Meeting Software

Typically, Meeting is a capability of a variety of other G2 Software categories. See more below to select the

best Meeting Software.

Meeting software may refer to a few different types of software that pertain to collaboration and interaction between employees. If these meetings are intended to be conducted remotely, web conferencing software is probably the best fit for your needs. Web conferencing software will let teams meet remotely with the help webcams to create a digital workplace environment. Voice over internet protocol (VOIP) software uses the internet to transmit phone and video communication. These products are used both personally and professionally to facilitate communication between parties. For in-person meeting scheduling, online appointment scheduling will help organize meetings and reserve a physical space for them to take place. These can also be used by vertical industries such as the medical, consulting, and sales fields. If you are looking for a larger variety of features, workforce management tools often come with scheduling features. They also forecast labor demands, track attendance, and report on employee effectiveness.

“Google Workspace Makes Engineering Documentation Accessible and Collaborative”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is a great tool that allows keeping engineering documentation easily accessible to the whole team. I can use Docs to keep engineering documentation such as design notes and specifications, Sheets to arrange my test readings or component information, and Drive to store my reference files. The ability to edit simultaneously is especially useful for reviewing technical information by several engineers as it allows seeing edits instantly and leaving comments to particular parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

In the process of engineering projects, a huge amount of drawings, spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation is created. It is hard to find the latest version without proper structure and naming of the files. Also, engineering calculations performed on spreadsheet have some limitations comparing to dedicated engineering software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace gives us an easy-to-use shared platform for documenting engineering project and performing its review. The information about changes and reasons behind them, as well as shared access, will help all team members understand each other better and reduce the circulation of many copies of technical documentation. “Easy Collaboration with Zoom Workplace”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use for meetings and team communication. Joining meetings is quick, and features like screen sharing and chat make it convenient to collaborate with others. The interface is simple enough that I can use it without spending much time figuring things out. I use Zoom through my organization, so I don't personally pay for it. From my experience, the features are useful for regular meetings and collaboration, but I can't personally evaluate the value against the subscription price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes the experience depends a lot on the internet connection, especially during video meetings. The number of features can also feel a little overwhelming at first, and occasional audio or video issues can happen during longer meetings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace helps make remote meetings and team communication easier. It saves time by allowing us to discuss things quickly through video calls and screen sharing instead of having to meet in person. “Microsoft Teams: Reliable Platform for Team Communication and Collaboration”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is how it brings communication, collaboration, and meetings into one platform. It makes it easy to communicate with team members through chat, organize meetings, share files, and collaborate on documents without constantly switching between different applications.

I also like its integration with other Microsoft 365 tools, which makes it especially convenient for day-to-day work and team collaboration. The meeting and screen-sharing features are reliable and easy to use, making Teams a practical solution for both internal communication and remote collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams can feel a little heavy at times, especially when handling multiple chats, meetings, and channels. The number of features can also make the interface feel somewhat overwhelming for new users. I think the navigation and notification management could be more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams helps centralize team communication, meetings, file sharing, and collaboration in one place. This makes it easier to coordinate with colleagues, share information, and stay updated on ongoing work without switching between multiple applications. It has been especially helpful for improving communication and collaboration across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Intuitive, Well-Designed Platform — Unified Profiles & Easy Device Management”
What do you like best about Rippling?

The platform is very well designed and intuitive to use on a daily basis. I work in IT for our company and it has been simple and easy to start from zero to managing a small inventory of devices. I love that all branches from pay, hr, time off, and devices all connect into the users profile in one easy to view format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

The only negative I've experienced with the platform was unclear and outdated documentation. While trying to locate a lost device, the documentation presented a map with a more precise view, but that applied only to devices registered as supervised in Apple Business Manager, and the documentation failed to make that limitation clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

For my role in IT, Rippling is solving issues I had with a previous device manager by being more intuitive, and easier to implement. It also helps as a single source of knowledge that helps to streamline backend data integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Love the Regularly Used Features and Overall Experience”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

UI / UX

BambooHR has a clean and simple interface that makes it easy to find employee information, documents, and time-off details.

Common tasks like requesting vacation or checking balances only take a few clicks.

The self-service experience saves time and reduces the need to contact HR for basic information.

Integrations

The integrations help keep HR-related information connected with other tools used across the company.

This reduces duplicate work and makes it easier to keep employee information consistent across systems.

Having everything connected creates a smoother day-to-day workflow.

Performance

BambooHR performs reliably for everyday tasks such as checking employee information, submitting time-off requests, and viewing documents.

Pages generally load quickly, and the system feels responsive when navigating between different sections.

This makes routine HR tasks quick to complete without interrupting my workflow.

Pricing / ROI

From an employee perspective, BambooHR provides good value by putting many common HR tasks into one platform.

The self-service features reduce manual work for both employees and HR teams.

The biggest value is the time saved on routine requests, information lookup, and document management.

Support / Onboarding

BambooHR is straightforward enough that it does not require much training to start using the main features.

The clear navigation makes it easy to understand where to find information and complete common tasks.

This makes onboarding smoother, especially for employees using the platform for the first time.

AI / Intelligence

The core BambooHR experience is useful even without relying heavily on AI features.

Automation around notifications, reminders, and HR workflows helps reduce repetitive manual follow-ups.

More intelligent recommendations and insights could make the platform even more useful in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Some features and settings can take a few extra clicks to find, especially when you don’t use them regularly.

Reporting and customization options can also feel somewhat limited for more specific needs.

Overall, these are minor issues and don’t significantly affect the day-to-day experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

BambooHR keeps employee information, time-off requests, documents, and HR updates organized in one central place.

It reduces manual follow-ups with HR by providing quick access to important information through self-service features.

This saves time on routine HR tasks and makes the overall employee experience more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“User-Friendly AI Receptionist With Great Support, But Bugs and Voice Options Need Work”
What do you like best about Quo?

It feels user-friendly and professional. They’re constantly updating its features based on user feedback and needs. It’s a solid starting point for an AI phone receptionist, with options to record calls and summarize transcripts. It also offers several different customizable call flows, which makes it easier to tailor the experience to what you’re looking for. Their support team is prompt and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I’ve run into a few app bugs, and they can be frustrating to fix. The price also feels somewhat expensive for a small business that’s just starting out. For Canadian numbers, there isn’t an option to change the caller ID, which is limiting.

Voice options are another drawback. There are only a limited number of voices to choose from for Sona and voicemail, and the AI voices still sound a bit too artificial. That can be a deterrent for callers who want to speak with a more human-sounding receptionist. On top of that, Sona sometimes doesn’t read names correctly and can sound odd when listing numbers.

I’ve also had issues trying to train Sona to follow a specific call process and properly qualify callers. Lastly, I wish there were a way to integrate Quo with Lindy.ai. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven’t had much interest in my business yet, so I haven’t been able to see how it performs when handling real clients. That said, I can see it saving me time by reducing the need to take calls, qualifying leads on my behalf, and generating an output I can feed into my other AI programs to update a CRM, trigger actions, and so on. “Calendly Makes Scheduling Effortless with Clean, Professional Calendar Integration”
What do you like best about Calendly?

What I like best about Calendly is how simple it makes scheduling meetings without the usual back-and-forth communication. I can share my availability through one link, and other people can choose a time that works for them. I also like the calendar integration because it helps prevent scheduling conflicts and keeps appointments organized automatically. The interface is clean and easy to understand, and setting up different meeting types is straightforward. Overall, Calendly saves time and makes the entire scheduling process much more convenient and professional. My experience with Calendly’s automated features has been positive. I especially like how it automatically handles scheduling based on my availability and helps prevent calendar conflicts. Automated confirmations and reminders also reduce the need for manual follow-ups. These features make the scheduling process more efficient and help me stay organized without having to manage every step manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

What I dislike about Calendly is that some of the more advanced features are limited to paid plans. The free version works well for basic scheduling, but additional customization, integrations, and automation options may require an upgrade. I also think the setup can feel slightly overwhelming at first when configuring multiple event types and availability rules. However, once everything is configured properly, the platform becomes much easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly solves the problem of coordinating meeting times between different people. Instead of exchanging multiple messages to find a suitable time, I can simply share my scheduling link and let others choose from my available time slots. This saves me time, reduces scheduling conflicts, and helps me keep meetings organized in one place. It is especially useful when arranging meetings with people who have different schedules, making the overall process faster and more professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Exceptional Engagement Tool with Proactive Support”
What do you like best about Qualified?

I really appreciate Qualified's service model, especially our CSM, Ethan, who is incredibly proactive. It's probably the best success team I've ever worked with, helping us find use cases and solve problems. The visibility into the prospect and customer journey on our website is really helpful, letting us see real-time activities and history to inform our conversations. The livestream feature is frequently used by our SDRs to engage prospects on high-intent pages to pull them into our pipeline earlier. The signals component is valuable, as it aggregates customer engagement into accounts, helping our team prioritize outreach and making our communications more relevant. Qualified also offered unique functionality like real-time engagement and monitoring through the livestream component, which we couldn’t find elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

I'd say our connection with Salesforce could be a little bit better. Sometimes I tend to lose prospects between Salesforce and Qualified, and I have a hard time finding a prospect tagged with the Qualified campaign. It would really be nice if the integration was better, like having everything I see within Qualified embedded into Salesforce, maybe within an iframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simple Payroll Processing and Easy Compliance in Employment Hero”
What do you like best about Employment Hero?

The payroll process is simple. Compliance tasks, such as terminations and ensuring the correct classification and treatment of termination pay items, are handled in Employment Hero easily and without complication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Employment Hero?

One minor thing I dislike about Employment Hero is that the help chatbox sits very close to the action/save button throughout payroll processing, and you can’t move it.

A bigger issue is that Employment Hero will sometimes roll out software enhancements without any notification, which changes the way the system behaves and can affect your processes. It doesn’t necessarily break anything, but you then have to adjust your workflows to suit. This would be better handled if Employment Hero gave you the choice of whether (and when) to implement the enhanced feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we implemented Employment Hero, our old manual processes for timesheets and leave applications have been replaced with digital workflows and a clear audit trail. This has made the payroll process much more efficient.

Employee onboarding is also a better experience for employees, while still capturing all the data you need (and verifying it!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful Microsoft-Outlook Sync and Automated Reminders with Flexible Configuration”
What do you like best about GReminders?

What I find most helpful about GReminders is that it links with our Microsoft Outlook calendars, syncs appointments immediately, and sends out automated reminders—by email or SMS—to our clients for those appointments. We can set up automated initial appointments confirmations, reminders, changed appointments and follow-ups for each calendar, which makes it easy to stay consistent.

The best thing I’ve found is that it offers an option for almost everything we want to configure, so we can tailor it to our needs. The price is also not high for our usage. Their website has an AI assistant, meaning that when I post my questions, the AI searches and finds the correct response.

The salesperson, support team, and billing team each helped me along the way to figure out the process. The website performance is fast and complete compared to other alternative platforms out there. After using it a couple of times, I found it user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

I don’t see any significant disadvantages to GReminders. It offers lots of configuration options to choose from. The main downside, though, is figuring out where each configuration setting is located and understanding what each one is relevant for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problem GReminders helps to solve is automating telling customers about their appointment start date and time.

For example it automated sending of appointment dates and times, including the initial appointment confirmation, day-before reminders, and even follow-ups to request Google reviews. It also helps with notifying clients about schedule changes, such as updated dates and times in our calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable video conferencing and project plaining suite”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

The primary advantage of Webex Suite is its exceptional audio and video stream stability, which consistently maintains clarity even during sudden bandwidth fluctuations. The layout interface within the Webex User Hub is well-structured and highly professional. It allows our operations team to schedule consecutive project alignments, define clear meeting agendas, and distribute static personal room links to our distributed team members with minimal administrative overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The 40 minute duration restriction imposed on the free evaluation tier can disrupt deeper operational syncs or software validation walkthroughs if discussions extend past the limit. Furthermore, the standalone desktop application exhibits noticeable resource utilization and a slower initialization phase upon system startup. Optimizing the desktop client's load latency to match the responsiveness of the web browser interface would significantly improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Suite addresses communicational fragmentation by centralizing our virtual coordination, data pipeline planning, and platform evaluation benchmarks across distributed corporate structures. Previously, managing disparate meeting links across multiple channels compromised workflow continuity. By utilizing a dependable, unified hub, we have successfully minimized scheduling friction and ensued smooth, structured cross-team collaboration with external stakeholders. “All-in-One Podcast Hosting and Multiplatform Live Streaming”
What do you like best about Riverside?

I like being able to host, edit, and publish our podcast, and then get it out to a large audience. I also appreciate that we can host live on multiple social media platforms at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riverside?

There are a few tools I think would be especially helpful for editing that aren’t currently available. Because of that, I sometimes have to download my edited podcast just to add and post custom graphics. Riverside is a strong recording platform, but there are several areas where I think the experience could be substantially improved for serious, ongoing podcast production.

The UI/UX can sometimes feel more complicated than it needs to be. Recording, editing, producing clips, managing files, and organizing episodes do not always feel like parts of one seamless production workflow. I would like a clearer project-based interface where everything associated with an episode—recordings, scripts, edits, graphics, transcripts, clips, approvals, and exports—is organized together.

Integrations are another limitation. For a production team, Riverside should feel less like an isolated recording application and more like the center of a larger production ecosystem. Deeper integrations with cloud storage, podcast hosting, YouTube, social platforms, project-management systems, creative applications, and automation tools would reduce the amount of manual work required after recording.

In terms of performance, reliability is extremely important because recordings cannot simply be recreated when something goes wrong. Uploading, processing, synchronization, rendering, and exporting need to be consistently fast and dependable. When a platform is being used for a real production schedule, even relatively small delays or technical issues can disrupt the entire workflow.

The pricing/ROI could also be stronger. Subscription pricing is easier to justify when the platform replaces several other tools. If producers still need separate applications for advanced editing, graphics, social-media production, project management, publishing, and other post-production work, the overall cost of the workflow increases quickly. I would like Riverside to provide more production capability within the subscription rather than requiring an ecosystem of additional paid services.

For support and onboarding, I would like to see a more hands-on experience for professional users. Instead of simply teaching users where features are located, onboarding could help someone design their complete production workflow—from pre-production and recording through editing, approval, publishing, promotion, and archiving.

Finally, AI/intelligence is probably the area with the greatest opportunity. AI should go beyond transcription, summaries, captions, and identifying clips. I would like an intelligent production assistant that actually understands the show, its format, branding, speakers, previous episodes, publishing requirements, and production standards. It could identify editing issues, recommend cuts, prepare multiple platform-specific clips, maintain brand consistency, generate metadata, assist with show notes, organize assets, and help move an episode through the entire production pipeline.

Overall, my biggest frustration is that Riverside has many of the pieces of a modern production environment, but it does not yet feel like a complete production house operating system. I would like to be able to start with an episode concept and move all the way through recording, post-production, approval, publishing, promotion, and archiving without constantly leaving the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Riverside solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about HROne?

I also appreciate the integration of AI through Microsoft Copilot, which helps automate routine tasks, summarize meetings, generate content, and improve decision-making. Having spent many years at Microsoft leading enterprise initiatives, I've seen firsthand how Microsoft 365 enables organizations to work more efficiently, strengthen governance and security, and adapt quickly to changing business needs. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

While Microsoft 365 is an exceptionally powerful platform, its breadth of capabilities can also make it complex to manage. Organizations often struggle to fully utilize all of the available features because of the learning curve and the pace at which new functionality is introduced. Keeping users trained, maintaining governance, and managing licensing can be challenging, particularly in large enterprises. That said, Microsoft continues to improve the platform with AI, security enhancements, and user experience updates, making it one of the most comprehensive productivity and collaboration solutions available today. What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 solves the challenge of keeping people productive, connected, and secure regardless of where they work. By integrating communication, document collaboration, file storage, project management, and AI-powered productivity into a single platform, it eliminates many of the barriers created by disconnected tools. For me, it has enabled more efficient project and program management through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook, and the Office suite. It has improved collaboration with stakeholders, simplified document sharing and version control, and reduced time spent on administrative work through automation and AI capabilities like Microsoft Copilot. As someone who has led large-scale enterprise programs, Microsoft 365 has helped me keep distributed teams aligned, make faster decisions, and deliver projects more effectively while maintaining strong security and governance.
