The only issue I have with Quo is the use of the AI Assistant in the https://support.quo.com/ page when I'm logged into a browser that is highly secured. The AI UI doesn't respond with any errors that its working or not working. The AI UI doesn't do anything when I type in a question or any text. Of course when I'm in an environment with a less secured browser the AI Assistant works fine. Other than that everything else in the dashboard to the services I have no issues with.

everything is best about webex suite,, its very easy to use , i mainly use it for daily team meeting , sharing dashboards and reviewing analysis updates with product and marketing teams, i like its audio quality, even when the network is average , the voice remains clear. the screen sharing experience is smooth, especially while presenting dashboards from Tableau or Looker studio. i also like the noise removal features, which actually helps a lot in our office environment where people are talking around. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I really enjoy the user friendly interface. It has helped our shelter to streamline our operational processes across multiple departments, which has greatly reduced our wait time and improved the customer experience. The software also provides extremely helpful metrics that help us to identify areas of improvement as well as highlight the areas in which we are doing very well. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I have yet to identify any glaring downsides. It would be nice to be able to SMS or email outside links to customers as we currently can only send messages but not links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are utilizing WaitWhile in an animal shelter in which we have multiple different departments servicing customers from one check-in station. This means we have multiple employees servicing different customers at different times in the same general area. WaitWhile has enabled us to track these customers through the entire process simultaneously for all departments and even down to the employee level determine our efficiency and effectiveness. What do you like best about Cal.com?

Cal.com has quietly become one of my most dependable tools. I love how it blended into my workflow without a big learning curve or forcing me to rethink everything. The interface feels calm with no unnecessary pop-ups or confusing settings. Setting up a scheduling link was easy and the clean look of the booking was satisfying. The flexibility to fine-tune details like buffers and automations without a tech headache is a big plus. The open-source nature makes it feel like it's always evolving with its community, which I appreciate for its transparency and reliability. It syncs smoothly with Google Calendar, aligns meetings well, and the integration with Zoom and Notion helps keep things organized. Automations like reminders operate seamlessly in the background, and the time-zone handling is flawless. The setup was surprisingly easy with a straightforward onboarding process. What do you dislike about Cal.com?

A few things could definitely be smoother. The customization options are powerful, but some of the advanced settings feel a bit tucked away and take time to figure out. Also, the UI while clean could benefit from clearer labels or tooltips in certain places to reduce trial-and-error. Nothing major, but small refinements would make the experience even more intuitive.
