FTP Attachments seamlessly integrates with the Salesforce UI and offers a lot of benefits over native Salesforce attachments which comes highly cost-effective through your secured firewall. It provides unlimited file storage on user personal network setup, could be our local hard drive too 2. It does not save attachments on servers of Salesforce whereas give us flexibility to save attachments on our own server or local drives 3. It helps us to maintain versioning system 4. I literally could not find any better alternative for this. **What do you dislike about FTP Attachments?** The thing I don't like about this software is that it works with an FTP which like any other similar working software is not too secure for our files. Files can be tempered with as we can never be sure of the security of an external FTP. **What problems is FTP Attachments solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I have already mentioned, its biggest advantage is also its biggest disadvantage.
