Meeting Software

Typically, Meeting is a capability of a variety of other G2 Software categories. See more below to select the

best Meeting Software.

Meeting software may refer to a few different types of software that pertain to collaboration and interaction between employees. If these meetings are intended to be conducted remotely, web conferencing software is probably the best fit for your needs. Web conferencing software will let teams meet remotely with the help webcams to create a digital workplace environment. Voice over internet protocol (VOIP) software uses the internet to transmit phone and video communication. These products are used both personally and professionally to facilitate communication between parties. For in-person meeting scheduling, online appointment scheduling will help organize meetings and reserve a physical space for them to take place. These can also be used by vertical industries such as the medical, consulting, and sales fields. If you are looking for a larger variety of features, workforce management tools often come with scheduling features. They also forecast labor demands, track attendance, and report on employee effectiveness.

“Rippling Makes Payroll and Benefits Simple with a Centralized, User-Friendly Platform”
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is how everything is centralized in one platform. It makes managing things like payroll, benefits, and personal information really simple and efficient. The interface is user friendly, and /i appreciate how easy it is to find what I need without having to go through multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

One downside of Rippling is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at times due to the number of features available. While its powerful, it may take some time to fully learn and navigate everything efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling helps solve the challenge of managing multiple HR functions across different systems by bringing everything like payroll, benefits, onboaring and employee data into one centralized platform. This reduces the need for manual data entry and minimizes errors since everything is synced automatically. For me, this is beneficial because it makes accessing important information quick and easy, while also ensuring accuracy in things reduces confusion since I don't have to navigate multiple systems to complete simple tasks. “BambooHR Makes Booking Time Off Quick and Simple”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

I think the best thing about BambooHR is how simple it is, along with its clean UI. I can usually find what I’m looking for pretty quickly. For example, I mainly use BambooHR to book time off or check my team’s vacations, and I can do that in just a couple of simple clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

It’s relatively small, but the login process can be annoying. I don’t like that when I’m signing in from a new device, I have to enter the company space again. It just adds more friction to getting on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

BambooHR makes it easy for me to handle basic HR tasks quickly in one place. Before, booking time off meant I had to talk to my manager in person, and I also had to keep track of my vacation days on my own. Now it’s nice to have all of that managed on a platform instead of doing everything manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Keeps Clinic Work and Team Coordination Perfectly Organized”
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also manage a small homeopathy clinic. What I like most about Connecteam is that it keeps both patient-related work and team coordination in one place. I can clearly see which tasks are open and which are completed, so nothing gets missed. I use it to track diet planning work, review pending cases, and manage follow-ups. At the same time, I can assign work to staff members and see who is handling what. This makes managing a small team much less stressful during busy clinic hours.

I also like that scheduling, time tracking, and communication are available inside the same system. It helps me manage staff timing, check availability, and keep updates in one place instead of calling or messaging everyone separately.

It was easy to start using and did not require complicated setup. I use it regularly, and it fits well into my daily clinic workflow without making things complicated.

Overall, it helps me stay organized and manage both patient work and team work more smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

When I open a task to update it, it takes a moment longer to load before I can type anything. One thing I have noticed is that sometimes notifications come in groups instead of one by one. If multiple tasks are updated close to each other, the alerts show together, and it is easy to miss a small detail unless I open the app and check properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my daily clinic work, there are many small things happening together like patient follow-ups, diet plan work, and staff coordination. It is easy for small tasks to get delayed when the day gets busy. Sometimes I had to check different places just to see what was pending.

With Connecteam, I can see all tasks in one place and know what still needs attention. I can also see which staff member is handling which work. This reduces confusion and saves time during busy hours. It has made daily work more clear and manageable for me. I don’t have to depend only on memory or scattered messages anymore. “Flawless Multi-Calendar Sync and Routing Forms for High-Value Meetings”
What do you like best about Calendly?

The seamless user experience and universal adoption are its biggest strengths. The real time sync across multiple calendars (Google, Outlook, iCloud) is flawless, virtually eliminating double-bookings. The Routing Forms are also excellent, allowing you to qualify leads before they ever touch your calendar, ensuring you only spend time on high value conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

Nothing much, but if I have to put something out; the branding and customization options are quite limited on lower-tier plans. Also, while the UI is clean for the booker, the admin backend can feel a bit rigid when trying to set up complex team based "Round Robin" rules or multi-step automated workflows compared to newer, more flexible competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

By automating the coordination and timezone math, it shortens our sales cycle and significantly reduces no show rates through automated SMS/Email reminders. The primary benefit is recovered time, it saves our team several hours of administrative work per week, allowing us to focus entirely on closing deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Google Workspace: Clean, Collaborative, Reliable, and Great Value for Teams”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I like best about Google Workspace is how well it balances usability, collaboration, and reliability across all its tools.

From a UI/UX perspective, the interface is clean, intuitive, and consistent across applications like Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets, which makes it easy to navigate and reduces the learning curve for new users.

In terms of integrations, it connects seamlessly with a wide range of third-party tools and also works extremely well within its own ecosystem, enabling smooth workflows between email, documents, calendars, and meetings.

Performance is generally very strong, with fast load times, real-time syncing, and reliable uptime, even when multiple users are collaborating on large files simultaneously.

From a pricing and ROI standpoint, it offers strong value, especially for teams, as it replaces multiple standalone tools with one integrated suite, improving efficiency and reducing overall software costs.

Support and onboarding are also solid, with extensive documentation, admin controls, and easy setup that allows teams to get started quickly without heavy technical overhead.

Finally, the AI and intelligence features—such as smart compose, smart replies, and document assistance—help speed up routine tasks and improve productivity by reducing manual effort.

Overall, it delivers a highly efficient, integrated, and reliable workspace that significantly improves day-to-day collaboration and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

What I dislike about Google Workspace is that while it is very strong overall, some advanced capabilities can feel limited compared to more specialized tools. For example, certain formatting, automation, or advanced reporting features in Sheets or Docs are not as powerful as dedicated alternatives.

From a UI/UX perspective, although the interface is generally clean, it can sometimes feel a bit inconsistent across different apps, especially when switching between Gmail, Drive, and Docs, which slightly affects the overall flow.

In terms of integrations, while it supports many third-party tools, deeper integrations or more complex workflows often require additional configuration or reliance on external apps, which can add complexity.

Performance is usually reliable, but it can occasionally slow down with very large files or heavy real-time collaboration sessions, particularly in Sheets.

Regarding pricing and ROI, it is cost-effective for teams, but pricing can increase as you scale or move to higher-tier plans with more advanced admin and security features.

Support and onboarding are generally good, but direct support response times can vary depending on the plan, and resolving more complex issues may take longer than expected.

Finally, while the AI features are helpful, they are still relatively basic in some areas and may not always fully understand context or provide highly tailored outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace is solving the problem of fragmented communication and disconnected tools by bringing email, documents, storage, calendars, and meetings into one integrated ecosystem. Before using it, working across multiple platforms often created inefficiencies, version control issues, and delays in collaboration.

By centralizing everything in a cloud-based environment, it makes collaboration significantly easier. Multiple users can work on documents in real time, share files instantly, and stay aligned through integrated communication tools like Gmail and Meet. This reduces back-and-forth and ensures everyone is working on the most up-to-date version of any file.

It also solves accessibility issues by allowing work to be done from anywhere, on any device, without relying on local files or manual syncing. This improves flexibility and continuity, especially in remote or hybrid work environments.

Additionally, built-in tools like smart suggestions, automation, and AI assistance help reduce repetitive tasks and improve productivity.

Overall, the main benefit is improved efficiency, better collaboration, and reduced operational friction, which leads to faster decision-making and smoother day-to-day workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualified?

The combination of a sophisticated AI Studio and a truly elite support model. The product itself is intuitive and powerful, allowing us to build our digital SDR and navigate complex conversations with ease.

However, the standout has been our Success Architect, Jake Di Noto. Jake doesn’t feel like a vendor; he feels like a core member of our team. He is incredibly responsive, lightning-fast with technical execution, and possesses the strategic intelligence to anticipate our needs before we even voice them. Having a partner who is as invested in our "Go-Live" success as we are has made all the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

“Good UI and integrations, but video calls and pricing ROI need improvement”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite is good and the UI feels very similar to Microsoft Teams, but it still lacks some basic utilities. The Whiteboard integration is really helpful for quick brainstorming sessions and makes it easy to capture ideas on the fly. That said, video calls need a better upgrade, as the overall experience could be smoother. The quick calling feature is available, but I think it should be named something clearer, like Meet or similar, so it’s easier to understand at a glance. AppHub integration is also really helpful, especially the GitHub integration, since it lets me get quick insights without switching contexts. Premium plan is also reasonable but its not good ROI considering pricing of almost 100$. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

I think its awesome they provide 1 Terabyte of cloud space but I personally am not a fan of having to pay for more storage space. VP
“Bringing Structure and Clarity to Everyday Business Communication”
What do you like best about Nextiva?

I use Nextiva as a comprehensive communication and customer engagement platform that brings together all essential business interactions into a single, streamlined ecosystem. In my day-to-day work, it primarily serves as a reliable solution for managing business calls through VoIP, enabling clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams without the limitations of traditional telephony systems. The platform’s intuitive interface allows me to handle high call volumes, access call logs, and manage voicemail efficiently, ensuring that no important conversation is missed or delayed.

Beyond calling, I leverage Nextiva for team collaboration through messaging and virtual meetings, which significantly reduces dependency on multiple disconnected tools. Having messaging, video conferencing, and calling integrated into one platform helps maintain continuity in communication, especially when coordinating with cross-functional teams or working on time-sensitive tasks. This unified approach not only saves time but also improves overall productivity by minimizing context switching and communication gaps.

Another key aspect of my usage is in managing customer interactions and enhancing the overall customer experience. Nextiva provides features such as intelligent call routing, voicemail transcription, and interaction tracking, which allow me to respond to queries more efficiently and maintain a professional, responsive communication flow. It also helps in organizing customer conversations across different channels, giving better visibility into customer needs and enabling more informed and timely decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

While Nextiva offers a robust and reliable communication platform, there are a few areas where I feel it could be improved to deliver an even better user experience. One of the main challenges I’ve encountered is the initial setup and configuration process, which can feel slightly complex, especially for first-time users or teams without dedicated IT support. Certain advanced features, like call flows and routing rules, require a bit of a learning curve before they can be fully utilized.

Another aspect is the user interface, which, although functional, can sometimes feel less modern and slightly cluttered compared to some newer communication platforms. Navigating between features like calling, messaging, and analytics is not always as intuitive as it could be, and it may take some time for users to become fully comfortable with the layout.

I have also noticed that occasional delays or minor glitches can occur, particularly in the desktop or mobile app during high usage periods. While these are not frequent enough to disrupt work significantly, they can impact the overall smoothness of the experience.

Additionally, the pricing structure and add-on costs can be a concern for growing teams. Some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which may make it less flexible for smaller organizations trying to scale gradually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Nextiva, communication in our workflow felt scattered—calls were handled in one system, messages in another, and follow-ups often depended on manual tracking or memory. This fragmentation created small but frequent inefficiencies, like delayed responses, missed context between conversations, and difficulty maintaining a consistent communication standard. Nextiva essentially solves this problem by acting as a single communication backbone, where every interaction—whether it’s a call, message, or meeting—connects into one continuous flow instead of isolated touchpoints.

One of the biggest problems it addresses is the lack of visibility in communication. Earlier, it was hard to track who spoke to whom, what was discussed, or what needed follow-up. With Nextiva, that visibility is built into the system, allowing me to quickly access conversation history, voicemails, and interaction details. This directly benefits me by reducing dependency on manual tracking and ensuring I can respond with full context, which improves both speed and accuracy in communication.

It also solves the issue of inconsistent customer experience. Without a unified platform, responses can vary depending on the channel or the person handling the interaction. Nextiva standardizes this by organizing communication flows and enabling features like call routing and centralized interaction handling. As a result, I’m able to maintain a more professional and consistent approach when dealing with clients or stakeholders, which builds trust and reliability over time.

Another key problem it addresses is time loss due to tool switching and coordination gaps. Instead of juggling multiple apps, I can manage everything from one place, which simplifies my workflow and keeps me focused. This has a direct impact on productivity—I spend less time navigating systems and more time actually engaging in meaningful work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't wait to see what other features are implemented in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. “Streamlined Meeting Scheduling with Minor Setup Hiccups”
What do you like best about Cal.com?

What I like most about Cal.com is how it combines simplicity for the user with flexibility. It makes scheduling extremely straightforward, like you just click some buttons, and your meeting is booked. Another aspect I really appreciate is how customizable the platform is. Cal.com allows you to define different event types, set durations, add buffer time, and many more things. What stands out even more is that Cal.com is open source, offering transparency that many software platforms lack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal.com?

The setup of Cal.com is overwhelming, which could be improved. The documentation for different integrations and event configurations needs better clarity, as it takes time to figure out how to use them effectively. Also, I think the user interface could be more refined, especially when managing multiple event types or settings. It could be smoother and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cal.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Cal.com to streamline meeting coordination, eliminating back-and-forth messages and reducing calendar conflicts like double bookings when managing multiple clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable and Cost-Efficient with Room for UI Improvement”
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

I use GoTo Meeting for web conferences with my work team and love its reliability and connection stability. I appreciate the clear audio and video it provides, which enhances clear communication, even on average or slower internet speeds. It solves traveling issues by eliminating the need for us to all be in one place to discuss important projects, saving time and being efficient in terms of cost. The initial setup was straightforward, as all that was needed was to download the app, sign up or sign in, and join meetings, which didn't require much time or technical guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

I think GoTo Meeting should improve on the user interface. I sometimes feel it is outdated and less attractive compared to other alternatives. For example, layout controls like camera and mute are not as clear as they should be compared to other alternatives such as Zoom. The icons look outdated, so generally, I think the user interface should be made clearer and more user-friendly in that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoTo Meeting solves traveling issues, saves time and is cost-efficient. Its reliable and stable connection, with clear audio and video, is crucial for remote work, even on slower internet speeds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simple, Reliable Meetings with JioMeet—Great Even on Weak Internet”
What do you like best about JioMeet?

What I like most about JioMeet is how simple and easy it is to use. I never felt confused while using it, and I was able to join meetings quickly without any issues. It also works well even when the internet connection isn’t very strong, which is really helpful. Another plus is that it allows long meetings for free, so I don’t have to worry about time limits. Overall, it feels convenient and handles the basics well for everyday use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

What I dislike about JioMeet is that it still feels a bit limited compared to other platforms. It doesn’t offer many advanced features, such as breakout rooms or a proper whiteboard, which would be useful for meetings or classes. I also sometimes notice minor issues like lag, audio glitches, or connection disturbances, especially when more people join the meeting. The interface is acceptable, but it isn’t very polished, and it could be improved to feel more modern and smoother to use. Overall, it works fine, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

JioMeet solves the problem of limited meeting time and complicated setups that many other platforms have. It allows users to attend long meetings without worrying about time limits and makes it easy to join or host a meeting without much technical knowledge. Compared to other software, it focuses more on simplicity and basic features rather than advanced tools, which makes it convenient for everyday use but a bit less powerful for professional needs. “Timekeeping Tool That Keeps Things Organized”
What do you like best about UKG Ready?

What stands out most is how reliable it is for managing timekeeping and employee data in one place. Once the workflows are set up correctly, it runs pretty smoothly and gives you a consistent process for tracking hours, approvals, and employee records.

I also like the visibility it provides. Being able to see employee data, time entries, and errors in one system makes it easier to catch issues early and keep things accurate for payroll.

Another big plus is the configurability. You can tailor workflows and settings to match how your organization operates, which is huge when you’re dealing with different clients or processes.

Overall, it’s a solid system for keeping things organized and standardized, especially when you have a lot of moving pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

Honestly, it can feel a little clunky at times. Some things that should be simple take more steps than you’d expect, and it’s not always super intuitive for new users.

Troubleshooting is probably the biggest pain point. When something breaks or doesn’t sync right, it’s not always obvious where the issue is, so you end up spending extra time digging or reaching out to support.

Reporting can also be a bit of a hassle. The data is there, but pulling it in a clean, easy way isn’t always straightforward.

Overall, it works well once everything is set up, but it definitely takes some effort to get there and keep it running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UKG Ready solving and how is that benefiting you?

UKG Ready helps centralize timekeeping and employee data so we’re not bouncing between multiple systems to track hours, approvals, and employee info. That alone cuts down on a lot of confusion and manual work.

It also helps standardize processes. Having one system for time entry and approvals makes it easier to keep things consistent across teams and locations, which is huge for payroll accuracy.

From a support side, it gives better visibility into what’s going on. We can see time entries, catch issues earlier, and fix things before they turn into bigger problems on payroll.

Overall, it saves time, reduces errors, and keeps everything a lot more organized compared to trying to manage it across multiple tools or spreadsheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
