Used for Educational Training Registrations **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2019 **What do you like best about EROnline?** As an educator, there are many training opportunities that I am mandated to take part of and some that I am just interested in participating in. Our school system uses EROnline to maintain the event registrations for all of the trainings. What I like best is that it is SUPER simple to get on, look at opportunities to register for, and then actual registration is very simple. EROnline sends me emails verifying my registration for a course and it also keeps a log of the courses or events that I participated in which is a huge help for me! The program is up-to-date technology wise and uses things like the QR code for signups, etc. I like that! The affordable price for this program is also a plus! **What do you dislike about EROnline?** Honestly, I have not run into any issues using EROnline. I will say that I am on the user end where I use the EROnline for simpler tasks...registering and maintaining a log of my registrations, so I may not use all the benefit features that it allows. I think it is a great product so I really do not have any negatives to say about it. **Recommendations to others considering EROnline:** It is affordable and very easy to use, They have great support. The clients who use it will love you for having it as it streamlines registration for anything you want! You will love it because of the accurate records it keeps for you. There are so many other benefits as well....manage registrations, send targeted Emails, real time reporting, and badge printing , QR codes, etc. **What problems is EROnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we had before we started using EROnline was that before we used a paper/pencil registration system which took time and extra resources. Anyone registering for events had to keep a paper log of what course or training they were attending then have the administrator of that event sign off on the log and we (meaning us participants/teachers/staff) had to maintain that paper log the entire year and submit it to get actual credit for classes/courses/trainings we had registered for. It was a PAIN in the neck. EROnline was a miracle for our school system. No longer did we have to keep tgrack of paper copies, risk losing them, not having them be accurate, etc....now it is all online and registration reminders are easily sent and notification of completion of events is sent. We do not have to manually submit paperwork anymore that shows we are up to date on traning as EROnline keeps that for us and HR is able to see it in real time.
