Meeting Software

Typically, Meeting is a capability of a variety of other G2 Software categories. See more below to select the

best Meeting Software.

Meeting software may refer to a few different types of software that pertain to collaboration and interaction between employees. If these meetings are intended to be conducted remotely, web conferencing software is probably the best fit for your needs. Web conferencing software will let teams meet remotely with the help webcams to create a digital workplace environment. Voice over internet protocol (VOIP) software uses the internet to transmit phone and video communication. These products are used both personally and professionally to facilitate communication between parties. For in-person meeting scheduling, online appointment scheduling will help organize meetings and reserve a physical space for them to take place. These can also be used by vertical industries such as the medical, consulting, and sales fields. If you are looking for a larger variety of features, workforce management tools often come with scheduling features. They also forecast labor demands, track attendance, and report on employee effectiveness.

“Pay Rippling or Light the Money on Fire, the Fire Will Cause Less problems”
What do you like best about Rippling?

It supports payroll for a global workforce, which makes it easier to manage employees and pay across different locations. The onboarding process is poorly designed and needlessly long so what could be a 3-5 min each employee setup takes 10-15 min each employee. Pricing is awful and (at-least from our rep experience) misleading with contractual gotchas like auto renewing certain parts for a 1 year term even if you stated you want to cancel the full service. Performance is subpar with consistent employee account issues such as not being able to transfer their own available balances and just saying contact support who does not give answers other than automated Ai response with help article links. Even urgent issues such as "multiple employees are not able to get their wages and error says something went wrong contact support" are not handled with a timeline, urgency, or visibility but the money deducted to make those payments comes out days in advanced or you get urgent payroll emails saying they wont process. Integrations with google workspace was poor and disconnected promptly due to trust issue with Rippling. the UI is terribly designed with no clear intuitive navigation or usability. The "AI" is worthless and would be the same performance as using Apple's Siri if you have a lisp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Smooth, Reliable Team Collaboration in One Place with Zoom Workplace”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I've been using Zoom Workplace for daily meetings and team collaboration, and it's been a really smooth experience. The video and audio quality are reliable, and joining meetings is quick and hassle-free. I also like that it combines chat, meetings, screen sharing, and file sharing in one place, which makes it easier to stay organized. The interface is simple to use, even for new users, and it works well across both desktop and mobile. Overall, it has made communication with my team much more convenient and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One thing I don't like is that it can sometimes use a lot of system resources, especially during long meetings, which can make my laptop slow down. Occasionally, joining meetings takes a little longer than expected after an update, and some advanced features are only available on paid plans. Other than that, my overall experience has been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace has made it much easier to communicate and collaborate with my team, especially when everyone is working from different locations. It helps us hold meetings, share screens, discuss ideas, and stay connected without needing to be in the same office. “Microsoft Teams: Essential Daily Workflow with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I use Microsoft Teams every day for work, and it has become an essential part of my workflow. It makes communication with coworkers quick and organized through chats, channels, and video meetings. I also like how it integrates with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint, making it easy to share files and collaborate on documents without switching between multiple applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One area where Microsoft Teams could improve is its performance. It can occasionally feel slow to load, especially when switching between chats, channels, and meetings. The search function also doesn't always return the most relevant results, making it difficult to find older conversations or files quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams solves the challenge of keeping communication, collaboration, and file sharing in one place. Instead of juggling multiple apps for messaging, meetings, and document sharing, my team can do everything within Teams. “Calendly Makes Scheduling Effortless With Smart Sync, Time Zones, and Buffers”
What do you like best about Calendly?

I mostly use Calendly for interviews, quick client calls, and follow-ups, and honestly it makes scheduling a lot less annoying. Before this, I used to coordinate times manually over email or Slack, and it ended up wasting more time than I expected especially when different time zones were involved.

The booking links are probably the most useful feature for me, because people can just pick an available slot directly without all the back-and-forth. I also like the reminders and buffer settings, since they help prevent overlapping meetings and reduce last-minute confusion. Overall, it feels simple to use and, after a while, it quietly becomes part of my daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

One thing I’ve noticed is that calendar syncing can sometimes take a bit of time to update availability correctly. It doesn’t happen all the time, but during busier schedules I’ve run into a few cases where the timing didn’t reflect properly and I had to manually adjust it afterward.

Some of the routing and availability settings also felt a little confusing at first, especially when I was managing multiple meeting types at the same time. Basic scheduling is straightforward, but the more advanced setup definitely takes some trial and error to get right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calendly has largely solved the constant back-and-forth scheduling problem for me. Before using it, I was manually coordinating times through messages, emails, and calendar checks, and it honestly got messy pretty quickly once multiple people were involved.

Now I typically just send a booking link, and meetings get scheduled much faster with far fewer follow-ups. The timezone handling and reminders have also helped cut down on missed meetings and unnecessary rescheduling, which makes day-to-day scheduling feel a lot smoother overall. “Simple, Intuitive HR Platform with a People-First Focus”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

What I like best about BambooHR is its focus on creating a simple, intuitive experience for both HR teams and employees. It streamlines everyday HR tasks without adding unnecessary complexity, and its emphasis on people-first solutions aligns with building a positive workplace culture. I also appreciate BambooHR's reputation for innovation, customer service, and helping organizations support their employees more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Like any software platform, BambooHR has limitations. Some advanced HR, payroll, and reporting features may not be as robust as those offered by larger enterprise systems, and certain customizations can require workarounds. That said, I appreciate that BambooHR prioritizes ease of use and continues to improve the platform based on customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, BambooHR has made day-to-day HR work much more organized and less time-consuming. Instead of jumping between spreadsheets, emails, and different systems, I can find employee information in one place and complete routine tasks more efficiently. That means I spend less time on administrative work and more time supporting employees, improving processes, and contributing to initiatives that have a bigger impact on the business. “Easy, Professional Call and Text Management for Small Businesses”
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like best about Quo is how easy it is to manage business calls and texts from one place. The setup is straightforward, the interface is clean, and features like missed-call notifications, automatic text responses, voicemail, and the phone menu make it much easier to stay responsive without being tied to the phone all day.

I also appreciate that the phone menu helps filter out robocalls while still making it simple for a real customer to reach me. Overall, Quo feels practical, professional, and well designed for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The main thing I dislike is that some call-handling settings are not as customizable as I would like. For example, I would prefer more control over how long the phone menu repeats, what happens after repeated timeouts, and whether the desktop ringtone can be fully disabled.

A few features also require upgrading to a higher-priced plan, which can feel limiting for a small business that only needs one or two additional tools. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, but more flexibility in the call-flow settings would make Quo even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quo gives me a dedicated business phone system without requiring a separate phone or traditional office setup. It keeps calls, texts, voicemail, and missed-call notifications organized in one place, which helps me separate business communication from my personal phone.

The automated text response and phone menu also help me stay responsive when I am unavailable while filtering out many robocalls. That saves time, reduces interruptions, and helps my small business appear more professional to prospects and customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualified?

Qualified AI SDR in your review has enabled our team to automate and scale the qualification of inbound leads while creating more meaningful engagement opportunities with website visitors based on their unique interests and behaviors.

The AI Scorecard has been especially valuable in helping us ensure customer interactions consistently align with our brand standards, messaging, and desired tone of voice across digital touchpoints.

Qualified integrates with Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot), making it a strong fit for our existing technology stack. Additionally, the platform's intuitive user interface allows teams to adopt and manage it with minimal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

At this time, there are no significant aspects of Qualified that we dislike. The platform has performed well for our use cases, integrates effectively with our Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) environment, and has been easy for our team to adopt and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qualified is helping us solve the challenge of identifying, qualifying, and engaging high-intent website visitors in real time. Prior to implementing Qualified, many website interactions relied on traditional form submissions, which limited our ability to immediately connect visitors with the right resources and sales teams.

By leveraging Qualified, we can automate lead qualification, route visitors more efficiently, and deliver personalized experiences based on visitor interests and behavior. This has helped improve engagement with prospective customers while ensuring our sales and marketing teams spend more time focusing on qualified opportunities. Reporting is powerful but could offer more flexibility and easier customisation without requiring workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Employment Hero, many of our HR processes were manual or spread across multiple systems, which created inefficiencies and increased administrative effort. Employment Hero has helped centralise employee records, onboarding, compliance, performance management and HR documentation into a single platform, giving employees and managers easy access to the information they need.

The biggest benefit has been reducing manual administration and improving process consistency. Tasks such as onboarding, policy acknowledgements, development discussions and document management are now more streamlined and easier to track. The self-service functionality has also increased employee ownership of personal information and routine HR requests, freeing up time for more strategic people initiatives.

For a small organisation without a large HR team, Employment Hero provides strong value by automating processes, improving visibility of HR data, supporting compliance obligations and creating a better employee experience through an accessible and user-friendly platform. “Studio-quality remote recording that keeps our crew connected across the US”
What do you like best about Riverside?

The local recording with separate audio and video tracks is an absolute game-changer. It means internet drops or lag never ruin a take, and having pristine, isolated tracks ready to go makes the post-production editing process for The Rooted Crew Podcast incredibly smooth. It gives us studio-grade quality every single time, no matter where our guests are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riverside?

The browser-based setup can be pretty heavy on system resources, which occasionally causes high CPU usage or fan noise on older laptops when running a long session. There are also moments where massive local files take a while to fully upload and process after a recording wraps, causing a bit of a bottleneck when we're ready to jump straight into editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Riverside solving and how is that benefiting you?

Riverside completely solves the logistical headache of trying to record a high-quality show with friends and guests scattered all across the country. Before, trying to collaborate across the US meant risking pixelated video, audio lag, and dropped connections ruining the natural flow of the conversation.

With Riverside, the physical distance doesn't matter anymore. Because it records everyone locally on their own devices, internet stability issues vanish. We can catch up, joke around, and record with friends anywhere in the US, and the final product sounds like we're all sitting in the exact same studio. It has completely removed the technical barriers to keeping The Rooted Crew Podcast connected, saving us a ton of frustration and hours of tedious cleanup in post-production. What do you dislike about GReminders?

Remembering my link to share is the most difficult part but easily managed by saving links in a note or cloud based document to access easily. It is a little expensive for a small practice, but does cut down on no shows for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GReminders:

If you feel stuck setting up your account and templates, ask questions. Support is easy to work with and they know their program best. In fact, they send a link to be placed on their calendar using GReminders so you know that there is a dedicated time for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

GReminders makes scheduling with clients super easy and reduces back and forth communication a lot. Clients often pick a time slot within minutes of me sending a link and then I'm notified and appointment is scheduled.

“All-in-One HR Platform That Makes Daily Tasks Fast and Convenient”
What do you like best about HROne?

What I like best about HROne is that it brings all employee-related information and HR processes into one platform. I use it regularly for attendance tracking, punch-in/punch-out, leave applications, and reimbursement claims, which makes these tasks quick and convenient. It also provides easy access to payslips, tax and PF documents, leave balances, holiday calendars, and HR policies without needing to contact HR. I particularly like the employee engagement features, such as work anniversary and birthday notifications, which help employees stay connected. Having everything centralized saves time and makes day-to-day HR tasks much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

One area where HROne could improve is its user interface and navigation. While the platform offers a wide range of features, some options can be difficult to locate, especially for new users. Compared to other HR applications, the interface feels less intuitive, and completing certain tasks may require more clicks than necessary. A more streamlined design and improved navigation would enhance the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using HROne, employee information, attendance records, leave requests, and payroll-related documents were often spread across different systems or required manual coordination with HR. What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

The auto attendant setup was a bit confusing at first, and it took us some time to figure out how to configure it properly. Also, sometimes the call quality drops suddenly even on a good internet connection, which is a bit frustrating when you’re in the middle of an important internal discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, we used to call each other on our personal numbers, which felt unprofessional and got messy. Zoom Phone solved that for us—now all internal communication goes through one system, and it’s much more organised and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful Scheduling That Stays Simple and Cost-Effective”
What do you like best about Cal ID?

What I like most is its combination of powerful scheduling features and simplicity. It offers unlimited event types, calendar integrations, automated workflows, and customizable booking pages, yet it still feels easy to use and cost-effective compared to many alternatives like Calendly. What do you dislike about Cal ID?

I like everything about it. I like all of its features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cal ID solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cal ID solves the hassle of manual scheduling, endless back-and-forth, and fragmented meeting management. Instead of spending time coordinating availability through emails or messages, it automates the booking process by syncing calendars, managing time zones, sending reminders, and handling rescheduling automatically.

For me, this boosts productivity and saves a significant amount of time, especially when I’m managing client meetings, demos, interviews, or team coordination. It also feels more professional for clients, since they can instantly book an available slot without delays. Features like workflow automation, integrations, and team scheduling further streamline operations and help reduce missed meetings and scheduling conflicts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“JioMeet makes product demos feel effortless”
What do you like best about JioMeet?

A big part of my work happens over video calls. Whether I'm reviewing code with another team, demoing a new feature, or helping a client reproduce an issue, I'm usually sharing my screen for most of the meeting. All I really need is a platform that lets everyone join without wasting the first few minutes explaining how to connect. JioMeet has been great for that. Some people join from the browser, others use the desktop app, and meetings usually start without any unnecessary delays. When you're working with clients who aren't particularly technical, that simplicity makes a bigger difference than most people realize. Audio quality has been consistently good, meetings stay stable even during longer sessions, and features like screen sharing, recordings, virtual backgrounds, and switching between devices cover everything I need on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

After using it for a while, we notice that screen-sharing quality depends a lot on the connection of whoever is presenting, especially during technical demos. It's not something that happens often, but we start sharing individual application windows instead of the entire desktop whenever possible. That small adjustment makes presentations much smoother and avoids unnecessary distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

I still remember working with a client who was seeing an issue that nobody on our team could reproduce. Instead of spending the whole morning exchanging screenshots and long email threads, we jumped on a JioMeet call and asked them to share their screen while they walked us through the exact steps. At the same time, we were checking logs and comparing everything with our local environment. It didn't take long before we realized the issue only appeared under a very specific combination of user permissions that we'd never tested internally. The fix was ready later that afternoon, and what could've easily turned into days of back-and-forth was resolved in a single meeting. Since then, whenever something is difficult to explain over email, my first instinct is to jump on a quick call and see it happening live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Waitwhile Streamlines Queues a User-Friendly Experience Efficient and Management Solution”
What do you like best about Waitwhile?

What I like best about Waitwhile is its user-friendly interface and the ability to manage queues efficiently without requiring customers to wait on-site. The platform is very helpful for streamlining customer flow, sending automated notifications, and reducing wait times, which leads to a better overall experience for both staff and guests. Upsides of using Waitwhile include improved customer satisfaction, real-time analytics for better decision-making, and the flexibility to customize the experience to fit different business needs. Overall, it saves time, increases operational efficiency, and enhances communication with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

There is nothing to dislike, it is very user-friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Waitwhile solving and how is that benefiting you?

Waitwhile is solving the problem of long and unpredictable wait times by providing a digital queue management solution. Instead of having customers wait in physical lines, Waitwhile allows them to join a virtual queue from anywhere and receive real-time updates about their place in line. This benefits me by creating a smoother, more organized experience for both staff and customers. It reduces crowding and confusion, helps manage peak times more efficiently, and improves overall customer satisfaction by making wait times feel shorter and more predictable. Additionally, the platform’s analytics help identify busy periods and optimize staffing, leading to better resource management and service delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
