Our implementation experience with Rippling was extremely disappointing. The teams operated in silos and often seemed more focused on securing five-star reviews than ensuring we were genuinely comfortable and confident using the platform. Instead of providing hands-on, practical support, we were directed to hours of videos and tutorials. Too frequently, issues were escalated by “submitting an engineering ticket,” which made it feel as though no one on the implementation team had the expertise or authority to actually resolve problems in real time. One particularly frustrating example was when a team “took a correction payroll off our plate,” only to create significant additional issues for us. Rippling's automation and workflows are still in process of being built, but they will remove the admin of onboarding, off boarding, employee experience surveys, expensing, and more. We have been one of the oldest user of this platform and when we had a small number of team members that time using this platform was quite expensive for us but gradually when dorto grew bigger and the number of a staff also increased then it became a great tool for us to manage each and every thing related to our work culture and streamline daily operations of our business. One thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially with too many channels, notifications, and overlapping conversations. Important messages can easily get buried if notifications aren’t managed carefully.

It can also be resource-intensive and occasionally slow, particularly on older devices. Additionally, the file organization structure—since it’s tied to SharePoint and OneDrive—can be confusing for users who aren’t familiar with how Microsoft’s ecosystem works. Microsoft Teams is solving the problem of fragmented workplace communication by bringing messaging, video meetings, file sharing, and collaboration into a single platform. As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. The user interface of calendly is also quite simple, we are able to learn about its basic features just in 3 days and it can easily get installed in our mobile phones. After integrating it with zoom and Google meet we are able to connect with our core team and clients all over the world just by generating the meeting links. One issue is feature overload. There’s meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, clips, AI tools, phone, scheduler and more. While that’s impressive, it can make the interface feel crowded. For new users especially, it’s not immediately clear where to go for what.

Another drawback is that chat still doesn’t feel as fluid as dedicated tools like Slack. Threads can get messy, and long-term knowledge management inside chat isn’t great. It works, but it’s not the strongest part of the platform.

There’s also the pricing structure. Some of the more useful features, especially advanced AI capabilities, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller teams, that can feel limiting.

And finally, performance can dip when running larger meetings alongside multiple integrations. It’s generally stable, but it does demand decent system resources.

Qualified accelerates our sales process by answering questions 24/7 and qualifying visitors before they chat with sales. It handles simple queries, freeing our team for high-intent buyers. I would like to kindly suggest an improvement regarding support response times. At times, operational contingencies may arise that require immediate action, and in those situations, a faster or more prioritized response would be extremely valuable.

I previously experienced an issue related to billing; however, it was ultimately due to an error on my end. That said, the situation did raise concern, as there was a risk of my phone number being suspended. Fortunately, the matter was resolved with the assistance of your support team.

HROne solves the problem of managing HR process manually or across disconnected tools. Honestly, the main thing I’d like to see improved is the AI assistant. I understand it’s currently in beta, so it’s still being refined and worked on. BambooHR helps keep all of my benefits in one place. It erases the headache of different logins and trying to remember all the specifics of other benefits. One downside of Webex Suite is that it can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always as intuitive as some competitors. My only real dislikes with Office are in Word. I am still not a fan of the menu ribbon that was added a few years ago. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find the functionality that I'm searching for. Also, in Word, if you try to add images to documents, all sorts of crazy formatting errors can occur. I think that's something we've all learned to live with at this point. Sometimes, when I'm on my VPN, it starts to act a little weird. I experience some latency and I have to restart the application and/or sometimes even my entire system. It doesn't happen everyday - but sometimes. I would like it to be more friendly when it comes to allowing the owner of the Zoom session to do more with the tool. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. The desktop app could also feel a bit heavy at time compared to lighter communication tools especially on older machines. Now everything is centralised which means fewer missed calls faster responses and clearer accountability. For managers, call logs and analytics make it easier to understand call volume and team performance which helps improve customer experience without micro managing. Area of improvement: The EverythingBenefits area should really be evaluated. The EDI connection process could be easier. The Performance Review platform could be more intuitive. The workflow process required for this process is unreal. Not sure why the development team is not able to add commas to the dollar amounts on the Applicant Tracking platform. A few things could definitely be smoother. The customization options are powerful, but some of the advanced settings feel a bit tucked away and take time to figure out. Integrations work well overall, but occasionally I wish the setup process was more guided, especially for first-time users. Also, the UI while clean could benefit from clearer labels or tooltips in certain places to reduce trial-and-error. Nothing major, but small refinements would make the experience even more intuitive.
