I really appreciate the ease of use with Ketch. Transitioning from OneTrust, which seemed outdated, Ketch's intuitive UI felt seamless and perfect for our small team. The implementation process was incredibly fast, taking only about three weeks compared to the three months it took with our old vendor. The UI is very user-friendly, and the data rights automation flows are excellent, making life easier for our customer service team, which used to handle these tasks manually.
