have been made invalid, with no recourse to fix it.

It's hard to use its basic functions without stumbling into a useless AI feature, which doesn't apply to our work.

Most importantly, it doesn't really focus on New Zealand, and most features are tuned for different countries, making these "features" detriments.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling ads has been made slightly easier, after they previously said that they couldn't do it at all. Now we can schedule ads through the calendar.

 ### 19. Useful, but Expensive and Cluttered—Not the Most Beginner-Friendly

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneh M. | Senior Customer Success Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Honestly, what I like most about Hootsuite is how simple it makes managing everything. I don’t have to keep jumping between different apps—everything is in one dashboard, which saves me a lot of time and mental energy.

The scheduling feature is probably the biggest win for me. I can plan content ahead of time, stay consistent, and not stress about having to post every single day. The analytics are also genuinely helpful without feeling overly complicated. Overall, it keeps my workflow organized and a lot less messy, especially when I’m handling multiple accounts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite can feel pretty expensive, especially if you’re just starting out or only managing a few small accounts. The free plan is quite limited, so it feels like you’re pushed toward the paid options fairly quickly.

The interface can also come across as a bit cluttered at times. There’s a lot happening on the screen, and it can take a while to get comfortable with where everything is. On top of that, some of the more advanced features—like deeper analytics or team tools—are locked behind the higher-tier plans, which is frustrating. Overall, it’s useful, but it’s not the most beginner-friendly or budget-friendly option.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite really helps solve the mess of managing multiple social media accounts. Instead of constantly logging in and out of different platforms, I can keep everything in one place, which saves a lot of time and effort.

For me, the biggest advantage is staying consistent. Being able to schedule posts in advance means I don’t miss days or feel stressed about having to post in real time. It also keeps everything organized—messages, comments, and performance are all easy to track in one spot. Overall, it reduces the chaos and makes social media management feel much more controlled and far less time-consuming.

 ### 20. Great Multi-Platform Posting, But Needs Google Drive Integration

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard W. | Owner/Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ability to post content to multiple platforms all at once and also with different images, text. I also like the image gallery that you can save creatives

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I don't like that you can't open or integrate your Google Drive into the content library. I also don't like how you can't create threads on X and other platforms right from the platform

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to create and post content to multiple social media channels all at once and make it that each post customized to the platform. I also like the addition of the ALT text AI

 ### 21. Clean UX and Easy Reporting, but Integrations and Social Posting Need Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The price is good, and access is easy. The UX is clean and simple. Reports are very easy to find, and pulling the data and scheduling reports is straightforward. The competitive analysis report is also good. Scheduling social posts is very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The integration setup isn’t very clean. There aren’t enough social posting functions, and the Pinterest setup in particular feels insufficient. The competitive analysis feature isn’t pulling in data, which makes it hard to rely on. On top of that, troubleshooting connection issues is very annoying and takes too much effort.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can schedule posts and handle social media reporting mostly in one place. Before, everything was all over the place and I was relying only on each platform’s tools. I also like being able to benchmark against competitors.

 ### 22. Tess's Hootsuite Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like best about Hootsuite is how straight-foward the scheduling is and how easy it is to connect different social media platforms into the system.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

That you have to schedule a video 15 minutes in advance to social media vs 5 minutes. Analytics are not as straightforward as I would like them to be. I also wished more optimal times in general were offered as opposed to optimal times based on the performance of how your posts have done based on when they were scheduled.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling in advance is a huge advantage for me. I do our social media work solo so if I have launches to plan or am out of office, I don't have to worry about our social media being inactive.

 ### 23. Good UX, but Buggy Integrations

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake P. | Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2017

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like Hootsuite because when it comes to posting across platforms, it makes it really easy to streamline the process. I also think the UX design is really appealing and makes it easy to locate the different features.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Their integrations with the actual social media platforms are buggy and don't work as well as they should. The integrations were honestly quite painful to set up, with a lot of different holes and hoops to jump through to get to the other side.

**Recommendations to others considering Hootsuite:**

Just be patient with it. After you get used to the buginess of the software, it can be quite useful in implementing cohesive social media engagement and endurance.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to streamline posting across platforms, making the process really easy.

 ### 24. Essential Scheduling, But Room to Improve

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The scheduling tool is essential for managing RB's many brands and channels as it keeps posts organized, saves time, and streamlines our workflow. it's helpful for content repurposing and tagging accross different channels

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The AI chatbot is unreliable and makes frequent errors. Scheduling also has many limitations: no TikTok photo carousels, no stickers or hashtags for IG and FB stories, no ability to reshare posts to stories, and no LinkedIn newsletter support.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps us manage multiple brands and channels in one place, making our workflow more efficient and streamlined. Having everything centralized saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes it easier to track and coordinate content across all platforms.

 ### 25. Intuitive Yet Needs Improvement in Tagging

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose C. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I used Hootsuite for content management and channel monitoring. It helped with automated reporting for clients. I found it very easy to use and intuitive, and the platform responded very quickly. The customer care team was always responsive, making the experience smooth. The initial setup of Hootsuite was easy.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

We had to create a lot of manual tags for Sentiment because some of the comments and mentions we received were not properly tagged. Also the dashboards were visually nice, but they lacked some configuration options.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Hootsuite for content management, channel monitoring, and automated client reporting, which helps streamline our processes. It helped us have all the conversations we were getting across our channels in one place.

 ### 26. Convenient Social Management, Poor Customer Support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like using Hootsuite because it allows me to manage my company's over 10 social media accounts from one location. I save time by avoiding the need to switch from platform to platform and profile to profile, especially within systems like Meta. This centralization is what makes it valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The customer support is absolutely terrible. Easy to setup, but has been nothing but issues since then especially with the billing and support teams being completely unresponsive. We have filed multiple tickets and attempted multiple channels of communication over more than a week to get in touch with the team, with no response from Hootsuite at all.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to manage over 10 social media accounts, saving time by making changes in one location instead of switching from platform to platform.

 ### 27. Easy Social Integrations and Solid Uptime, but the Price Is Hard to Justify

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Integration with most major social networks and ease of use. Very little downtime and good communication when there are issues. Support is good as well.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Is VERY expensive for what it does. There have been a few times when support was very basic and didn't offer much help. Occasionally there will be service outages. The price is the BIG negative.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to post to many social networks through one interface and schedule those posts far in advance. It also lets us track engagement and see metrics.

 ### 28. Simple to Use, But Pricey for Startups

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily J. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I really like the ease of using Hootsuite; it's very simple to use. I also value the scheduling feature a lot because it helps us organize everything. Hootsuite keeps everything organized so we can plan ahead and have all of our graphics and social media copy ready to go. The initial setup was very easy for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I'm not crazy about the price of Hootsuite. A lot of my colleagues are startups, and so the price is a bit of a barrier.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite allows us to keep everything organized so we can plan ahead, with all of our graphics and social media copy ready to go.

 ### 29. Streamlined Content Management, Needs Client-Facing Enhancements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamryn H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like using Hootsuite for scheduling content as it saves our team time and makes our process easier. I also appreciate the full planner view, which allows us to see all our accounts on one page, making it easier to manage them in a timely manner. Setting up Hootsuite was very easy!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I wish that there was a way to make it client facing. A live review link to see the content would be great.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling content, which saves our team time and simplifies our process. The full planner view lets us see and manage all our accounts on one page, making it easier to handle multiple accounts efficiently.

 ### 30. User-Friendly Interface, But Slow Customer Service

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sky S. | Company Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like Hootsuite because it has an easy interface to use. Scheduling social media in advance is another reason I use it.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The customer service takes a very, very long time to get back to me. I've had numerous issues over the multiple years that I've used Hootsuite. And I have been left alone for days. My issues have gone on for days. I've debated on switching to other platforms because these are my clients and their accounts weren't working, they weren't connecting, or various issues over time.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media in advance, and I like that it has an easy interface to use.

 ### 31. Detailed Reporting but Clunky Interface

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chuks D. | Social Media Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like the reporting system in Hootsuite a lot. It's very detailed and accurate, which is crucial for keeping track of social media metrics effectively. Having access to such precise data makes it easier for me to analyze our performance and strategize accordingly. I also appreciate how straightforward the initial setup was. By simply connecting our social media accounts, the data uploads quickly, which streamlines the process and saves time. This efficiency is especially beneficial for our social media management activities, allowing us to focus more on analytics and social monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I am frustrated with the lack of a tagging feature in our current team version of Hootsuite. This limitation hampers our ability to efficiently organize and manage content. Additionally, the interface can feel quite clunky at times, making navigation and usability less smooth and intuitive than I would like.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for social media management, reporting on metrics, and occasional scheduling, which helps streamline my social media activities with detailed reporting.

 ### 32. Clear Social Media Scheduling, but Unreliable Facebook Posting and Weak AI

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It is useful for scheduling posts on all sosical media platforms. It works on all computers we have. The calendar view for all social media accounts at once is clear to look at.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Sometimes the posts just fail to release, especially on Facebook and it leaves to wonder about what are we even paying for.. The AI is lackluster, it doesn't understand what is really going on in the world, or at least in Finland, our place of business.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making easier to release social media posts on multiple platforms at once on a computer, no need to use a phone for writing or adding images. Yay.

 ### 33. Great Scheduling and Centralized Analytics, But Recurring Publishing Issues

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

The ability to schedule content on multiple platforms at once. It is also nice to see analytics in one place, instead of having to go from platform to platform

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Most of the time if I add the products to an Instagram post it has issues publishing. There are also a lot of publishing issues in general, about every other week I get an email saying a post failed to publish.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me from having to log into multiple platforms to post content. This is a time saving feature. Would be nice to be able to add more without upgrading a plan.

 ### 34. All-in-One Social Tool, but Analytics Reliability Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how hootsuite has multiple features within one platform. Scheduling, monitoring, analytics, social listening, the ability to see everything in one place is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I dislike how the analytics piece often differs from native platform reporting, I think there is room to improve this feature for a more reliable reporting platform

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite protects the governance of our company by allowing multiple users to have access to the pieces of our social universe that they need to, while allowing our central team to retain control over everything else

 ### 35. Convenient Multi-Channel Management with Minor Speed Issues

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I especially like how Hootsuite brings multiple social channels into one place, which makes scheduling and monitoring much easier. The initial setup was pretty easy overall.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Some parts of Hootsuite can feel a little chunky or slower than expected, especially when managing a lot of content at once.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite for planning social media posts, and it mostly covers up location changes. I especially like how Hootsuite brings multiple social channels into one place, making scheduling and monitoring much easier.

 ### 36. Easy Onboarding and Social Listening, but Missing Native Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

What I like about Hootsuite is its user interface, easy for my team members to onboard them, new features like add collaborators, social listening etc.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Some features that are native in the social media apps cannot be found on Hootsuite and actually reels upload from Hootsuite has poor algorithm score.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think one of the challenges that Hootesuite helps us is scheduling. It is easy to navigate and our volunteers can use it asap without investing too much time for onboarding.

 ### 37. Comprehensive Reporting but Lagging in Story Scheduling

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akif A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like all the various metrics available when exporting a report on Hootsuite. It allows me to analyze more data and make changes accordingly. It also helps present deeper insights on how a brand's social media is performing. The initial setup of Hootsuite was easy enough.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Scheduling stories on Instagram via Hootsuite does not allow you to add links.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps with reporting by providing various metrics for exporting reports. It allows me to analyze more data and make changes accordingly, offering deeper insights into a brand's social media performance.

 ### 38. A reliable tool, but inconsistent metrics, limited support from Hootsuite

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Easy to use once reports are set up correctly. Good overview of social media platforms like Facebook Linkedin etc ...............................................

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

It doesn't connect to Instagram (despite following usual steps), it does not have good reports pre-set. It does not offer the same metrics on all plartforms, you can't get access to help without having the premium account

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy to access tool for reporting and scheduling. I find it's easier to post live usually though. .........................................................

 ### 39. Streamlined Social Media Management with Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy O. | A, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I love how Hootsuite helps maintain all my social media platforms in one setting, allowing me to monitor multiple channels seamlessly from a single screen. This integration is very convenient for reviewing, editing, and revising my content across different platforms. I find the editing tools particularly valuable because they are time savers and are very streamlined, especially beneficial for beginning users. Overall, once set up, the experience with Hootsuite is quite smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The setup. I would say, just getting the whole program up and running is probably the most challenging. But once it's running, it moves pretty quick.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps maintain all my social media platforms in one setting on one screen, allowing me to review, edit, and revise my channels efficiently. The editing tools are a time saver and very streamlined for beginners.

Hootsuite is an easy-to-use platform that I use daily for work. The ability to easily reorganize social posts in the scheduling tool is great.

Not being able to add links to images as well as adding music to posts

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 42. Basic Yet Functional, Needs Simpler Ad Management

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I find Hootsuite pretty easy to set up, which is important when testing if it's good enough for our brands. I also kind of like the logo.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I'd improve the ad manager. It's too complex.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hootsuite to evaluate the ease of use for ads, analytics, and scheduling by checking how many clicks tasks take.

 ### 43. Pretty helpful platform!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I value the industry comparison analytics capability.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

I find it frustrating when I see that metrics don't always match up with the platform's in app social media analytics. For example, I've found that reels from Facebook won't have an accurate number of reach and will differ from those listed in Meta Business Suite.

I don't like having to cross-check between platforms, I want to be able to fully trust that Hootsuite is an accurate and reliable source.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite saves me time when it comes to reporting on my social media metrics. Having access to all of my platform's analytics in one place is great.

 ### 44. Hootsuite Has Some Great Features, But It's Very Difficult To Set Up

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick T. | Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

1) I like the unified inbox, although I have yet to be able to connect YouTube comments to the inbox (although I'm told in some forums that it is possible). This is the reason I chose Hootsuite over all of their many other competitors. However, if I can't get Hootsuite set up and stable in the next couple of days (before my trial period expires), I may well be choosing a competitor.

2) I like the fact that Hootsuite can manage and track my paid advertising campaigns in the various social media platforms.

3) The concept of being able to write a post and manipulate it to be viewed properly on multiple platforms is intriguing.

4) I'm posing daily on multiple platforms for my business. Hootsuite promises to simplify that task. The idea of managing all of that from one dashboard is appealing.

5) I love Hootsuite's marketing campaign. They have good marketing showing what their software should be able to do for you. Unfortunately, execution isn't superb.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

1) Every time I go into Hootsuite I'm asked to connect to social media platforms although I've done this 4 times already;

2) There is no live chat feature or phone support available. Hootsuite is an expensive program and for this price I would expect expert 24/7 tech support. This alone may be the reason I cancel my subscription. It is an exercise in futility to obtain support. If you work hard at it, you will find their support on X (Twitter) and you may get some answers.

3) The setup of Hootsuite is unnecessarily complex and confusing. This should be simple, but Hootsuite makes it hard causing the software to be almost unworkable.

4) Overall, I have been very disappointed with Hootsuite. It's fantastic in concept and if it worked as advertised I would be their #1 fan and would stick with them for life. Unfortunately, they have yet to deliver on their engaging advertising.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, Hootsuite is causing more problems than it's solving. Installation is a nightmare. For a company that's been around as long as you've been, I'm surprised at the difficulty at setup. I've been involved with technology for over 30 years. I've written code, set up networks, and performed tech support for a lot of big name companies. I'm using a new computer running Intel and Windows 11 that is up-to-date. So, before you assert that the problem is a lack of technical aptitude on my end, you should check out your own software.

 ### 45. Powerful Social Media Tool, But AI and Language Support Need Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcela G. | Strategic Design Thinker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite offers a solid and intuitive platform for managing multiple social media accounts in one place. The ability to schedule posts, makes it a reliable solution for digital marketing workflows. Its dashboard is user-friendly, and the reporting tools provide valuable insights for performance analysis.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

While Hootsuite is an excellent tool overall, some of its AI features and advanced functionalities are not yet optimized for Spanish-speaking users. Language support can be limited, and certain AI-driven tools, like content recommendations or sentiment analysis, don't always perform accurately in Spanish. This creates challenges for teams working in Latin American or Spanish-language markets.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Hootsuite primarily for scheduling and publishing social media content across multiple platforms, monitoring engagement and brand mentions, and generating performance reports. It's also helpful for managing collaborative workflows within our marketing team and ensuring consistent messaging across our communication channels.

 ### 46. Solid Social Media Tool, But Is It Worth the Cost?

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad U. | Social Media Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I have been using Hootsuite for three years. Hootsuite is a powerful platform for scheduling and managing posts across multiple social networks, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The dashboard is intuitive, making organizing content calendars and collaborating with teams easy. The bulk scheduling feature saves time, and the mobile app is handy for on-the-go updates. Customer support is generally helpful, and the platform is reliable for consistent posting.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The biggest drawback is the analytics, which often seem exaggerated and inconsistent with native platform data, making performance tracking unreliable.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite effectively addresses the core challenges of managing multiple social media accounts by providing a centralized platform for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts across networks like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The biggest benefit is the significant time savings—what used to require hours of manual posting across different platforms now takes a fraction of the time thanks to bulk scheduling and a unified dashboard. For teams, the collaboration features eliminate messy email threads by allowing seamless content approvals and assignments directly within the platform.

 ### 47. Easy Social Media Scheduling but Needs More to Impress

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt R. | product manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

I like how Hootsuite allows me to post to multiple media accounts automatically, which makes managing multiple accounts much easier. I also appreciate its ease of use and how the initial setup was very easy, as I just had to connect accounts.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps with social media scheduling and allows me to post to multiple media accounts automatically, making it easy to manage multiple accounts.

 ### 48. A good starter social media manager with a few quirks

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikkola B. | Graduate Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is a good starter program for social media management. The calendar feature is useful to be able to plan out content for a couple of days. The approval tool is nice and helps for content needing approval. The stream is an interesting way to see content laid out. Analytics is relatively useful except for its slight quirks and limitations. Customer support is quick and they have a lot of videos for training. I've attended some of their webinars as well, which have been relatively useful. We use this relatively often and I use the tags features on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The create feature is nice, except the design tools in the software are limited. The Canva extension is useful, but the fact that you can't log in is frustrating because it won't save your design. Content created using the extension is editable if you send it for approval. Analytics are limited and sometimes don't have all the old data.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite is attempting to solve the problem of managing our social media channels. Overall, it benefits my job as I don't have to log into our separate accounts. It makes me easily able to grab analytics for the month for our reports.

 ### 49. It is good, but only if your priority is time, and not quality.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite is great at saving time when it comes to posting to different accounts since your able to create a general post for all platforms through one dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

Hootsuite lacks up-to-date features specific to certain platforms. It also lacks a lot of features that can hurt further engagement like lack of collaboration on instagram, music selection for facebook and meta, or images only on tiktok.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hootsuite helps save a lot of time across platforms.

 ### 50. Easy Social Scheduling, But Lacks Advanced Analytics

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria B. | Office Manager, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Hootsuite?**

It is very easy to use Hootsuite for scheduling for multiple social media platforms!

**What do you dislike about Hootsuite?**

The reason we switched from Hootsuite was only because we wanted to have access to even further analytical data.

**What problems is Hootsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very difficult for a single person to keep up with social media posting - especially for multiple platforms. Hootsuite made that happen with ease.
