Também é muito interessante poder usar o cartão para pagamentos internacionais, o que ajuda a economizar no câmbio. Uma das coisas que eu mais gosto é a rapidez para receber meu pagamento no mesmo dia em que a empresa me manda o dinheiro. What I like the most is the customer service, I had an issue with a withdrawal, I transferred a low amount to Revolut bank, they never recognized the transfer, I reported this issue to Deel and they assisted me right away, making simple the process and solving the issue (Deel acknowledged my concern, asked for evidence and then reimbursed the money back to my account in a few days. The only thing I dislike about Deel is the commission that I have to pay every time I withdraw money, also the currency rate is lower than expected, for example if $1 USD exchange is $17 MXN, Deel exchanges for $16 MXN. I might say Deel Payroll feels clear from the moment I open it. The notifications are really straightforward—like the reminder to update my personal data—which I find genuinely helpful. What stands out most to me is the app’s simplicity, because everything is explained in plain, easy-to-understand words. I also like being able to look back at historical data and use the chart-filling features, along with the notifications that come with them. Deel doesn’t delay your pay. The thing I liked most is Deel Advance, because it offers more reasonable interest rates and approves your advance request right then and there. With Deel Pay, you don’t have to wait for “sunshine” to show before your pay lands in your preferred bank account. Once your pay hits your Deel account, you can set it to be sent automatically to your preferred bank details, so you don’t have to transfer it manually. I'm not sure if this counts, but they should do, like, the freelancing I was working in. They had a separate website to show the earnings, and later when we claim it, the payment would be made through Deel Payroll. So I think it should be an automated process. Its complexity is about reimbursements and integration. Integration with QBO is a bit uneasy when the payroll is paid in different currency. However, extracting invoices and manually recording the payroll in ERP seems a bit easy. They charge expenses in the currency that I'm paying in, whereas they show the payroll charges in the employee's regional currency, which also creates some confusion when I convert and calculate the Forex gain and loss. Yes, I think that when you connect it takes several seconds for the information to appear, and sometimes that wait is exaggerated. It's something they could improve. It's something that I’ve even written to customer service about. So, you connect and sometimes you can be waiting 20 seconds to get the information. Also, Deel Payroll allows you to transfer from one personal account to another, but it doesn’t let you, for example, make a payment to a supplier from there.
