**What do you like best about allGeo?**

What I like best about allGeo is its real-time tracking and scheduling features. It helps us stay organized and ensures we know where our team is at any given moment. The platform is also easy to use, even for those who aren’t very tech-savvy, which makes it convenient for everyone on the team.

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

What I dislike about allGeo is that it sometimes struggles to update in areas with weak network coverage. This can cause delays in syncing data, which can be frustrating. Adding more offline functionality would make it a much better tool.

**What problems is allGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allGeo is helping us manage our field team more effectively by providing real-time tracking and scheduling. It ensures that everyone is where they need to be and allows us to plan tasks more efficiently. This has saved us time and reduced confusion in our daily operations, making our workflow much smoother.

All Geo provides a overall platform that simplifies workforce tracking. I found its GPS tracking feature to be accurate and reliable. i can customize report and track realtime data.

the mobile app is a little problematic where there are some bugs to be solved.

I can see my workforce, where they are and if they need any help.

The fact that it tracks my location and let's me accurately bill customers for time that im onsite. It pays for itself really

Not sure I have run into anything I don't like about it

**What problems is allGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had issues in the past of not knowing when I showed up or left a customer's property. We were loosing money because we were guessing what time we were leaving or forgot about a visit that we had during the month. We needed to find a solution that would track our phone, which we always have on us, and let us export those details and geo-tag customer locations so it easily tells us what customer we were at and for how long.

allGEO has a feature of real time tracking, automated scheduling,  time and expense tracking etc. Benefit of allGEO is that it is cost effective and saves cost, enhanced efficiency.

It sometimes have technical glitches and the loading time is also slow.

**What do you like best about allGeo?**

Our company offers vehicle financing services for dealerships across Southern California. We have been able to rely on allGeo for a few years to complete collateral audits remotely on vehicles we consign to dealerships. The application has served for this purpose even when it was not designed for that specific target in mind. Customer service has been very satisfactory, as well. 

The application has been able to help us reach our goals.

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

Depending on the network strength and device, when submitting big files through the application you can come across getting a successful submission notification, but the actual file might not have been uploaded completely which sometimes confuses new users. However, the application will add to a queue any files pending to be uploaded, so you can retry the upload when you have a better network available.

**What do you like best about allGeo?**

Implementation was smooth and seamless.  The AllGeo team tried to anticipate all our needs prior to start up and worked with us to ensure a smooth transition.  We have now been with AllGeo for just under 4 years and very happy overall.  Very happy with the ease of use for adjusting times and running reports.  When we do reach out to Customer Support they are fast to respond and start working on a solution for our needs.  The overall cost is by far best compared to other platforms.

Sometimes feels like we should be able to click less and type if needed.

Ease of tracking and reporting times

Currently I didn't find and challenges or downfall of the product.

I had a burden for time sheet & attendance maintaining and was doing payroll manually. AllGeo helped me to maintain the records accurately and process the payroll as be the data available.

The services you offered were top notch and they were very valuable to us while we used them. Unfortunately, we don’t have much of a need for this service any longer but wanted you to know that we really appreciated the tracking options you offered.

No issues with allGeo. We used allGeo for a limited account and it had more features than we needed.

Very responsive support team during implementation and app meets our needs for time tracking and employee tracking.

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

There were a few times during implementation that our preferred solution wsa not available because the product did not have the feature as desired.  On at least one occasion, the team did state that the requested feature was on the roadmap.

Time and job tracking solution that was previously done on paper.

Being a third party assisting us in completing DDS requirements to use Sandata. This helps our staff to be using only one application for clocking in and out instead of using Sandata.

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

The downside of using allgeo is that I have to review two appication since we are using ADP for staff to get paid. The application also shows more lines when staff are working ovenright compared to the other ap I  used in which I only review few lines. The client code in the allgeo is not  also showing clients name when you add a client code. However, the ap is simple enough to understand and review staff's time cards and customer support is good

Able to meet DDS requirement in using EVV system

The flexibility of this platform is very promising.
We use it non-traditionally and it still functions for what we need.

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

I cannot speak to other makes but on iPhone devices it is required to have the application opened periodically in order to have it check in. Keep this in mind when using the application.

This is allowing us to dispatch employees where they are needed most.

We have had a wonderful experience with using AllGeo. It's very effective for use in clock in/out.
They are integrated with Sandata to transmit EVV reports in the Sandata Aggregator.
The support team are very efficient and are also prompt in attending to issues.

I have no dislike with using Allgeo at this time

The allGeo software allows my company to keep track of timekeeping more efficiently, especially since we bought three other companies.

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

While using QuickBooks, allGeo would submit all of our time tracking directly to our payroll. However, now that we have three additional companies under us, we have switched to Stream, and allGeo does not offer auto-tracking to Stream.

The primary issues we have eliminated, using allGeo, are the excessive use of paper to track time and attendance. AllGeo eliminates additional costs for timekeepers and downtime on the jobsite.

**What do you like best about allGeo?**

We are able to track our employees in the field and calculate time sheets with minimal effort. It is a great product and the customer service is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

Setting up reporting was a bit confusing at first, and it should be noted that when specifying geofencing for the time clocking, you must compare on a map and not rely solely on a post office address. HOWEVER- the customer service and technical support are friendly and prompt. If you need ANY help at all with this process, their team is on hand to assist with Zoom calls, phone, email and online tutorials.

I like that it is straightforward for my team to utilize and it provides me with excellent reporting.

I like that it can be used for multiple different things, such as work scheduling, invoicing, and customer management. It’s all very convenient and in one place. 

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

So far I haven’t had a bad experience! All good news here!

I think this is an overall great software for those who want ease of access to pretty much everything

The layout for user interface makes it easy to utilize. The processing aligns with theeory which means to me, developers dedicated their time to design this unique platform.

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

I dislike that there is no easy user interface for back end server adjustments. Their should be a back office profile that allows you to toggle functions.

**What problems is allGeo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GeoTracking to calculate the hours of idleness of my employees. It helps me track their work versus manual paper format. It's easier for me to doc pay and create timesheets.

The layout of the application is clear. I was able to track employees quite easily using this.

A bit complicated at first in navigating the app once setup. I did need help.

Tracking Employees feature is very good on this application.

When we were using this within the company, being able to monitor employees from a distance helped solved a lot of issues we were having. Unfortunately we couldn't sustain this within the company for a longer period.

My Geo tracking is very user-friendly and easy to use. You can track your fleet in real time data

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

When this tracking device it’s plugged in to the vehicle and it’s really easy for the employees to disconnect.  wish this product was hardwired into the vehicle

Being able to see where our fleet is at all times

It is cloud platform. It supports salaried employee tracking and time management. It can be integrated with Payroll, Enterprise Resource planning and others. This helps in reducing operational cost in organization. 

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

It does not support biometric recognition, payroll management ( third party payroll needs you bring integrated) , reporting and dashboard, leave tracking, punching.

This is a good tool, saves a lot of manual effort for small and medium sized organizations.

I am using it for tracking of employees ( GPS tracking), mobile forms & data collection. It increases worker safety and also tracks field activities.

A cloud hosted messaging platform that helps SMB and enterprise manager virtual employees. It improves productively and accountability while still staying suitable with payroll dollars. 

**What do you dislike about allGeo?**

An update should be required. Sometimes software freezes and gets very slow.

Be patient. Sometimes it can be slow, a lot of steps a long the way. It pays off in the end.
