The invoicing works in a way I’ve experienced recently that’s been frustrating. I have two users under my main ID, and I’m on the Pro package. If we try to access something outside our package, it prompts us to purchase, which is obvious. However, one of my users can click “purchase” on their own, and it gets added to the next month’s invoice without asking for any card details or anything else. That’s quite disappointing. Everything: it crashes every 5 minutes, you can't hit enter to search, it takes forever to create a profile, then you have to update the hierarchy and send multiple emails just to make sure a user is in the system. The support team says they escalate issue then they just never mention it again or say its been submitted as a feature request aka we will never hear about it again. I consistently have the same error pop up and support always says its a one time thing. You cant view what platforms a person is in, you have to search each platform for the person then remember what they were signed up for. The platform is terrible.
