Meeting Software

Typically, Meeting is a capability of a variety of other G2 Software categories. See more below to select the

best Meeting Software.

Meeting software may refer to a few different types of software that pertain to collaboration and interaction between employees. If these meetings are intended to be conducted remotely, web conferencing software is probably the best fit for your needs. Web conferencing software will let teams meet remotely with the help webcams to create a digital workplace environment. Voice over internet protocol (VOIP) software uses the internet to transmit phone and video communication. These products are used both personally and professionally to facilitate communication between parties. For in-person meeting scheduling, online appointment scheduling will help organize meetings and reserve a physical space for them to take place. These can also be used by vertical industries such as the medical, consulting, and sales fields. If you are looking for a larger variety of features, workforce management tools often come with scheduling features. They also forecast labor demands, track attendance, and report on employee effectiveness.

Original Information
“Great product, siloed implementation”
What do you like best about Rippling?

I really like using Rippling because it brings most functional products like payroll, time off, T&E, into one streamlined platform. It’s intuitive and easy to navigate, which saves our team time and reduces administrative back-and-forth. I especially appreciate how automated workflows keep processes moving efficiently while still giving us the visibility and control we need. It makes managing HR feel organized, scalable, and far less manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

Our implementation experience with Rippling was extremely disappointing. The teams operated in silos and often seemed more focused on securing five-star reviews than ensuring we were genuinely comfortable and confident using the platform. Instead of providing hands-on, practical support, we were directed to hours of videos and tutorials. Too frequently, issues were escalated by “submitting an engineering ticket,” which made it feel as though no one on the implementation team had the expertise or authority to actually resolve problems in real time. One particularly frustrating example was when a team “took a correction payroll off our plate,” only to create significant additional issues for us. The effort required to secure any meaningful make-good was exhausting, and Rippling did very little to proactively rectify the problems or rebuild trust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling's automation and workflows are still in process of being built, but they will remove the admin of onboarding, off boarding, employee experience surveys, expensing, and more. Really happy with how much the system can do once it's built up to take care of these repetitive actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Connecteam Streamlines Field Staff Management with Real-Time Tasks & Attendance”
What do you like best about Connecteam?

I have been using connectteam from last three years and this is the platform that always help us in managing our overall staffs and other employees that work on fields in different part of the country and in remote areas. This is the platform that help us in assigning tasks and also checking the attendance of our team members by giving them real time instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

We have been one of the oldest user of this platform and when we had a small number of team members that time using this platform was quite expensive for us but gradually when dorto grew bigger and the number of a staff also increased then it became a great tool for us to manage each and every thing related to our work culture and streamline daily operations of our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connecteam also make sure that daily operations of our company is being executed properly. As dortoservices is a completely service based startup, so we need tools like these to manage our day to day workforce challenges in the organization and manage all the tasks and assignments and ti-do list on time. i am a DevOps engineer, i rely heavily on structure communication and clear documentation during deployment and production incident, Google workspace proves seamless real time collaboration through Docs, sheets, and drive , during P1 incidents, multiple engineers can update the same RCA documents simultaneously, which significantly improves transparency and reduce confusions. Google meet is stable and reliable for incident bridge calls and sprint discussions, the AI generated summaries and transcripts helps to capture actions items without assigning someone solely for not taking,. the admin console is strong point. managing user access and reviewing audit logs, is easy. which supports our DevSecOps compliance requirements. its very very easy to use, and all of us use it daily. it integrates easily with Jira and Github. and Google customer support is best as usual. NZ
“All-in-One Collaboration Hub with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is how seamlessly it brings chat, video meetings, file sharing, and collaboration into one place. It makes communication within a team much more organized compared to juggling multiple separate tools.

I also appreciate its integration with other Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, and SharePoint, which makes real-time collaboration on documents very efficient. The ability to create dedicated channels for different projects or departments helps keep conversations focused and easy to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially with too many channels, notifications, and overlapping conversations. Important messages can easily get buried if notifications aren’t managed carefully.

It can also be resource-intensive and occasionally slow, particularly on older devices. Additionally, the file organization structure—since it’s tied to SharePoint and OneDrive—can be confusing for users who aren’t familiar with how Microsoft’s ecosystem works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams is solving the problem of fragmented workplace communication by bringing messaging, video meetings, file sharing, and collaboration into a single platform. Instead of switching between separate tools for email, chat, video calls, and document editing, everything is centralized in one workspace.

This benefits me by saving time, reducing miscommunication, and making collaboration more efficient. I can quickly move from a chat to a video call, co-edit documents in real time, and keep project-related conversations organized in dedicated channels. It also improves transparency within teams, since conversations and shared files are accessible in one place rather than scattered across different apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Calendly Makes Scheduling Business Meetings Simple and Shareable”
What do you like best about Calendly?

I mostly use calendly for scheduling our business meetings. As this tool generates online link and can easily be shared through emails and whatsapp where the other member of team can click on the link and join the meeting instantly. Irrespective of asking all of them one by one this is the platform that helps in conducting professional meet up in simple and easy steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

As I use calendly almost everyday and the CRM integration that it provides is little complex to handle. Sometime the complete integration of zoom takes a lot of time and permissions which makes the process of meeting scheduling little time taking but overall it's a good tool for businesses according to my user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The user interface of calendly is also quite simple, we are able to learn about its basic features just in 3 days and it can easily get installed in our mobile phones. After integrating it with zoom and Google meet we are able to connect with our core team and clients all over the world just by generating the meeting links. “Zoom Workplace: All-in-One Flow with Rock-Solid Meetings and Time-Saving AI Summaries”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything into one flow instead of scattering work across five different apps.

You’re not just jumping on video calls anymore. You’ve got meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, AI summaries, and calendar coordination all in one place. That reduces context switching, which honestly is where most productivity gets lost.

The meeting experience itself is still the strongest part. It’s stable, even on weaker connections. Screen sharing is smooth. Breakout rooms are easy to manage. For someone working across teams or stakeholders, that reliability matters.

Another big plus is the AI Companion. Automatic meeting summaries and action item capture save real time. Instead of scrambling to take notes, you can focus on the discussion and still walk away with structured follow-ups.

And finally, it scales well. Whether it’s a quick 1:1, a sprint review, or a large stakeholder town hall, it handles all of it without friction.

In short, it reduces coordination overhead. That’s the real win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One issue is feature overload. There’s meetings, chat, whiteboard, docs, clips, AI tools, phone, scheduler and more. While that’s impressive, it can make the interface feel crowded. For new users especially, it’s not immediately clear where to go for what.

Another drawback is that chat still doesn’t feel as fluid as dedicated tools like Slack. Threads can get messy, and long-term knowledge management inside chat isn’t great. It works, but it’s not the strongest part of the platform.

There’s also the pricing structure. Some of the more useful features, especially advanced AI capabilities, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For smaller teams, that can feel limiting.

And finally, performance can dip when running larger meetings alongside multiple integrations. It’s generally stable, but it does demand decent system resources.

So overall, it’s not about major flaws. It’s more about complexity and positioning. Zoom started as the best video tool in the room. As it expands into an all-in-one workplace platform, it’s still figuring out how to make everything feel equally polished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

At its core, it cuts down fragmentation. Before, teams juggle a video app, a chat tool, a docs/collaboration tool, calendars, and task trackers. That’s context switching—mental friction, lost time, missed details. Zoom Workplace brings those into one ecosystem. That alone smooths communication and coordination.

It also tackles meeting inefficiency. With things like AI summaries, action item extraction, and searchable transcripts, you don’t have to capture every detail yourself or chase people afterward for what was decided. That means less time rehashing and more time acting.

Real-time collaboration is another area. Whiteboards, shared docs, and chat live together around the same session or workspace, so brainstorming feels continuous instead of disjointed across tools.

For teams spread across different locations or time zones, the persistent history in chats and meetings helps too. You don’t have to repeat context—newcomers can catch up quickly.

The benefit of all this is simpler workflows. Fewer apps to switch between, clearer handoffs between conversation and action, and less “where did we put that?” when you need past context. You save time, reduce friction, and keep everyone aligned without relying on seven different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Qualified is easy to use with a simple interface. The fact that the chatbot crawls our site and updates itself is a real plus. It can chat in many languages, reaching visitors in their own language. I appreciate the amazing customer success managers who stay with you throughout installation and usage.

The snippets allow me to train the chatbot on answers that may not be apparent on our webpages. For example: What is the best Vision System to use? What's the latest software for my product? This has greatly helped us keep the bot current.

Qualified is integrated with our Salesforce instance, helping move leads quickly through our sales process. It has greatly helped us accelerate our initial sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

I don't use Qualified's video chatbot. The platform has had some difficulties helping customers with detailed support questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qualified accelerates our sales process by answering questions 24/7 and qualifying visitors before they chat with sales. It handles simple queries, freeing our team for high-intent buyers. What do you like best about Quo?

I truly love the product — it is simply outstanding. I am very impressed with its quality and functionality, and I strongly believe that with your support, my business will be able to grow even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I would like to kindly suggest an improvement regarding support response times. At times, operational contingencies may arise that require immediate action, and in those situations, a faster or more prioritized response would be extremely valuable.

Overall, this feedback is shared with the intention of contributing positively, as we genuinely enjoy using the product and see great potential in continuing to grow alongside your platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I previously experienced an issue related to billing; however, it was ultimately due to an error on my end. That said, the situation did raise concern, as there was a risk of my phone number being suspended. Fortunately, the matter was resolved with the assistance of your support team.

I would like to mention that I was somewhat concerned about the initial response times when requesting support. I understand operational constraints may exist, and I hope these response times can continue to improve over time.

Overall, I appreciate the support provided and value the service. Thank you for your assistance and continued efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“HR Operations Feel More Predictable and Less Reactive”
What do you like best about HROne?

What stands out about HROne is how it simplifies routine HR work without making it feel overly rigid. Attendance, leave, payroll and employee data are well connected, so updates in one area reflect smoothly across the system. I find the employee self service features especially useful because they reduce back and forth with HR for simple requests. The interface feels structured and practical for daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

Some workflows take a few extra clicks to complete, especially when navigating between modules. While the system is powerful, new users may need a short learning period to understand where certain settings or reports are located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

HROne solves the problem of managing HR process manually or across disconnected tools. By centralizing payroll, attendance, and employee records, it reduces errors and save time on administrative tasks. This allows HR teams to focus more on people management rather than operational follow ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“User-Friendly All-in-One Platform with an Excellent PTO Calculator”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

The thing I like most about BambooHR is how user-friendly it is. It’s really easy to log in and submit requests, upload forms, and complete surveys without any hassle. I also appreciate that it offers a variety of uses all in one platform, so I don’t have to jump between different tools. Nothing feels hidden, and what I need is usually straightforward to find. I’d say I log in almost every day to check out the features and review my benefits. The PTO request feature is especially nice, and the PTO calculator makes it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Honestly, the main thing I’d like to see improved is the AI assistant. I understand it’s currently in beta, so it’s still being refined and worked on. I’m not too concerned about it, though, because I know companies are constantly trying to improve how their AI interfaces work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

BambooHR helps keep all of my benefits in one place. It erases the headache of different logins and trying to remember all the specifics of other benefits. I'm loving the way in which GReminders connects several of the needs in my business into one user friendly system that integrates well with my CRM. I've used other tools in the past that did a fraction of what GReminders offers so the switch was a no-brainer! Also, the AI notetaker is the best I've used so far and the accuracy allows me to spend very little time reviewing my notes. I also love the AI notetaker Chat feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

The learning curve of setting up the system is steep. I have an account manager (Mikayla) who's been great though so I haven't had to worry about this too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

I also appreciate the AI features, such as noise removal and meeting summaries, because they help improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

One downside of Webex Suite is that it can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The interface isn’t always as intuitive as some competitors. It can also be more expensive for smaller teams. Sometimes performance depends heavily on network quality, which may affect meeting experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Microsoft Office is the best!”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

I use Word and Excel daily. I couldn't imagine getting my work done without them. I have tried using low-cost/free competitors, but they aren't in the same league. I write status reports, track attendance, calculate hours worked into PTO earned, just about everything in my day-to-day is in Word or Excel. I also use Power Point for the occasional presentation, or for items that require just a quick graphical touch. Office 365 just seems to work, and it allows more flexibility than the freebie apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

My only real dislikes with Office are in Word. I am still not a fan of the menu ribbon that was added a few years ago. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find the functionality that I'm searching for. Also, in Word, if you try to add images to documents, all sorts of crazy formatting errors can occur. I think that's something we've all learned to live with at this point. “Essential Tool for Customer Order Notifications”
What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. Also, the initial setup was just creating a login, easy peasy. For my purposes, Waitwhile does exactly the job I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once it's setup it just works in the background without needing constant attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

“UKG Ready! Better than competitors!”
What do you like best about UKG Ready?

Our team is able to customize the different platforms to fit our company's needs. And the reporting is top notch. Our fiscal year begins on July 1st. In the past, we've always had to run 2 YTD reports and do a cut and paste job to come up with fiscal year data. I love being able to give the Accounting auditor and the 401k auditor login access each year - so that they can pull the data that they need directly from the system. And once the audit is completed, I can deactivate their access. I love that individuals who leave the organization can still have limited access to the system. They can still see their W2s, pay statements and other tax forms. That eliminates those phone calls and emails each January from individuals who no longer work with the organization. The Time & Attendance platform allowed us to finally get our PTO / Accrual process automated. We have also been able to implement a grant allocation process on the T&A platform as well. Two things that we've had to do manually in other systems. And we were finally able to get rid of a 15 tab Excel document by automating our payroll journal entry. That is something I would list 5 times on repeat. Every system we used in the past always promised that they could integrate with NetSuite (our company's Accounting software). UKG not only promised but they delivered. For once our Accounting Department has been happy with HRs selection of a HRIS. We also had a great implementation team. Love the Open Enrollment platform and the Applicant Tracking platform. We added the Learning module to our platform last month. We are currently reviewing Bryte and Document Manager. Area of improvement: The EverythingBenefits area should really be evaluated. The EDI connection process could be easier. The Performance Review platform could be more intuitive. The workflow process required for this process is unreal. Not sure why the development team is not able to add commas to the dollar amounts on the Applicant Tracking platform. It looks very weird to enter a salary range of $150500 - $165900. It would look better with commas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Original Information
“Effortless Scheduling with Open-Source Flexibility”
What do you like best about Cal.com?

Cal.com has quietly become one of my most dependable tools. I love how it blended into my workflow without a big learning curve or forcing me to rethink everything. The interface feels calm with no unnecessary pop-ups or confusing settings. Setting up a scheduling link was easy and the clean look of the booking was satisfying. The flexibility to fine-tune details like buffers and automations without a tech headache is a big plus. The open-source nature makes it feel like it's always evolving with its community, which I appreciate for its transparency and reliability. It syncs smoothly with Google Calendar, aligns meetings well, and the integration with Zoom and Notion helps keep things organized. Automations like reminders operate seamlessly in the background, and the time-zone handling is flawless. The setup was surprisingly easy with a straightforward onboarding process. I especially appreciate the simplicity in setting different event types and letting people book without confusion, which is genuinely time-saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal.com?

A few things could definitely be smoother. The customization options are powerful, but some of the advanced settings feel a bit tucked away and take time to figure out. Integrations work well overall, but occasionally I wish the setup process was more guided, especially for first-time users. Also, the UI while clean could benefit from clearer labels or tooltips in certain places to reduce trial-and-error. Nothing major, but small refinements would make the experience even more intuitive. What problems is Cal.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cal.com eliminates scheduling back-and-forth, prevents double-bookings, and structures my day. It offers a professional booking experience with deep customization and seamless calendar sync, saving time and stress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable All-in-One Platform for Clear Remote Collaboration”
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

GoTo Meeting helps me overcome communication challenges when I’m in a remote area or working with a distributed team by offering a reliable, all-in-one platform for virtual meetings, screen sharing, recording, and collaboration. It’s been especially useful for keeping communication clear, collaboration organized, and participation easier, with fewer barriers for everyone involved. For instance, I once shared a PDF in the meeting chat so everyone could open it immediately, follow along in real time, and stay on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

The interface doesn’t feel as modern as some competitors, and I often find myself thinking the overall layout looks a bit outdated compared with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I always record my meetings and review sessions so I can rewatch them later and share them with anyone who couldn’t attend live. It helps my team avoid missing important details, and it also means we can reuse the same training materials for future sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Budget-Friendly, Reliable Meetings for Small Teams”
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I like JioMeet's 24-hour free meeting duration, allowing me to host meetings without worrying about time limits. It's very useful for long classes, presentations, or group discussions. I appreciate that it supports up to 100 participants in its basic version without major lag, and it works smoothly on mobile, laptop, and even directly from a web browser, which saves space and time. Additionally, the security features like password protection and waiting room make it a safe and secure platform. It's simple, stable, and budget-friendly, making it very convenient for students and small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

Some advanced features like virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, or in-depth collaboration tools aren’t as rich or easy to use as on other platforms. The user interface could be more intuitive — at times it feels a bit basic or confusing, especially when finding certain settings. While it’s usually stable, there are rare moments when video or audio can lag, especially on slower internet connections. It doesn’t integrate as smoothly with other productivity apps (like calendars or file sharing apps) as some other tools do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

JioMeet solves time limit issues with its 24-hour free meetings, supports smooth video calls for up to 100 participants, and offers versatile device access and strong security features, saving time and ensuring safe communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
