  ### 1. Failed Transitions and Poor Integration Support

**What do you like best about Thatch?**

The UX is clean as uncluttered.

**What do you dislike about Thatch?**

Thatch has caused many challenges for  us to use with the administration of our ICRA health care benefits. Oneda eat- we came to attach brocade they purchased our ICHRA provider, Venteur, and pushed to have the move over take place in month, or leave us without insurance benefits. Those whose up force as clients may have a different experience.   We were promised seamless integrations, but it turns out they don't exist with our particular payroll company.   We experienced issues when Thatch acquired Ventur, particularly with employees having insurance dropped and being unable to resolve the issue until open enrollment. The company continues to bill us for premiums they aren't paying, resulting in dropped insurances. There's been no accountability from Thatch, and they are not taking responsibility for potential ACA violations resulting from these issues. Their support is difficult to reach, and they don't acknowledge their mistakes. Additionally, the features are lacking; it's very bare-bones and doesn't provide robust benefits or functionality. You can't bulk import employee data via spreadsheet, making it time-consuming. The initial setup ignored many ACA responsibilities, creating further complications.

**What problems is Thatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hoped Thatch would make health insurance admin seamless, but it's been difficult with broken integration promises, unresolved issues, and insurance dropouts. They bill us without paying premiums and lack helpful features.

**What do you like best about Thatch?**

We've been working with Thatch for nearly 2 years now and the difference between Thatch and other healthcare platforms for a small business is night and day. What we like:
- Breadth of plans available
- How easy onboarding to Thatch was
- How our employees can spend extra funds on things that make a difference in their lives (they get Thatch cards)
- Customer support. Whenever we email Thatch support (employees included), the response time is really quick 
-Brain space - I know this is going to sound a bit weird but how we don't have to worry about renewing contracts with 4 different providers directly, making payments to them on their antiquated systems, and no longer worrying about healthcare tasks every month. Just not having to think about all of the tasks is so so nice and refreshing.
- Connects to our payroll provider (Gusto)

**What do you dislike about Thatch?**

- User interface, don't like how the balances tab hides all of the card transactions
- HSA information, unsure on how to offer our employees HSAs and if we can with this type of setup

**What problems is Thatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thatch consolidates our healthcare system as a small business. Before Thatch we had to work with a broker, sign up to providers individually, pay our invoices on old systems, and help our employees directly. With Thatch we can offboard a lot of this work and it has been so nice to do. I'm thankful Thatch exists. As a small business owner, I simply don't have time to be calling health care providers and I no longer feel guilty that the plans we provide to employees are limited. Thatch has a lot of plans and we also like the spend card.

**What do you like best about Thatch?**

I've used Thatch at two different companies (both early stage startups), and it's been fantastic. 

We've had employees coming to us from different healthcare providers, with different doctors and plans they need supported. None of the options from Rippling, etc were able to cover all our cases. 

Thatch made it SUPER easy, and has had the added benefit of making outside providers like physical therapists outside of insurance easy to cover.

It was incredibly easy to implement, easy to integrate into our existing systems, and the customer support, when needed, has been brilliant. 

I use it all the time, at every company I go to or start, since they released this product.

**What do you dislike about Thatch?**

Truly it's that easy to use. The cost is minimal.

**What do you like best about Thatch?**

From both a customer and employee perspective, this company truly excels. Their customer service is outstanding, always attentive and responsive to our needs. The product itself is top-notch, seamlessly integrating the benefits of an individual policy with the ease and efficiency of a group plan. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable and effective solution for running an ICHRA plan.

**What do you dislike about Thatch?**

They are the future of health insurance benefits for mid-size companies. I would like them to grow their product to include all other standard employee benefits as well.

**What problems is Thatch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are running an ICHRAH the way that makes sense for the employee.
