## Scoro Reviews
  ### 1. Solid CRM Tool, Needs More Customization Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemchand S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I like using Scoro as a CRM tool for checking and tracking reports for our overall business. The biggest advantage is that it solves the problem of manual reporting, as we no longer need to create manual reports. I also appreciate the automatic dashboards, which are particularly useful for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

There are some customization limits, specifically with deeper customization of workflows and dashboards.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro automates manual reporting, saving time and effort. I really like the automatic dashboards for tracking our business deals and reports.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi Hemchand! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a great review of your experience with Scoro.

It is wonderful to hear that Scoro is effectively solving the burden of manual reporting for your team by providing automatic dashboards that track your business deals and overall reports in real time. Our CRM and pipeline features are specifically designed to give you that end-to-end visibility without the extra admin work, allowing you to focus more on growing your business and less on spreadsheet maintenance.

You mentioned that the automatic dashboards are a standout feature for you, and we love that they are helping you keep a pulse on your business performance with ease.

Regarding your feedback on customization limits, you might find it helpful to explore our "Triggers and Actions" settings to create more tailored automation for your specific workflows, or use our bookmarking feature to turn any filtered report into a custom dashboard widget. We also recently introduced subtasks in our February 2026 version update, which provides much more granular control over how you structure and plan your work.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your business management partner and look forward to continuing to support your growth.

  ### 2. Asset Management and Approvals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jatin T. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I used to dread filling out those separate spreadsheets for my activity reports.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Scoro forces structure, and sometimes that feels restrictive when you’re trying to move fast. If I want to skip a required field or miss a step in the standardized sales process, the system throws up an error.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not a luxury; it's an operational necessity that allows me to focus less on chasing down internal information and more on the revenue-generating activities that actually matter.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for sharing this, Jatin! We’re glad Scoro helped you move away from scattered spreadsheets and spend more time on revenue-generating work. You’re right that Scoro enforces structure through required fields and standardized steps; the upside is cleaner data, faster approvals, and fewer hand-offs missed. That said, those rules are fully configurable — we can relax validations for certain roles, make fields conditional, add templates, and create quick-add actions so the flow stays fast while approvals and asset records remain accurate.

  ### 3. Packed with Project Management Tools That Make Work Easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Lots of tools to help with project management!

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

So far no real downsides, just a lot to learn and cover which is understandable!

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping structure my project management and sync up different parts of the process

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share this review.

It's great to hear Scoro is helping you bring structure to project management and pull the parts of the process together, which is exactly the foundation that lets a service team see live project health and resource demand without chasing data across systems.

For a mid-market healthcare team, the breadth of project tools tends to pay off most when planner heatmaps, Gantt views, and dashboards are connected to time tracking and budgets, so the same project setup feeds capacity planning and forecasting.

Thanks again for the review, and we appreciate you having Scoro as part of your operations.

  ### 4. Working end to end platforms

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro is an all in one platform, which makes it powerful and impact full. It connects with project, billings, CRM, and reporting. This allows me to have a meaningful business level conversations with customers.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Sometimes it takes longer o boarding cycles and need more effort to drive adoption.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities has deepened my understanding of saas matrics, revenue impact, and customer lifetime value.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for sharing your honest review of Scoro!

It is great to hear that Scoro is helping you deepen your understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue impact, specifically by providing the visibility needed to manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities. By utilizing our revenue forecasting and live dashboards, you can easily track customer lifetime value and make data-driven decisions that directly affect your bottom line. We are thrilled that the all-in-one nature of the platform, connecting CRM, projects, billing, and reporting, allows you to have more meaningful business-level conversations with your customers. Having these core functions united in one system is exactly how Scoro aims to provide the end-to-end visibility you mentioned as a primary benefit.

Regarding your feedback on onboarding cycles and the effort required for adoption, we have introduced our Getting Started video series to help users get up to speed faster. You might also find our updated self-service onboarding guides in the Help Center useful for driving team adoption, as they provide step-by-step instructions for setting up the most impactful features quickly.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your end-to-end platform and thank you again for sharing your feedback with us!

  ### 5. Intuitive UI accommodates different types of users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Co-owner and Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I use Scoro mostly for the caledar and for logging time. My partner, on the other hand, uses much more of Scoro's capabilties. Both of us get what we need without undue complication.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Creating PTO days in the calendar is not as intuitive as other functions. I usually have to ask a colleague how to do it (again). There is this new thing—the "Time off" button—but I've been told that that button doesn't really log PTO dates, at least in the way our company needs it to be done.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The calendar that allows me to see what is on everybody else's calendar. The relatively easy process of logging time.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the feedback, Michael! Happy to hear you find Scoro a relatively easy tool for all the capabilities. For PTO management, feel free to refer to our Help Center article.

  ### 6. work force management at its ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

being a project manager having most of the tasks at one place is a boon, scoro helps put resources like planning, time tracking and financial insights in one spot. Additionally the team performance analytics is shown very perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

This has a huge dashboard with multiple functionalities and becomes a little hard to use, however this is something good for PMs to keep everything in place.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best part is the workflow management. this helps in visualising team availability and allocating the work.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi there, thank you for your thoughtful and honest review! It is great to hear that Scoro’s workflow management is helping you with visualising team availability and allocating work, as our Resource Planning tools are designed exactly for that purpose. We are also glad that having your planning, time tracking, financial insights, and team performance analytics all in one spot has been a boon for your work as a Project Manager.

Regarding your feedback that the dashboard is huge and hard to use, we recommend customizing your view by adding specific widgets or using Bookmarks to save your favorite filtered views, which can help simplify the interface and keep just the most important data in focus. Also, feel free to turn to Scoro's AI-powered assistant ELI – just prompt it with a report or view you'd like to see and it will generate it for you in seconds.

Thanks again for choosing Scoro to help manage your workforce with ease!

  ### 7. Intuitive Interface with Comprehensive Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim W.

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I find Scoro a really intuitive platform, which made it easy for my teams to get to grips with it effortlessly. The support features, especially the video support, are incredibly useful, enhancing our experience with the software.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Some of the descriptions aren't as translatable to our particular sector as they could be. I feel that a higher degree of customization around these aspects or more options in drop-down menus could potentially solve this issue for us.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scoro as a single source of truth that integrates financial and project management data, enhancing reporting. It creates a data layer for my senior management team, is intuitive for staff, and the video support is invaluable.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Hi Jim! We are really happy to hear that your team has found it easy to adapt to Scoro thanks to our intuitive interface and video support. Our main goal is to provide an accessible single source of truth of your business, so it's great you have utilized it to the max!

Please do let us know about the customizations in more detail and we'll see what we can do.

**Reviewed by:** Rivo R. | Project manager/Sales engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro is a good program, where i can keep track of most things related to my projects.

Some changes that would need to be done in order to do my job more efficiently i cannot do.
Scoro team will not make these changes for me because it is not a priority, and i understand.

I can easily track the expences and plan projects with nice reminders from scoro to pay attention to upcoming tasks and duties.

Gmail Add-on: The new add-on allows users to directly convert emails into Scoro tasks and log work time from their inbox, significantly reducing administrative work.

Mobile version is not my favorite, I rather use the web version even when using a mobile phone.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

Easy to use.
Super fast help if needed.
Multifunctional.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calendar and "teha" list is my favorite, but also the compact view on the main page is also helping a lot.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the great review, Renee! We’re thrilled the Gmail add-on is saving you admin time by turning emails into tasks and letting you log time right from your inbox. Love hearing that calendar, your to-do list, and the compact home view help you stay on top of the day. Noted on mobile; many customers prefer the web app on phones too, and we’re continuing to improve the mobile experience. We’re glad integrations and task bundles help everyone stay in sync across CRM and project delivery. Noted on help search – we’re actively improving keywords and navigation, and you can also use in-app ELI chat search to find answers faster.

  ### 12. Good software but needs more features and attention to detail

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

The reports can be really great. I like that I can setup multiple views and book marks to quickly review the reports based on predefined data that I want to see.

We now have the insights to make the right staffing decisions. Our team is working on what they’re best at, which improves job satisfaction and project outcomes.

Customer support is readily available to not only site admins but all users. That availability and willingness to help is a benefit.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Setup is time intensive but worth it in the end for the productivity benefits.

Some tools are less intuitive and require training/finessing to get right.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to get rid of a lot of spreadsheets that we had personally made in order to run our business. It's nice having one software piece to manage most of the day to day tracking that we need.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the feedback! Great to hear that Scoro is helping you save a lot of time by automating reports by which you cold ditch the spreadsheets.

  ### 13. A saviour for Project managers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Allowing our teams to track KPI. also we use this to allocate the workload among the PM's easily. There are a lot that we use this for the main use case is the project management tracking, we can set the start and end date along with budgeting.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Interface is a bit complicated, otherwise i find this tool extremely helpful.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking and managing workflow by assining tasks and verifying the analytics from the dashbaord.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for this thoughtful review! You mentioned Scoro helps with time tracking, managing workflows, and verifying analytics from the dashboard. Our system is indeed designed to give you a centralized view of your team's performance and streamline your daily operations. It is great to hear you are successfully tracking KPIs and allocating workload among your PMs. Uniting project timelines with budgeting is exactly how we aim to help you keep projects profitable and on track. Regarding the interface complexity, I recommend checking out our Help Center articles on "Menu customization" and "How to use bookmarks", as these features allow you to declutter your navigation and save your most-used views for quick access. Thanks again for choosing Scoro!

  ### 14. Connecting MQLs Directly to Margins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yashas B. | Marketing team lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

I can finally walk into a budget meeting and say, "This campaign delivered a 25% profit margin," instead of just, "This campaign delivered 50 leads."

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Data silos used to be my personal nightmare. Sales would scream for more leads, but Delivery was redlined and couldn’t handle another project without burnout.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can tag the initial CRM/lead record (managed within Scoro) with the campaign source.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the standout review, Yashas! Connecting campaigns to profit is exactly what Scoro is built to do. With source tagging in CRM flowing into quotes, projects, time costs and invoices, you get true ROI and margin visibility, not just lead counts. On data silos, Scoro brings sales, delivery and finance into one place with pipeline-to-capacity planning, utilization and workload views, and real-time project budgets so teams scale without burnout.

  ### 15. Great Tool for Daily Business Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Scoro makes our day to day work easier. The interface is logical and quick to learn, so onboarding was smooth for our team. It integrates well with other tools we already use, which keeps everything connected. We rely on it every day for quoting and managing active work, and the reporting gives us a solid, real-time picture of how individuals and the business are performing. Support has also been responsive whenever we have needed a hand. It has become a reliable hub for our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The pricing model for users creates a challenge. We have people who only need very basic access to manage their assigned work, but they still require full paid accounts. It becomes costly fast and makes proper resource planning harder than it should be.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro brings all of our key business information into one place. Instead of juggling separate systems for quoting, job progress and reporting, we can manage everything in a single platform. It reduces duplicated work, keeps everyone aligned and makes it easy to see how we are tracking financially. Having that visibility helps us make better decisions and stay organised day to day.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review and for making Scoro part of your daily workflow. It’s great to hear that the interface, quoting, active work management and real-time reporting are helping your team stay aligned and make confident decisions. We’ll also pass along your shout-out to our support team.

On pricing: we hear you. Ensuring occasional or task-focused users can participate without unnecessary cost is important feedback. While Scoro is priced per user to keep data secure and auditable, we’re always reviewing how access levels and packaging can serve different usage patterns. Your note helps us prioritise that work.

  ### 16. New user of Scoro

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Account Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Good dashboards highlighting invoicing / project progress etc and all editable.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

I don't particularly think that Scoro has a timekeeping feature that really delivers against a production teams needs. Calendar view with Tasks and the like isn't a seamless experience and often needs manual adjustments.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoro:**

I'd definitely do a thorough review of all features that you need before making a decision. It isn't the most intuitive product but feel that with experience it becomes more and more usable.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to manage all projects in terms of budget allocation, resources and deliverables burn down etc

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Alex! Great to hear the dashboards are giving you clear visibility on invoicing and project progress. On timekeeping for production teams, we can streamline things with time-only views and calendar sync so entries flow in without re-typing. For the Calendar + Tasks experience, saved filters, drag-and-drop, and role-based layouts help reduce manual tweaks, and template-based task plans keep schedules aligned as work shifts.

  ### 17. Great for Teams with clear vision and work management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It helps us to collaborate project management and CRM and financial reporting in very structured way. Also it helps to create planning, accountability and data-driven decisions.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Some workflows feel less intuitive compared to lighter tools and customisation often requires careful planning and lots of time to avoid complexity.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works better for work management by execution and time tracking, CRM, Billing into one platform

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for the positive feedback!

It is wonderful to hear that Scoro works great for your team by uniting work management, execution, time tracking, CRM, and billing into one platform, helping you streamline your entire workflow. We are happy that our structured approach to project management, CRM, and financial reporting is empowering your team to make data-driven decisions and maintain a clear vision for your work management. It is rewarding to know that the planning and accountability Scoro provides is making a measurable impact on your daily operations.

Regarding your feedback that workflows feel less intuitive, we recently introduced a revamped project modify view and a new project task list, designed to make navigation faster and more intuitive than lighter tools. To reduce complexity for your team, I also recommend using our permission sets to hide specific modules or features that certain users don't need, thereby simplifying their interface and focusing their view on the most relevant tasks. Additionally, our new ELI AI-powered chat lets you find data and generate reports using natural language, saving you time navigating complex settings or menus.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro to help your marketing team grow and thank you again for your valuable feedback!

  ### 18. Solid tool for end to end Project Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

We’ve been using Scoro mainly for project management, tracking estimated vs. actual hours, budgets and planning team workload.
It’s been really helpful having everything in one place and it definitely makes it easier to keep track of what’s going on.
The onboarding experience was great too, their team made the switch super smooth and were always there to help when we had questions.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

The main downside for us is the mobile app. It lacks many of the features and usability of the desktop version, which makes it difficult to manage projects effectively on the go. A more functional mobile experience would make Scoro even better.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoro helps us manage multiple projects in one place, we can easily track estimated vs. actual hours, plan team workload, monitor budgets and keep an eye on overall progress. Before Scoro, we used different tools for each of these things, which was messy and time-consuming. Now it’s all connected, so we spend less time jumping between systems and more time actually getting work done. It’s also made it easier to spot issues early, like when projects are going over budget or someone’s workload is too high.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thank you for the thorough feedback! Happy to hear that Scoro has consolidated your business data into an all-in-one tool which saves you valuable time and eliminates confusion.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

It is wonderful to hear that being able to see regular, documented screenings gives your team much more confidence when working with new clients. By providing a single source of truth for your data and automating the flagging of potential matches, Scoro is designed to help small businesses like yours reduce the need for manual research and maintain high compliance standards with less effort.

We are also glad that the automatic flagging of matches is a highlight for you, as this capability is key to ensuring that nothing important slips through the cracks during your daily checks.

Regarding your feedback on the UI and the clarity of why a match was flagged, you may find our January 2026 update particularly useful, as it introduced "Watchdog" alerts that can be set for specific thresholds and include context notes to help clarify the status or risk level of a project or client. Additionally, we have recently improved hover-text across the platform and updated our project detailed views to a more intuitive, tabbed design that makes complex information much easier to navigate at a glance.

Thank you once again for your feedback and for choosing Scoro as your compliance partner. We truly appreciate your support as we continue to refine and improve the platform for our users.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Scoro?**

Useful for understanding where engineering time goes and for improving estimation and planning.

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Configuring workflows and fields to fit engineering use cases needs effort upfront.

**What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engineering, sales, and operations stay aligned on priorities and commitments.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the review! It is great to hear that Scoro is helping your engineering, sales, and operations teams stay aligned on priorities and commitments, which is exactly why we built our platform to unite projects, resources, and finances in one system. We are happy that you find Scoro useful for understanding where engineering time goes and for improving your estimation and planning, especially since our time tracking and "Quoted vs Actual" tracking are designed to provide that exact level of granular insight for technical teams.

Regarding the effort needed to configure workflows and fields for engineering use cases, we have recently introduced several updates to streamline this, including a revamped project modify view with a tabbed design to speed up project creation and the ability to create custom fields via API to automate setup. You may also find our Help Center guide on "Mandatory and unique fields" useful for ensuring data consistency across engineering tasks without manual oversight, and I recommend checking out our "Video: Automating various parts of your workflow" to see how triggers can reduce that upfront configuration burden.

We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro as your partner for bringing structure to complex solution delivery!

  ### 49. Bringing Order to the Chaos of R&D Projects

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Scoro?**

Some R&D processes would benefit from more agile-friendly customisation.

Keeps engineering aligned with business and product priorities.

**Official Response from Karin Kanamäe:**

> Thanks for the awesome review, we really appreciate you sharing your experience with Scoro!

It is great to hear that Scoro is keeping your engineering team aligned with business and product priorities, which is exactly why we built a system that unites projects and finances to ensure every hour spent on R&D contributes to your broader business goals.

We are also glad that tracking effort is providing you with the data needed to improve future planning, especially since using built-in timers and detailed time-tracking reports helps transform day-to-day work into actionable insights for resource allocation.

Regarding your feedback on making R&D processes more agile-friendly, you might find our updates to the Kanban board and Task list helpful, as we have introduced revamped task list views and quick actions that allow for more fluid, iterative updates typical of agile workflows. Additionally, you can further customize your R&D environment by using Custom fields to track specific agile metrics or by utilizing the Status settings to better reflect your unique sprint stages, ensuring the system bends to your process rather than the other way around.

Thank you once again for your feedback. We truly appreciate you choosing Scoro to bring order to your R&D projects!
