## Scoro Reviews
 ### 1. All-in-One Solution That Enhances Agency Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather E. | Senior Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I like that everything with Scoro is in the same place. It includes timesheets, planners, projects, and the reporting, which makes management much more streamlined. We used to work with separate software for time tracking, project management, and billing, so having all this together in Scoro has made us more effective as an agency. Scoro helps us have everything under one roof with clearer visibility across teams.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The reporting is a little frustrating at times, and I can't allocate time allocations to specific services within projects. It would be helpful to see the pace per service throughout the month. Also, during the onboarding, I felt that the onboarding person didn’t really understand our business, and a lot of the onboarding was generic rather than tailored to us.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Scoro to keep everything under one roof, giving clearer visibility across teams. It combines time tracking, project management, and billing, making us more effective as an agency.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi Heather, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a great review of your experience with Scoro.

It is wonderful to hear that Scoro is helping you keep everything under one roof, providing the clear visibility across teams that allows your mid-market-sized agency to be more effective by combining time tracking, project management, and billing in a single system.

We are glad you find the all-in-one nature of our timesheets, planners, and reporting tools valuable, as centralizing these features is designed specifically to streamline management and eliminate the need for fragmented software.

Regarding your feedback on tracking pace per service, you can use the Detailed Work Report to group results by Service or Activity Type to monitor your progress throughout the month, and I also recommend checking the Monitoring and Reporting section of our Help Center for tips on customizing your dashboard widgets for even better visibility.

Thank you again for your feedback, and we truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your partner in becoming an even more well-oiled agency!

 ### 2. Scoro for the win!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cheryl H. | Client Services Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

We’ve used Scoro for over three years and remain very satisfied with its performance. It has improved efficiency across our team compared to our previous system. The ability to set detailed client information—such as categories, pricing in USD or CAD, and client-specific checklists—ensures accuracy and consistency from the quoting stage onward. Quotes can be created, approved, and automatically converted into projects with related tasks, saving significant time. Custom views for quotes, projects, and tasks make tracking progress straightforward and help us meet deadlines. We also value the ability to change project and quote statuses, allowing for an easy handoff to our payments team. Invoices can be generated and sent directly through Scoro, with automatic follow-ups for outstanding payments. The system also alerts us to overdue invoices when creating new quotes. We’re always impressed with the monthly updates and how Scoro continues to improve with thoughtful new features that reflect real user needs.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Scoro was a bit of a challenge to set up initially as there are so many customizations. However, our onboarding specialist helped us navigate this step really well. It is worth going through to have Scoro work as you need it to for your business.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro helps us streamline our entire workflow, from quoting to project delivery and invoicing - all within one system. Before Scoro, we spent extra time managing client details, tracking project progress, and following up on payments in separate tools. Now, quotes are easily converted into projects with defined tasks, ensuring all deliverables stay on track. The ability to manage project statuses, generate invoices directly, and automate follow-ups for outstanding payments has saved our team time and reduced errors. Having visibility across all stages of a job helps us stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency with every client.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi Cheryl, thank you so much for leaving such a happy and detailed review for Scoro!

It is wonderful to hear how Scoro has helped you streamline your entire workflow from quoting to project delivery and invoicing within a single system, especially as it has saved your team time and reduced errors by eliminating the need for separate tools. By utilizing our quote to cash features, you have successfully bridged the gap between sales and execution, ensuring that all deliverables stay on track through defined tasks and automated payment follow-ups. You mentioned that you particularly enjoy how quotes can be converted into projects with client-specific checklists and pricing in multiple currencies, which directly contributes to the consistency and end-to-end visibility that keeps your business organized. We are thrilled to hear that our monthly updates and thoughtful new features continue to impress you, and we are glad that our onboarding specialist was able to help you navigate the initial setup so you could tailor the many customizations to fit your specific business needs.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your partner for the past three years and look forward to continuing to support your team's success.

 ### 3. Great for project visibility and commercial control

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

What I like best about Scoro is how effectively it brings together project management, time tracking, budgeting, reporting, and invoicing in one platform. That has been especially valuable from a finance and operations perspective, because it gives much better visibility across the full lifecycle of a job rather than forcing us to piece things together from separate systems and spreadsheets. The reporting is one of the strongest parts for me. Being able to filter detailed work and timesheet data, review activity by team or user group, and export information for further analysis makes it much easier to understand utilisation, project delivery, and where time is actually being spent. That level of visibility has helped improve internal decision-making and made conversations around project profitability and resourcing far more informed.

Another big benefit is the way Scoro helps connect delivery teams and finance teams more closely. Tasks, time entries, budgets, and billable activity all sit in a more joined-up workflow, which helps reduce manual admin and creates a clearer line from day-to-day work through to billing and commercial control. From a UI and UX point of view, there is a lot in the system, but once it is configured properly it becomes a very useful operational hub. We have also found value in the way it supports structured processes and integrations, rather than just acting as a standalone task tool. An unexpected benefit has been how much easier it is to spot overservicing, budget drift, or inconsistent time capture earlier, simply because the information is more visible and better organised. Overall, it has helped us work in a more controlled, data-led way and has improved both operational oversight and financial discipline.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

One of the main downsides of Scoro is that, because it is such a broad platform, the user experience can sometimes feel more complex than it needs to be. There is a lot of functionality packed into the system, which is powerful, but it can also make navigation, setup, and day-to-day administration feel heavier for new or occasional users. Some actions are not always as intuitive as you would expect, and certain processes can feel more manual than they should be, especially when you are trying to manage data in bulk or make simple administrative changes. That can create a steeper onboarding curve and means businesses need to invest proper time in setup, training, and internal ownership to get the best out of it.

I also think there is room to improve flexibility, ease of administration, and overall efficiency. While the reporting is valuable, getting exactly the output you want can sometimes take more effort than expected, and some workflows would benefit from simpler bulk actions and a more streamlined interface. Integrations are useful, but as with many systems, the real value depends a lot on how well everything is configured and maintained. From a pricing and ROI perspective, Scoro makes more sense when a business is using a wide range of its capabilities, but it can feel like a significant investment if teams only adopt part of the platform. I would also say there is an opportunity for stronger built-in intelligence and automation to help users surface issues, spot anomalies, and reduce manual effort further. Overall, it is a capable system, but one that could be more intuitive, lighter to administer, and quicker to unlock value from.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Scoro, one of the biggest challenges was that project delivery, time tracking, budgets, and commercial reporting tended to sit across different places, which made it harder to get a clear and timely view of performance. We often had to piece together information manually to understand whether projects were on track, how much time had been spent, and whether work delivered was lining up properly with budgets and billing. Scoro has helped solve that by bringing those areas into one system, so we can now track work, time, and project financials in a much more joined-up way. The biggest benefit has been better visibility and control — we can see issues earlier, have more informed conversations about utilisation and project profitability, and spend less time pulling data together manually.

It has also helped close the gap between operational teams and finance. We used to struggle with translating day-to-day activity into something commercially useful, but now there is a much clearer link between what teams are doing, what time is being recorded, and how that supports reporting and invoicing. That has improved internal accountability and made it easier to spot overservicing, missing time, or budget drift before those issues become bigger problems. In practical terms, it has reduced manual admin, improved the quality of reporting, and given us a stronger basis for resourcing and financial decision-making. The value is less about one single feature and more about the fact that Scoro gives us a more structured, visible, and controllable operating model.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for sharing such a great and detailed review of your experience with Scoro. You mentioned that before Scoro, your project delivery and commercial reporting lived in different places, making it difficult to get a timely view of performance. By bringing these areas into one system, Scoro allows you to track work and financials in a joined-up way, which provides the end-to-end visibility needed to spot overservicing and budget drift before they become larger issues.

It is wonderful to hear that you value how Scoro effectively brings together project management, time tracking, budgeting, reporting, and invoicing, especially since the reporting helps you filter detailed timesheet data to better understand utilization and project delivery. This level of insight directly supports your goal of having more informed conversations around profitability and resourcing by connecting your delivery and finance teams in a shared workflow.

To help reduce the feeling of a heavy administrative load, I recommend exploring our articles on managing data in bulk and using the Import/Export tools found in the Help Center under the Admins and Champion Users section. We also release updates every four weeks, many of which focus on refining the UI and adding AI-powered actions to help surface anomalies more intuitively, so I encourage you to check our latest version updates for new ways to simplify your daily navigation.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your operational hub and for providing such thoughtful feedback to help us improve.

 ### 4. Enhances Visibility, Streamlines Processes, and Provides Unmatched Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi H. | General Manager: Business Execution, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I love how the Scoro team set themselves apart with their unmatched customer service. Scoro is a brilliant system that has improved visibility across the business and eased the admin burden on the team. It has streamlined internal processes and tracking of projects and costs. I particularly appreciate its ease of use and how it effortlessly links costs across projects and resources. The improved reliability of data and reduced administrative burden impress me. The setup was easy, making the transition smooth for our team.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Internal navigation, it's hard to ‘go back’ to a previous screen, need to keep multiple tabs open to speed up work across multiple projects. A similar setup to having a root directory would be ideal, where you can click up one ‘folder level’.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro streamlines internal processes, enhances business visibility, improves project cost tracking, links costs effortlessly, and eases administrative burden, making it reliable and user-friendly.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi Heidi, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such an awesome 5-star review!

It is fantastic to hear that Scoro is helping you streamline your internal processes, enhance visibility, and significantly ease the administrative burden on your team. By effortlessly linking costs across projects and resources, Scoro is designed specifically to provide that improved data reliability and project cost tracking you mentioned, ensuring you can focus more on execution and less on manual data entry.

I am thrilled that you particularly appreciate the system’s ease of use and the unmatched support from our team, as we strive to make the transition and daily operations as smooth as possible for every business.

Regarding the navigation and the "folder level" structure you mentioned, while we don't have a traditional root directory, I recommend making use of the Bookmarks feature to save your most frequent filtered views, which allows you to jump back to specific project lists or financial overviews with a single click from the top menu. Additionally, you can customize your global search settings and personal menu to keep your most-used modules like Projects or Finances front and center, reducing the need for multiple tabs.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro to power your business execution and for being such a champion user!

 ### 5. Overall positive experience with Scoro, but a few improvements needed:)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justas L. | Sales manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

What I like best about Scoro is its speed, customisability, and clean UI. I’ve used a few CRMs in the past—mainly Salesforce—and Scoro has given me a better experience in all three of those areas. It’s also quite intuitive, so it didn’t take long to get comfortable using it day to day. Overall, I’ve recommended Scoro to friends in sales. I’ve also had a fairly positive experience with Scoro’s support team whenever I needed help.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The main drawback for us is the contract creation process. The workflow requires repeating the same selection steps for all customers, even though the required details differ depending on the client type (company vs. individual). We would benefit from more flexibility—ideally, the ability to configure conditional fields based on legal status (e.g., LLC vs. private individual). In addition, PDF exports occasionally generate unclear or inconsistent file names.

Also, it would save us a lot of time if Scoro allowed exporting documents in Word format (e.g., .docx), not only as PDFs. When we need to make individual changes to a contract, we currently do it by duplicating and editing the PDF template. Because this relies on manual steps, human error sometimes happens—occasionally a change is missed or left out—which can lead to issues later. Having a Word export option would make these one-off edits easier and reduce mistakes.

I think commenting and tracking information in Scoro could be cleaner. In one company I worked for, we used a custom CRM (more call-center oriented) that handled task tracking really well. You could create a task and expand it like a thread to see all colleague comments and updates in one clear place. In comparison, Scoro’s documentation/history for tasks and comments doesn’t feel as clean or easy to follow because everything is under one category.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management and delegation: It makes it easy to assign tasks to colleagues and keep everything organized in one place. It saves a lot of time because key information is stored centrally and is easy to find later. Also if colleague calls in sick or goes to vacation it's so easy to understand what his main priorities for the day are.

Professional offers and contracts: it helps us create clean, professional-looking offers and contracts. The templates are customisable, and automation makes the process faster—for example, pulling client details from State Enterprise Centre of Registers saves us a lot of time when preparing contracts and reduces manual data entry.

Reporting: The margin tracking and statistics are very useful. I can quickly get the numbers my supervisor needs without manually tracking every sale in a separate Word file, which lets me focus on increasing sales

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi Justas, thank you for leaving such an awesome and detailed review of your experience with Scoro.

It is great to hear how Scoro is streamlining your task management and delegation, especially by providing a central hub that ensures work continues smoothly even when colleagues are away. By utilizing our CRM and pipeline features alongside integrated reporting, you are able to move away from manual tracking in Word files and focus on driving sales while keeping your supervisor updated on margins and statistics in real time. We are thrilled that you are enjoying the speed, customizability, and clean UI of the platform, as we aim to provide an intuitive alternative to tools like Salesforce that fits naturally into your daily sales workflow. Regarding your feedback on contract workflows, you can use PDF templates with multiple sets of conditions to better manage different client types, and for those one off edits, our recent version updates have introduced more flexibility in document handling and integration options that might reduce the need for manual PDF duplication. To address your point about communication clarity, you can use the Activity Feed or the comments section within specific tasks to centralize updates, and you might find that using the Task Board view helps visualize these threads more clearly.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro and recommending us to your network.

 ### 6. Excellent for Calendar Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annija B. | Project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

What I appreciate most about Scoro is its intuitive and detailed calendar, which allows easy tracking and management of all resources, including colleagues' availability, meeting rooms, and various project-related elements. The visibility provided by Scoro significantly improves our team's organization and resource planning, making project management smoother and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The least helpful aspect of Scoro is its task creation functionality, which feels somewhat cumbersome. It is simpler and quicker to add tasks directly into the calendar rather than using the designated task creation feature. This minor inconvenience disrupts workflow efficiency, especially when frequent task updates or additions are required.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro is solving issues related to resource allocation and team scheduling by providing clear visibility of team members' availability, room bookings, and overall project timelines. This comprehensive view streamlines planning, reduces scheduling conflicts, and ensures efficient utilization of all resources. As a result, our team's productivity has improved, planning meetings has become much simpler, and the overall project management experience is more organized and stress-free.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi Annija, thank you for sharing such a positive and thoughtful review! It is wonderful to hear that Scoro is solving your resource allocation challenges and reducing scheduling conflicts by providing a comprehensive view of your team's availability and room bookings.

We are delighted that our intuitive calendar and the oversight it provides have improved your productivity and made the overall project management experience smoother for your team.

Regarding your feedback on task creation being cumbersome, we recommend checking out Task Bundles via the link adde below to see if automating standard task sets could save you time, or exploring the Planner for a more visual approach to adding work.

I appreciate you choosing Scoro to help your business scale and stay organized.

 ### 7. Scoro: The Ultimate All-in-One Solution for Seamless Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edgaras M. | Junior Sales Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro fits my workspace perfectly, as it allows multiple users to connect seamlessly and supports nearly every type of activity I need, from client meetings and business travel to administrative tasks. I rely on it entirely instead of fragmented calendars and notebooks because its intuitive interface makes scheduling effortless, and the robust mobile app ensures constant access on my phone—a huge advantage for on-the-go sales professionals like me.

Overall, I consider it one of the best—if not the best—products of its kind, with powerful CRM features for lead tracking and customizable dashboards for real-time insights. I would definitely recommend it to any company dealing with customers, though its versatility extends far beyond, aiding project management and resource planning in dynamic environments.

In our weekly team meetings, we use Scoro to track each other's progress, review pipelines, and discuss all relevant topics, making it nearly impossible to overlook key details or deadlines. We also leverage it to register new leads, follow up systematically, and even organize company team-building events with ease.

In summary, Scoro masterfully combines calendar, notes, lead management, team collaboration, and reporting into a single, scalable app, complete with a mobile version that keeps everything synchronized. Its time-saving automation and comprehensive analytics have boosted our efficiency by a lot. 10/10.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

To be completely honest, I haven't found anything to dislike about Scoro. The only problem we've experienced was when my colleague was unable to access the app on their phone for a week. Aside from that, we have no complaints.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro has been a valuable tool for me in several ways. For time management and planning, I rely on it instead of a traditional calendar, recording all my meetings, project deadlines, and any other time-sensitive tasks directly in Scoro.
When it comes to lead registration, I make sure to enter every new lead into Scoro and set reminders to follow up. Since adopting Scoro, I haven't forgotten a single lead.
Team collaboration has also improved significantly; since I started using Scoro, I haven't experienced any scheduling conflicts with my team. I can easily check when my colleagues are available or busy, and I can even see if the conference room is booked at the time I need it.
These are the main ways Scoro supports me, though it offers many other helpful features as well.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for the incredible review, Edgaras! We’re thrilled Scoro is powering your day from calendar and notes to CRM, dashboards and team collaboration, both on web and mobile. Love hearing that weekly meetings, pipeline reviews and lead follow-ups run in one place, and that automation and analytics are saving real time. The mobile access issue your colleague hit isn’t the experience we want – if it happens again, our support team can help troubleshoot sign-in, app version and device settings to get things working fast. We’ll keep shipping improvements to make scheduling, lead tracking and resource planning even smoother. Thanks again for the 10/10 and for recommending Scoro.

 ### 8. Excellent customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca B. | Finance and Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

A few new things I’ve come to appreciate about Scoro are its continuous interface improvements, enhanced automation tools, and growing integration ecosystem. The updated UI feels cleaner and more intuitive, making it easier to navigate between projects, finances, and tasks. I’ve also found the expanded automation rules incredibly helpful—they reduce repetitive admin work by automating status updates, notifications, and data syncing. Finally, the increasing number of native integrations, especially with accounting and productivity tools, has made Scoro even more central to our workflow. These updates show that the platform is evolving in ways that genuinely improve day-to-day efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Another area where Scoro could improve is the overall complexity of initial setup and configuration. Many of the most powerful features—like automation rules, permissions, and financial settings—require a fair amount of trial and error to get right. More guided setup tools or prebuilt best-practice workflows would make onboarding much smoother. Additionally, some of the reporting customizations still feel rigid, especially when trying to combine financial and operational data in more advanced ways. Improving flexibility in these areas would help teams fully tailor Scoro to their processes without relying on workarounds.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro helps us work smarter by bringing structure, transparency, and efficiency to our daily operations, so we can focus more on delivering results and less on managing tools.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you so much for the detailed review, Rebecca! We are very glad you are happy with Scoro and it helps you free up more time for billable hours.

 ### 9. The best of collaboration app ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed Arif K. | Professional Services Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Still the best and managed app to keep track the project and finance data under one place

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Still they need more visibility in the market

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its best to replace the excel work with scoro task and event

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the 5/5 and the kind words, Syed! We’re glad Scoro helps you keep projects and finance in one place. Love that it’s letting you move from Excel to structured tasks and events for cleaner, real-time visibility. Your note on market visibility is appreciated; we’re investing in more customer stories and resources to spread the word.

 ### 10. Scoro is a great help in my work, here are my clients and sales pipelines

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taavi K. | Corporate Key Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I have a good overview of my existing customers, what solutions are in use, what can be sold, when agreements end and need to be reviewed again. It is very good to keep new sales under control and move them forward in stages, in addition, it is very convenient for our internal exchange of information, making worksheets for different departments that need to be solved, communicating with assistants, sending them tasks. I always get a feedback email when someone has solved my worksheet, added something to it or completed it. It is very convenient to work this way

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Sales offers could include more information about our company, shape the content of the offer, and have more flexibility in preparing the offer.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps my clients' information and controls them

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi Taavi, thank you for the fantastic 5-star review and for sharing your experience as a Corporate Key Account Manager. It is great to hear that Scoro effectively "keeps your clients' information and controls them," giving you a complete CRM and pipeline overview to manage your sales funnel and upcoming work efficiently. We are also thrilled that you value the clarity it brings to your existing customers and agreements, as well as the convenience of the internal worksheets and notifications that streamline communication with your assistants and departments.

Regarding your feedback on the flexibility of sales offers, you can actually customize the look and content of your quotes significantly by navigating to Settings > Site settings > PDF templates. ### 11. Integration with MLS is Manual

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek Y. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Before Scoro, my "system" was a colorful, scary mix of Google Calendar, a spreadsheet for due dates, and a CRM that only told half the story. Scoro didn't just replace those tools; it forced me to be a better, more accountable professional.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The integrated CRM isn't just a place to store phone numbers; it's the beginning of the entire process. Once a lead (a new contact) is qualified, I can instantly convert that contact into a project, pulling all their initial requirements and budget constraints straight into the workflow. No manual data transfer is needed. This seamless hand-off saves me at least 30 minutes per qualified lead.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scoro’s tasks and dependencies to map out the closing timeline. If the Appraisal is late, it immediately flags a risk to the Financing Commitment deadline. This allows me to proactively call the lender before the client even realizes there's a problem. It turns me from a reactive chaser into a proactive controller.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the great review — love hearing how Scoro helped you replace scattered tools and become more accountable, Abhishek! Your workflow showcases what Scoro does best: qualify a lead in the CRM, convert it to a project with scope and budget carried through, and manage delivery with task dependencies and proactive risk flags. On MLS, many customers reduce manual steps today via our API, webhooks, scheduled imports, or no-code connector like Scoro MCP. If you’d like, we can review your setup and suggest the fastest automation path.

 ### 12. Effortless Organization and Search Make Scoro Stand Out

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It is very easy to find things in Scoro - whether that's projects, time reports, invoices... there is a place for everything and it can be found easily using the ample search and search filters.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

As Scoro has become more popular over the last 5 years, I've noticed additional delays in getting responses back from support. Support is always helpful, but it does take much longer to get a response.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two initial issues that we wanted to tackle were project management for creative projects and a singular system that would work with Quickbooks. We're very happy with how we've been able to better track and handle projects using Scoro. We have run into a few bumps with Quickbooks and Scoro, but it remains the best option for integrating project management and our bookkeeping.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave this thoughtful review of your experience with Scoro! It is fantastic to hear that Scoro remains the best option for connecting your project management with bookkeeping, allowing you to better track and handle your creative projects with the QuickBooks integration. We are also glad to know that the centralization of your data, combined with our search capabilities and filters, makes it effortless for you to find projects, time reports, and invoices. We hear your feedback regarding support response times and while we strive to assist every user promptly, please remember that our extensive Help Center is always available for immediate guidance on setup, billing, and troubleshooting. Thank you once again for your long-term partnership and for choosing Scoro.

 ### 13. Scoro Solves Tougher and Complex Business Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It brings everything together in one clear, organized place. Instead of juggling separate tools for projects, finances, and client management, Scoro connects the full workflow from sales and planning to time tracking, invoicing, and reporting. We also appreciate how it supports for clear decision with real time insights, without feeling overly complicated. Overall, it feels like a practical system designed for real teams who want more clarity, control, and structure in their daily work.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

With features like detailed task planning, budgeting, time tracking, and custom reporting all in one place, it takes some time to learn. Some actions require more clicks than expected, so it doesn’t feel as quick as simpler tools. And if your team doesn’t already have structured processes, features like work schedules and profitability dashboards can feel complex rather than helpful.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps us see how work is progressing and whether projects are actually profitable in real time. As a result, We spend less time on admin tasks and have a much clearer view of performance, which makes decision-making faster and easier.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Scoro!

It is great to hear that Scoro is helping your team solve complex business challenges by providing real-time insights into project progress and profitability. We are happy that you are spending less time on admin tasks and finding decision-making easier with a clearer view of performance, which is exactly why we built our automated workflows to connect everything from sales to reporting. It is rewarding to know that you appreciate how the platform brings your entire workflow into one organized place, providing the clarity and control teams need to thrive without juggling separate tools.

Regarding the learning curve and the number of clicks required for some actions, we have recently released a revamped project task list and a new project modify view that features a more intuitive, tabbed design to make navigation much faster. For teams looking to simplify their daily interactions, our new Scoro for Gmail add-on and the ELI AI-powered chat allow you to convert emails to tasks or pull complex data using natural language, significantly reducing the manual effort involved. If you are still refining your internal structures, I also recommend exploring our "Admins and Champion Users" section in the Help Center, which provides best practices for setting up work schedules and profitability dashboards that align with your specific processes.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your partner for business clarity and thank you again for your honest review.

 ### 14. Scoro is the single, integrated system that finally pulled those two worlds together.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niranjan M. | Lead Visual Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

We can finally run post-mortem reports that accurately connect our initial estimate for concept development time to the actual time logged. This has allowed us to increase our quoting accuracy for complex projects (like high-end residential or hospitality fit-outs) by over 15%, reducing under-billing significantly.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Scoro acts as our main client hub. The initial quote, the signed contract, every single piece of correspondence, every drawing version, and every invoice is attached to the client's single profile.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every task, every hour logged by a designer, every supplier invoice (for bespoke furniture, wall coverings, etc.) is fed directly into the project budget in Scoro. I can look at a project dashboard and see, in real-time, the financial health of the renovation. If we spend 10 extra hours revising the kitchen layout, Scoro shows the immediate margin hit. This makes us ruthlessly efficient and financially responsible.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks so much for the detailed review — we’re thrilled Scoro helped you connect estimating and delivery into one source of truth, Niranjan! It’s great to hear post-mortems now tie initial concept estimates to time logged, boosting quoting accuracy by 15% and cutting under-billing. Your workflow also showcases Scoro as a single client hub – from quote and contract to correspondence, drawing versions, costs, and invoices – all linked to the same profile. And the real-time budget view – with every task, hour, and supplier invoice rolling into the project dashboard – is exactly how we aim to surface margin impact early so teams stay efficient and financially on track.

 ### 15. Easy and lucid tracking tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanchit S. | Digital Busines Consultant & Strategic Advisor, Quorev Pte. Ltd., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

As a small and medium business owner, I use Scoro mainly for its integrations with Xero and Expensify. With Xero, Scoro makes it easy to sync invoices, bills, and payments between my projects and accounting. I just create invoices for my clients in Scoro, and everything is automatically updated in Xero, saving me and my team lots of time and manual work.

For expenses, Scoro’s integration with Expensify is a big help. After approving expense reports in Expensify, all receipts and expense details show up in Scoro attached to the right project or invoice. This keeps my records organized and makes tracking spending simple.

Overall, Scoro helps me keep my finances in order without needing to jump between apps or worry about things getting missed

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Can have more alert features built in for over delivery and other data points

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Worth every penny and easy lucid interface for tracking activity, team tasks and projects

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead tracking, project execution, billing. Quote generation and sales pipeline updates internally , new customer tracking and onboarding

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the amazing feedback, Sanchit! Our goal at Scoro is to bring all you need for your service business management into one easy-to-use platform and thus save you tons of time down the line. We are really happy to hear that you have achieved exactly that by using Scoro for end-to-end business management from quoting to project management and invoicing, especially by integrating to other financial tools such as Xero and Expensify.

 ### 16. Comprehensive Project Management, Initial Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kuldeep P. | Sales Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I like that Scoro solves great problems with workforce management, making it easy. I find the planning, reports, and booking features convenient as they're all in one place. As a project manager, I appreciate how setting up projects with due dates, labor costs, external costs, and invoicing helps me stay aligned from start to finish. The visibility into timelines and capacity through due dates is valuable. Additionally, I found the initial setup easy.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Getting adapted initially to the interface is a bit difficult and too much information is presented. From an interface perspective, the main challenge is that a lot of information presented at once can be overwhelming for new users.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scoro for workforce management, planning, reports, and booking in one place. It helps set up projects with due dates, labor costs, aligning tasks from start to finish, and gives visibility into timelines and capacity.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you, Kuldeep, for taking the time to leave such a comprehensive review of Scoro!

It is great to hear that Scoro is making your workforce management easy by keeping your planning, reports, and bookings in one place. We are happy that as a project manager, you find the ability to set up projects with due dates, labor costs, and external costs so valuable for staying aligned from start to finish. It is rewarding to know that the visibility you gain into timelines and capacity is helping your team stay on track, as our system is specifically designed to provide that end-to-end oversight without the need for manual spreadsheets.

Knowing that our reporting tools are helping you manage your workforce more effectively confirms that Scoro is meeting the needs of mid-market consulting and service teams. It is fantastic that you have found consolidating these tools into one platform to be a significant benefit for your organization.

Regarding the initial learning curve and the amount of information presented, I recommend personalizing your site menu to hide modules you don’t use daily, which can be done easily under Settings > My settings > Menu. You can also reduce "information overload" by customizing your list views and saving them as bookmarks, allowing you to hide unnecessary data columns and set a simplified version as your default view.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro to manage your business operations and thank you again for your valuable insights.

 ### 17. Powerful but also flexible

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

We operate as a hybrid consultancy and contractor. Scoro is the only PSA software available that has both the complexity and flexibility to meet our needs. Once set up correctly, it is very powerful at removing the 'manual handling' of data to get the information needed and this has enabled us to reduce administrative time, reduce errors, and focus more on the important tasks.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Scoro receives frequent updates and new features, which is great. However, there are still several quality of life improvements that should be made to enhance the overall user experience. On the positive side, the client support team is very open to feedback. While Scoro can be straightforward to use, the level of complexity you need from the system may lead to a longer training period for new users to become comfortable with it.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Financial and project management of professional services can be complex and very time consuming to manage without a central system. Scoro simplifies and automates things significantly, enabling us to spend more time on the important tasks. We now have a much better understanding of our financial outlook each quarter and which is critical in decision making.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for this great review!

It is fantastic to hear that Scoro has simplified and automated your financial and project management processes, giving you the critical visibility needed to understand your financial outlook each quarter.

We are thrilled that the flexibility of our platform supports your hybrid consultancy needs, allowing you to reduce manual data handling and minimize administrative errors so you can focus on what matters most.

Regarding the learning curve for new users, we recommend utilizing the video tutorials and Admin and Champion User guides in our Help Center to help your team get comfortable with the system faster.

We appreciate you choosing Scoro to help drive your business forward.

 ### 18. The Juggling Act of the All-in-One Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jishna N. | outreach specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

While the interface is clean and functional, it can sometimes feel a little dense, especially for team members who just need to log time or update a single task. The high customization options mean that if your Admin doesn't hide the irrelevant data, the screen can look cluttered. You need to use the permission settings aggressively to simplify the view for non-power users.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

You need dedicated training and a strong internal champion to get it configured right. If you try to jump straight in without setting up your company's unique workflows, you'll feel lost.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My favorite thing is the connection between quoting, time tracking, and invoicing. It removes the guesswork. If I'm a project manager, I can see, in real-time, if the hours my team has logged are eating into the profit margin we quoted the client.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the candid take, Jishna! An all-in-one can feel dense without the right setup, and you’re spot-on that smart use of roles and permissions keeps non-power users focused. The upside you’re seeing is exactly what Scoro is for: quoting, time tracking and invoicing connected end-to-end so PMs can watch margin in real time and act early. To keep things simple for occasional users, we recommend: role-based views with fields hidden by default, dashboard tiles tailored to each team, time-only or task-only views, and saved filters so people land on “their” work first. Dedicated onboarding and an internal champion make a big difference — and our team is happy to help review your configuration and streamline screens so your users get the power without the clutter.

 ### 19. Integrated Quote-to-Invoice Cycle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amol V. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I use the resource planner to visually map out which drivers, which vehicles, and which specialized equipment (like cranes or refrigerated units) are assigned to which route or warehousing task. If a driver logs sick, I can instantly see who is free, avoiding manual calls and ensuring the delivery window isn't missed. This minimizes downtime and maximizes vehicle utilization.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

When billing clients for demurrage (delay charges) or specialized services, the time logs are irrefutable

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting drivers and warehouse staff to diligently log every task and every time entry via a mobile interface is a constant uphill battle. While the mobile app works, in a fast-paced environment like a loading dock, any administrative friction is a potential point of failure. The system is powerful, but only if the field team uses it religiously.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the detailed review and for showing how you’re using the planner to keep drivers, vehicles, and specialist equipment aligned so delivery windows stay on track. You’re right that mobile adoption on the dock can be tough in the moment; we could streamline the flow with minimal required fields, tap-to-start timers, and role-based views, plus focused onboarding for the field team so logging becomes second nature.

 ### 20. Simplifies Project Management, Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam W. | Associate Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I use Scoro to manage projects and set up integrations, and it really makes it easier to price jobs and understand how much time we're spending on each task. I really like the time-keeping feature as it allows us to keep track of time spent versus money received. It also helps our clients understand how long certain creative tasks take, as many of them don’t understand the value.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

I think the UI design could be bettered to match modern day sites.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro makes pricing jobs easier and helps track how much time we spend on each job. Its time-keeping feature aligns with our project management, allowing us to show clients the value of creative tasks.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi Adam, thank you so much for leaving such an awesome review of your experience with us.

It is wonderful to see that Scoro is helping you price jobs more easily and track the exact time spent on each task, as our quote-to-cash workflow and project management tools are built specifically to help teams prove the value of their creative output to clients. You noted that you like the time-keeping feature best because it allows you to compare time spent versus money received, which is a key benefit of having your project finances and time tracking unified in one platform.

Regarding the UI design, we have recently introduced a revamped project view and a new project task list to provide a more modern and streamlined look, so I suggest checking our latest version updates to ensure you are using the most current interface. You can also improve your daily experience by using the menu customization and bookmarking features in the help center to simplify your view and keep only your most used tools visible.

Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback, and we truly appreciate you choosing Scoro for your project management needs.

Scoro is constantly rolling out updates and improvements. Our team has asked for new features and the Scoro team jumps on it and implements them when they make sense. Great customer service. The project management and planning tools that they have added have helped our team improve planning. A great feature is the ability to share project views like Gantt charts with customers so they can have visibility into project status. Using the budgeting and forecasting have been huge for our team planning and scheduling

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Scoro is constantly upgrading and adding features. Many requests have been fulfilled over the past several years of use.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to track multiple projects across many clients with various collaborators. Helps me improve utilization of our team.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the review, Chad! Great to hear that Scoro is helping you both manage projects and the team.

 ### 22. Scoro makes work planning and tracking feel organized

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro gives us clarity to everyday work. Instead of switching between different tools for projects, time, tracking, billing, and billing and reports, everything is available in one clean platform. It helps you clearly see what’s going on and who is working on what, how profitable a project is, and where time or money is being spent. The dashboards feel practical, not confusing, which makes planning and decision-making easier

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Some settings and workflows take time to understand and configure properly. Also, it may feel expensive for teams that don’t need all the advanced features, we have to use it fully and understand it to get the best value out of it.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With real time dashboards, resource planning, and built-in financial tracking, Scoro reduces manual work and guesswork while improving planning and decision-making.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for sharing your review of Scoro!

It is great to hear that our real-time dashboards and built-in financial tracking are helping you reduce manual work and guesswork, as Scoro is designed to provide that measurable impact by giving you a single source of truth for your business planning. We are happy that you are finding clarity in having everything in one clean platform, from project visibility to knowing exactly where your time and money are being spent, which clearly helps in making faster and more accurate decisions.

Regarding the time required to configure workflows, I recommend checking our Admins and Champion Users section in the Help Center for step-by-step setup guides. For those who do not need every advanced feature, you can use our granular permission sets to hide complex modules and simplify the interface for specific team members. We also recently launched ELI AI-powered chat, which lets you search for data using natural language, making it much quicker to get the most value from the platform without navigating deep settings.

Thank you once again for choosing Scoro and for sharing your feedback to help us grow.

 ### 23. Speedy and Efficient, Needs Flexible Invoicing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shemina R. | Office Administrator

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I create invoices and quotes for various projects using Scoro, and I love how it makes everything more efficient and fast. The real-time tracking of time, budgets, and project progress ensures nothing is missed and allows for faster decision-making. It's great that QuickBooks syncing helps with bookkeeping. I also appreciate how quickly tasks, projects, and financial data can be updated and accessed in one place, which improves efficiency, visibility, and overall project control. Setting up Scoro was very easy, and it's straightforward to teach everyone, even new staff, how to use it.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Formatting invoices is a bit challenging, especially for clients who want specific invoices. I wish there were more template options and flexibility in formatting invoice templates.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scoro for creating invoices and quotes, time tracking, and syncing to QuickBooks. It improves efficiency, makes tasks faster, and integrates everything for real-time tracking of time, budgets, and project progress helps ensure nothing is missed and allows for faster decision-making.

Regarding your feedback on invoice formatting, we recently launched a new PDF generator that makes customizing templates much easier and offers more flexibility, including custom CSS and font support to help meet specific client needs. We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your partner for managing your professional services.

 ### 24. Best tool for tracking and management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro works best for projects, CRM, time tracking, quotes, calender management. It has charts and views that show team capacity clearly, which helps avoid complexity during busy times. Profitability reports and AI automations save time on admin work, making it easier to focus on delivery. Adding new users takes effort, but it's good for teams that need to scale.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Pricing starts okay but fees and adding new things make it expensive, which is tough for small teams. Customer support is slow. Customization has limits on things like templates. Performance is very laggy with big data, and some bugs making very time taking.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to track everything in one dashboard with automatic flows from quotes to invoices, giving realtime profit views and charts for better understanding.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for your feedback!

It is great to hear that Scoro is serving as an all-in-one dashboard for your marketing agency, helping you maintain a clear view of team capacity and project profitability. We are happy that the automatic flows from quotes to invoices are saving you admin time and that our capacity charts are providing the clarity needed to navigate busy periods. It is also rewarding to know that the AI automations and real-time profit views are enabling your team to scale while staying focused on delivery, which is exactly why we built these integrated financial tools for mid-market businesses.

Regarding the performance concerns you mentioned when handling large data volumes, we have recently implemented a significant update that automatically archives notifications older than two years, which has greatly improved system speed across larger sites. For your feedback on template customization, I recommend exploring our latest dynamic rates for quote templates and the updated PDF template editor, where you can now use more advanced custom fields to tailor documents to your specific branding needs.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro to manage your business and thank you again for helping us improve with your insights!

 ### 25. The perfect balance of simplicity and depth for agency work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta B. | Senior Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Honestly, longer time with Scoro only proves it to be highly relaliable tool for agency's work. I still stand by my positive review.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

No issues met in the process of my journey with Scoro.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro solves our critical problem of visibility by providing a unified platform for capacity and workflow tracking, ensuring we never overbook our team and always meet deadlines. It directly protects our profitability through integrated budget and project management, giving us real-time insight into each project's financial health. ### 26. The Sales & Marketing Rep’s Daily Grind Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jinay G. | Sales & Marketing Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I log my time against specific activities—"cold calling," "proposal writing," "campaign follow-up." Management can then run a report showing which of my activities actually led to a closed deal. This data is brutal but helpful; it tells me to stop wasting time on low-conversion tasks and focus my energy where the money is.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Scoro didn't make my job easier in the "less work" sense, but it made it better by putting all the chaos into one controllable bucket. It’s the platform that made me more efficient and, honestly, more accountable.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Scoro, a prospect would go from a generic marketing contact in Hubspot to a "deal" in Salesforce, and then to a "client" in the project management software.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Jinay! Love how you’re using activity-level time logs to link effort to won deals. That visibility is exactly the point: it helps cut low-conversion work and double down where revenue happens, while giving managers clean attribution without extra spreadsheets. Your note about “not less work, but better work” resonates; Scoro is designed to channel the grind into one controllable system so you’re more efficient and accountable.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

the platform is laggy sometime to due to large data imports and new member invites. very choppy in low internet bandwidth and it might be good if there is an mobile application for this.

 ### 28. Powerful CRM with User-Friendly Interface, But with Integration Issues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana R.

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro is incredibly powerful and I love the work they are doing. I especially enjoy the reports, which are a valuable tool for analyzing team performance. Additionally, although Scoro may seem complex at first due to the number of features, the platform turns out to be intuitive for tech-savvy users like us who work in a marketing agency.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The price. The platform is incredible, but it does not adapt to our end-to-end processes (the reason we acquired it). We are still considering whether the high investment is worth it for a service that forces us to have other complementary expenses. For example, Scoro's sales functions do not adapt to our process. Communication with clients is very limited. The lack of multiple templates and other customizations in the sales process has forced the department to revert to its old system. Additionally, at the daily management level, there is no dashboard that offers us an overview of the projects; although one can be created, the process is impractical due to the monthly variability in the number of projects. This forces us to manage an overview externally. Also, the management of some functions related to sending invoices is carried out externally by the finance department due to the lack of necessary functions. Additionally, the translation into Spanish is poor, with multiple names for the same function, which can cause confusion.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scoro to organize projects, manage clients, and analyze team performance, improving daily work management and billing.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review, Mariana! We’re glad Scoro’s reporting and CRM help your agency analyze team performance and that the platform feels intuitive once you’re in the flow. Your feedback on price, sales process fit, client communications, portfolio visibility, invoicing needs and Spanish translation is heard.

 ### 29. Driving Efficiency and Visibility Across Our Business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia L. | Group Finance Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro has become the backbone of our operations since we started using it in 2021. What I appreciate most is how seamlessly it brings together project management, time tracking, invoicing, and reporting in one place. The dashboards are incredibly helpful for keeping visibility across projects, and the reporting tools give us real-time insights that support smarter business decisions. It’s intuitive to use, and it really saves us from juggling multiple disconnected tools.

The implementation was straightforward, and the Scoro team provided excellent support throughout the onboarding process, which made adoption smooth and stress-free. It integrates very well with our wider business ecosystem, making it easy to align with our existing workflows. We use Scoro daily across the entire business, and it has become indispensable for keeping everything running smoothly. On top of that, their customer support is consistently responsive and helpful, giving us confidence that we always have the backing we need.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

There’s very little to dislike. Like any robust platform, it takes a bit of time to get fully set up and learn all the features, but once the team is onboarded, it’s smooth sailing. One challenge is when you manage several entities in different currencies — there isn’t yet a way to get a high-level view of each entity side by side in their individual currencies. Another small annoyance is that Scoro’s rounding doesn’t always align with Xero’s two-decimal rounding, which means invoice sync sometimes requires manual penny adjustments. That said, these are relatively minor compared to the overall value, and Scoro continues to improve its interface and add useful updates, showing they listen to customer feedback.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Scoro, we faced challenges with visibility and efficiency – information was scattered and processes felt fragmented. With Scoro, everything is centralised, saving us countless hours each week and reducing errors across invoicing and project tracking. It has also significantly improved collaboration within our team and provided greater transparency for our clients.

One of the biggest benefits is the visibility of real-time data, which supports us in making informed, data-driven business decisions. Since 2021, we’ve seen a clear improvement in productivity and profitability, and Scoro has become an essential tool for keeping the business on track.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review and for trusting Scoro since 2021, Julia! We’re delighted that the all-in-one setup, dashboards, and reporting are giving your team real-time visibility and helping you make smarter decisions. We really appreciate the partnership and the kind words about our onboarding and support.

 ### 30. Real-Time Analytics and Robust Security Make This Tool Stand Out

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khaoula B. | Senior marketing manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It has a great dashboard for reporting. It has in built reports that show analytic in real-time which helps in making informed decisions.
It offers seamless data security through two factor authentication and access controls hence our data is always safe from attacks.
It also integrates with other tools easily.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

I do not have issues with this tool. It has been efficient and fulfilling.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual resource and capacity planning is hard to have clear scheduling hence it may cause over-allocation and under-utilization of employees hence reduce workflow. This tool helps in ensuring we know where capacity gaps are.
It also helps reduce time wastage in invoicing and billing.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for the excellent review, Khaoula! We’re thrilled that Scoro’s real-time dashboards and built-in reports are helping you make faster, better decisions. It’s great to hear our security features, such as two-factor authentication and granular access controls, give you confidence while integrations keep your tools connected. We’re also glad resource and capacity planning are clearer now, helping you balance workloads, and that invoicing and billing are quicker.

**Reviewed by:** Rhiannon G. | Director & Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

All the information pertaining to sales pipeline, project delivery and invoicing is in one place, as a business owner it is invaluable. Previously, all our KPIs were focused on completing administrative activities, such as the completeness of spreadsheet data entries. Now, our focus has shifted towards project execution and achieving outcomes. I should also mention the incredibly helpful team there - don't skimp on the implementation support, use them to get it set up right for you and you will be able to hit the ground running with it. It is intuitive to use, and something we have incorporated into our daily meetings.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

No real downsides, there are a few extra features we would like, like the ability to view project budgets as days rather than hours. But otherwise no dislikes.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily the visibility of all projects and sales at a glance. It also saves us massively on company administration and KPI monitoring.

What is great about Scoro is the ease in allocation of time dedicated to each business component for the client. Planning forward is an excellent tool to streamline efficiency for client interactions.

Regarding your feedback about users editing each other's time entries, we actually introduced a new permission in our March 2026 version update called "Add, modify, and delete time entries of other users." Your site administrator can find this setting under Administration, and then Permission sets to ensure that team members can only manage their own entries, which should help resolve the issue you mentioned with shared projects.

**Reviewed by:** Hemchand S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I like using Scoro as a CRM tool for checking and tracking reports for our overall business. The biggest advantage is that it solves the problem of manual reporting, as we no longer need to create manual reports. I also appreciate the automatic dashboards, which are particularly useful for our needs.

There are some customization limits, specifically with deeper customization of workflows and dashboards.

Scoro automates manual reporting, saving time and effort. I really like the automatic dashboards for tracking our business deals and reports.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

 ### 41. Asset Management and Approvals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jatin T. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I used to dread filling out those separate spreadsheets for my activity reports.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Scoro forces structure, and sometimes that feels restrictive when you’re trying to move fast. If I want to skip a required field or miss a step in the standardized sales process, the system throws up an error.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not a luxury; it's an operational necessity that allows me to focus less on chasing down internal information and more on the revenue-generating activities that actually matter.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for sharing this, Jatin! We’re glad Scoro helped you move away from scattered spreadsheets and spend more time on revenue-generating work. You’re right that Scoro enforces structure through required fields and standardized steps; the upside is cleaner data, faster approvals, and fewer hand-offs missed. That said, those rules are fully configurable — we can relax validations for certain roles, make fields conditional, add templates, and create quick-add actions so the flow stays fast while approvals and asset records remain accurate.

 ### 45. Intuitive UI accommodates different types of users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Co-owner and Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I use Scoro mostly for the caledar and for logging time. My partner, on the other hand, uses much more of Scoro's capabilties. Both of us get what we need without undue complication.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Creating PTO days in the calendar is not as intuitive as other functions. I usually have to ask a colleague how to do it (again). There is this new thing—the "Time off" button—but I've been told that that button doesn't really log PTO dates, at least in the way our company needs it to be done.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The calendar that allows me to see what is on everybody else's calendar. The relatively easy process of logging time.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the feedback, Michael! Happy to hear you find Scoro a relatively easy tool for all the capabilities. For PTO management, feel free to refer to our Help Center article.

**Reviewed by:** Jim W.

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I find Scoro a really intuitive platform, which made it easy for my teams to get to grips with it effortlessly. The support features, especially the video support, are incredibly useful, enhancing our experience with the software.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**
