What do you like best about SOCi?

That all social medias are linked and can be scheduled at the same time. I also like how the reviews are easy to view and access to answer. What do you dislike about SOCi?

Tagging on ALL platforms isn't the best sometimes but I have yet to try it since LinkedIn tagging was upgraded. I don't like how you can't add music to Instagram post from SOCI. I appreciate the ability to manage not only posting to multiple platforms, but also the ability to manage advertising and post boosting directly within the application.

I use Sprout Social for integrating most of our social media platforms, scheduling content, and checking comments or direct messages. We consolidate all our work, planning, and team collaboration into one place. I like that they're constantly updating their platform and improving the flow of things for social media managers like myself who have to manage many different channels and mediums simultaneously. Their latest integrations with Reddit are crucial, especially their support for profiles and subreddits. I find the AI capabilities beneficial, saving me time as I don't have to manually hunt down captions or transcripts. What I like most is that the UI/UX is very clear and easy to use. It also has one of the best automation systems out there—I use automations a lot, and this is by far the best one I’ve worked with. What I dislike most is the email builder. It’s clunky, hard to use, and not very intuitive.

Another thing I don’t like is the reporting system. The way it filters and displays metrics is difficult to understand and navigate. I’d prefer it to be more straightforward and focused on what matters, like email title effectiveness, open rate, and click-through rate.

What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist has completely transformed how I run my outreach.

As a legal growth consultant doing simultaneous email and LinkedIn outreach to law firms across the United States, managing everything manually was a constant struggle. Spacing out emails sporadically throughout the day, tracking follow-up timing, finding verified emails, and keeping tabs on lead engagement were all separate challenges with no central system tying them together. Lemlist solved all of that under one roof.

The automation is where Lemlist really shines. Being able to set up multi-step campaigns that space out emails and LinkedIn actions automatically has saved me hours every week. I no longer have to think about when to follow up because the sequence handles it. The automatic lead pausing when someone replies is a game-changer.

Before Lemlist, I had to manually monitor every conversation to make sure automated messages did not keep going out to someone I was already talking to. Now it happens instantly without me touching anything.

The engagement tracking is also invaluable. Being able to see exactly how many times a lead opened an email gives me real insight into who is interested before they even reply. That kind of visibility helps me prioritize my follow-ups and focus my energy on the right conversations.

One unexpected benefit I discovered was the connection withdrawal step in campaign sequences. That level of control over LinkedIn automation is something I did not expect, and it has added real precision to my outreach strategy. I also appreciate that Lemlist continuously rolls out new features and improvements. The platform feels like it is constantly evolving alongside its users.

On pricing, the monthly cost is genuinely great value for everything it delivers. Additional credits are reasonably priced, and the email finding feature is worth it on its own.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

While Lemlist has been an excellent tool overall, there are a few areas where I would love to see improvements.

The campaign analytics could be more granular. For example, when running A/B tested subject lines, it would be helpful to see a clear side-by-side breakdown of open rates per variation rather than having to manually calculate the difference. The current reporting makes it harder than it should be to draw quick conclusions from split tests.

I would also love the ability to rename individual campaign steps. Right now, steps are labeled by subject line or a generic label like "send automated email," which makes it difficult to navigate longer sequences at a glance. Being able to label steps as Email 1, Email 2, LinkedIn Follow Up 1, and so on would make campaign management significantly cleaner, especially when running multiple campaigns simultaneously. The same goes for being able to see what steps a lead is in, such as what step the lead has gone through and what steps it is yet to take.

One more analytics improvement I would suggest is showing reply rate based on total contacts in a campaign, in addition to total messages sent. The current calculation can be misleading when a contact receives multiple follow-ups. A contact-based reply rate would give a more accurate picture of how your outreach is actually performing.

The LinkedIn extension occasionally takes a moment to load, but this is a minor inconvenience and not a dealbreaker given everything else the platform delivers.

Overall, my frustrations are minor compared to the value Lemlist provides. These are refinements to an already strong product rather than fundamental issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Running a multi-channel outreach operation as a solo operator is incredibly demanding. Without the right infrastructure, the sheer volume of tasks, including sending emails at the right intervals, following up on LinkedIn, tracking who opened what, finding verified contact information, and knowing when someone has replied, becomes completely unmanageable manually.

Lemlist solves the multi-tasking problem entirely. Instead of spending my day switching between tasks and manually tracking the status of hundreds of leads, Lemlist handles all of it automatically in the background.

My campaigns run while I focus on what actually moves the needle, which is building a high-quality prospect list and managing active conversations.

The time savings are significant.

Before Lemlist, I was constantly context switching between finding emails, sending messages, logging activity, and figuring out follow-up timing. Now I set up a campaign once, and the system executes it precisely while I stay focused on higher-value work.

The automation also removes human error from the equation. Follow-ups go out on schedule, leads that reply are paused instantly, and engagement data is tracked automatically. Nothing falls through the cracks the way it inevitably does when you are managing everything manually.

I manage a few client accounts plus my own account as a freelancer, and before Vista Social I was constantly bouncing between apps just to keep up with messages and scheduling

The interface is quite easy to navigate and it feels structured in a way that I can actually stay on top of it without losing my mind. You really don’t need tutorials to get going, which is great coz some tools can feel complicated, if I’m being honest. The DMs, comments across all the social accounts appear in real time making it easy to get a bird's eye view on everything.

The social listening feature surprised me the most though. I wasn't expecting it at this price point, usually that's locked for much more expensive tools. What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Nothing. My review remains the same, I'm simply updating my review with additional important details on how they've responded since posting the original review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

After posting this review, Mailchimp responded publicly promising escalation to their "senior support team for urgent review" on ticket #15156160131.

I followed up. They did nothing.

Today I received this email: "Since we have not heard back, we will go ahead and close this case."

To be clear: I responded to their escalation. They went silent. Then they closed the ticket and blamed me for not following up.

The public response was performative reputation management. The private follow-through was nonexistent. The original issue - data loss during account downgrade - remains unresolved.

If you're considering Mailchimp, understand that public promises of resolution do not translate to actual support. I've migrated to an alternate CRM and rebuilt everything from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

What I like best about Birdeye is how efficiently it centralizes reviews and customer feedback across multiple businesses. The automation around review requests has saved our team time while increasing response volume, and the ability to quickly monitor and respond from one platform has significantly improved our workflow.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

As a newer user of Birdeye, the main challenge has been the depth of the platform. There are a lot of features and capabilities available, which is a positive, but it does take time to fully learn how to use everything as effectively as possible—especially across multiple business locations.

We’re also still working through how to best align integrations with our existing systems, so additional guidance or best practices in that area would be helpful.

That said, the onboarding experience itself has been excellent. Shri, our onboarding specialist, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and clear throughout the process. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Birdeye, managing reviews and customer feedback across multiple businesses was manual and inconsistent. We struggled to request reviews consistently and didn’t have a centralized way to monitor or respond.

Now, everything is streamlined—review requests are automated, feedback is centralized, and responses are timely and organized. This has improved efficiency, increased customer engagement, and given us much better visibility into our overall customer experience.

What do you like best about Braze?

Braze has always been on my radar, due to its legendary status among CRM platforms - but it has always seemed out of reach because of the price tag associated with the product. This changed in the last 2 months, when I have done a comparative analysis of more than 10 providers, and found the price to feature ratio to be the most balanced on Braze.

PROS:

- Passionate account executives, providing a full overview of the product

- Dedicated onboarding subsidiary called Massive Rocket, with the singular scope of making the process as smooth as possible

What do you dislike about Braze?

As I mentioned before, the pricing had been the main reason why I haven't had the chance of using Braze in my Marketing career so far. While it's definitely competitive when measured against equal calibre products, it can still be a little bit intimidating, especially for companies that are looking to commit to a platform for years to come.

What do you like best about Flodesk?

Flodesk isn't just a great software; it's a great company to partner with. The UI/UX are incredibly intuitive and aesthetic (my emails look perfectly on brand, all the time), and the actual performance of the software is also fantastic.

I love that Flodesk is always adding new integrations (especially with popular tools like Canva + Thrivecart), and their pricing model is SO reasonable. One of the reasons they won me over forever was by giving such a long lead time on price changes in 2025, really inviting their community to be part of the excitement, and keeping the messaging clear.

Their team and support are also incredible - I can name their specific team members off the top of my head, because they're so involved in the community and conversations on socials.
