
We've been working with Thatch for nearly 2 years now and the difference between Thatch and other healthcare platforms for a small business is night and day. What we like:
- Breadth of plans available
- How easy onboarding to Thatch was
- How our employees can spend extra funds on things that make a difference in their lives (they get Thatch cards)
- Customer support. Whenever we email Thatch support (employees included), the response time is really quick
-Brain space - I know this is going to sound a bit weird but how we don't have to worry about renewing contracts with 4 different providers directly, making payments to them on their antiquated systems, and no longer worrying about healthcare tasks every month. Just not having to think about all of the tasks is so so nice and refreshing.
- Connects to our payroll provider (Gusto) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- User interface, don't like how the balances tab hides all of the card transactions
- HSA information, unsure on how to offer our employees HSAs and if we can with this type of setup Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
