For example, in contracts like mine, which are based on a number of weekly hours, it is burdensome to have to spend 30 minutes each day writing and justifying how I used my work time. Additionally, I found it frustrating not to be able to negotiate the contract or something similar. For instance, when a new contract becomes available for signing, our users do not receive the notification immediately, despite having all the necessary permissions enabled. So far nothing specific comes to mind, although the tax help is not available in the country I am in. While I am very familiar due to similar roles and platforms, I know many people find the SA tax system for freelance projects like this difficult to understand, so it would be useful to have it available at some point or, at the very least, a link(s) to the relevant SARS page (which is periodically checked).
