We’ve been using Insider One to improve our customer journeys, and it’s been a noticeable change. Setting up campaigns used to take a lot of back-and-forth with developers, but now we can build and launch them in hours. The AI-driven personalization actually works; it helps surface the right content to the right users, which has increased engagement and conversions.
What really stands out is having all the data in one place: we can see the full customer journey, track behavior across channels, and adjust campaigns on the fly. It makes iterating and optimizing experiences so much easier than jumping between multiple tools.
I’m curious to hear how others compare this to platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Bloomreach, or Sitecore, what’s actually working for you in improving the customer journey?
