We have been one of the oldest user of this platform and when we had a small number of team members that time using this platform was quite expensive for us but gradually when dorto grew bigger and the number of a staff also increased then it became a great tool for us to manage each and every thing related to our work culture and streamline daily operations of our business. One thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel slow and cluttered, especially when many channels and chats are active. One issue is feature overload. There’s meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, clips, AI tools, phone, scheduler and more. While that’s impressive, it can make the interface feel crowded. For new users especially, it’s not immediately clear where to go for what.

Another drawback is that chat still doesn’t feel as fluid as dedicated tools like Slack. Threads can get messy, and long-term knowledge management inside chat isn’t great. It works, but it’s not the strongest part of the platform.

There’s also the pricing structure. Some of the more useful features, especially advanced AI capabilities, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller teams, that can feel limiting.

And finally, performance can dip when running larger meetings alongside multiple integrations. It’s generally stable, but it does demand decent system resources.

As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. The user interface of calendly is also quite simple, we are able to learn about its basic features just in 3 days and it can easily get installed in our mobile phones. After integrating it with zoom and Google meet we are able to connect with our core team and clients all over the world just by generating the meeting links. Qualified accelerates our sales process by answering questions 24/7 and qualifying visitors before they chat with sales. It handles simple queries, freeing our team for high-intent buyers. I previously experienced an issue related to billing; however, it was ultimately due to an error on my end. That said, the situation did raise concern, as there was a risk of my phone number being suspended. Fortunately, the matter was resolved with the assistance of your support team.

I would like to mention that I was somewhat concerned about the initial response times when requesting support. I understand operational constraints may exist, and I hope these response times can continue to improve over time.

Sometimes, when I'm on my VPN, it starts to act a little weird. I experience some latency and I have to restart the application and/or sometimes even my entire system. It doesn't happen everyday - but sometimes. I would like it to be more friendly when it comes to allowing the owner of the Zoom session to do more with the tool. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. The desktop app could also feel a bit heavy at time compared to lighter communication tools especially on older machines. Now everything is centralised which means fewer missed calls faster responses and clearer accountability. For managers, call logs and analytics make it easier to understand call volume and team performance which helps improve customer experience without micro managing. Area of improvement: The EverythingBenefits area should really be evaluated. The EDI connection process could be easier. The Performance Review platform could be more intuitive. The workflow process required for this process is unreal. Not sure why the development team is not able to add commas to the dollar amounts on the Applicant Tracking platform. A few things could definitely be smoother. The customization options are powerful, but some of the advanced settings feel a bit tucked away and take time to figure out. Integrations work well overall, but occasionally I wish the setup process was more guided, especially for first-time users. Also, the UI while clean could benefit from clearer labels or tooltips in certain places to reduce trial-and-error. Nothing major, but small refinements would make the experience even more intuitive. It comes with pure video conferencing experience, anyone not having a link or invitation to join the meeting, can dial in with the meeting number as well using the local mobile carrier service to join the meeting.
