What do you like best?

The service side of Qubit is second to none. We have strengthened our relationship year after year, with a dedicated strategist and project manager, nothing slips past the team. Between the in house and agency team we have all bases covered, and everyone remembers the little data quirks and issues we have, so experiences are recommended accurately. The designers at Qubit really understand the brand and are happy to take on any guidance from the brand team & designer in house, everyone works well together. We see great value in the tool itself, with ease of use and duplication of experiences across category we see good value for money. With Qubits new tool ATOM coming into play as well, they really are the CRO/Personalisation/Merchandising tool to watch out for, and get a demo with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I would improve upon is the in tool reporting and end of roadmap reportingg, we strive to use GA in every report we do so we have one source of truth, and although Qubit integrates with this, it feels as though the team and company could do with further integration to truly engrain the use of the tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to test as velocity, we've moved from a 10 tests build purchased a year model to more than 45 tests being built per year. We are a small team, but Qubit are efficient and we have managed processes well in order to grow. We can address business issues in real-time by getting a test out of the door in under 2 weeks, to prove or disprove theories. What do you like best?

First off, what really separates Qubit from the rest is the time and effort they place on getting to know your company, we don't work in the most glamorous sector but Qubit really impressed us with their first impressions and research. The presentations we receive that highlight our roadmaps are invaluable discussion pieces we really enjoy attending.

Qubit has the ability to solve issues in a way no other system or software has been able to get close to. Qubit saves us huge amounts of time and effort in large scale development by offering a solution for us to really enhance our customer journey.

We really appreciate Qubits on going approach to offering us more hands on solutions, so that we can implement our own experiences with greater flexibility, and they've really stuck by that offering as we're not able to manually input and change our experiences without the need to too much discussion.

Qubit is an incredibly interesting and sophisticated piece of technology, so we do run into issues but the support team behind the scene is incredibly responsive, and great at showing us any mistakes myself and the team have made when tinkering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Being able to experience different audiences and segments on various experiences and tests. The visual editor is great when wanting to make small, minor content changes and test the variations e.g TOV or different imagery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Qubit has allowed us to rigorously test, analyze and implement new ideas to improve the customer experience on our store. What do you like best?

Once Qubit events are all set up and working, experiences are very easy to set up. Documentation is great too. Templating has really freed up time for our dev team to focus on other tasks rather than making many content changes. It's really easy to get your head around, very intuitive. What do you dislike?

Non-technical aspects of experience creation, such custom events etc could be easier to set up.

Primary set up is really important and it hasn't gone perfect. Follow up help to get this sorted has not been great. Also we can't seem to set up unique variables for our customers and just work based from set ones.

What do you like best?

Ease of use and the extensible nature of the platform for more complex testing - there really is no limit to the tests that can be performed using the platform, the limit generally being our own website. The build processes behind test delivery has allowed our development team to complete feature builds that are otherwise much more difficult to integrate on our native platform. What do you like best?

The Qubit solution is very powerful to offer one to one customization. The data base usable in the tool is extremely exhaustive, the limit is almost solely on the creativity and innovation of Qubit users. Qubit Team member lead us in a well-defined roadmap and especially in the innovation of the new features offered by the tool. Being able to create difference experiences to different audiences creates a whole new level of experiencing a website. What do you dislike?

A technical skill is strongly recommended to use the different modules of the solutions. It could be considered to adapt the platform to a wider audience (eg: marketing). Certification and e-learning program could be put in place to support a wider audience on the accessibility of the tool.

What do you like best?

Qubit is a platform I have worked with for roughly 5-6 years. The main highlights for me have been the flexibility of amending/improving site UX aside from the regular deployment roadmap. I have launched promotions, patch fixed and A/B tested using segmented customers based on behaviour. Qubit comes with a wealth of algorithmic add ons aside from A/B testing that may or not benefit all businesses but are certainly worth looking at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It's less of a dislike but where Qubit shines is in it's collaboration with your own data. I would highly recommend surfacing as much data to Qubit as you can in order to maximise the potential of your tests or segments. As above, Qubit does not just focus on testing but recommendations for product, retargeting and algorithm based engagement. I will caveat this with the fact that not all of these products may suit you, but if you partner up with a CRO agency who are proficient enough, they should be able to guide you, alongside Qubit's own services. What do you like best?

It's fast and relatively easy to set up Qubit experiences, we've managed to release an important test within 7 days period, including full QA.

Great platform for personalisation, product testing, marketing tests and optimisation.

We are able to create compex on boarding journeys to deliver the best experience for our new players.

Segmentation can be as targeted as you need and you can make sure the same player is not getting multiple marketing messages.

Integration with Google analytics allows to get real time data and provides an additional tracking for experiences.

Data extract allows to get target vs control breakdown and analyse performance of the experiences with own BI tools.

Mobile access to Qubit Pro comes really handy when you need to make changes outside of working hours.

Integration with the CRM engine allows to run real time CRM campaigns that were not possible without Qubit.

What do you dislike?

Not everything is customized enough for a marketing team, for example, segment build doesn't cover all the options and segments require some dev work to be build.

In terms of analysis, Qubit dashboard is sometimes misleading.

With the Qubit platform and advice from the product team we have been able to segment our customers into key demographics, tailoring distinct messages to each cohort and increasing conversion across the board.

Restricted behind a code freeze on the website we were able to maximise the Qubit platform by applying important legal messages for travellers to the website after legislation change by the government - making us first responders in comparison with our competitors.

Clean modern design means it is very easy to see results and navigate around. Fairly simple to get experiments up and running. Makes it easy to implement quick fixes and solutions to problems as well as just testing. Simple changes and tests eg wording can be done very quickly and easily. For example change of a button color, or wording on a button. It is perfect for this and from this we have been able to notice significant changes and make these to our audience. The smallest change can actually make a huge difference we have discovered and the ability to quickly get that running and displaying to our customers rather than going through the long process of changing with our outsourced developers has been very helpful. What do you like best?

The software is really easy to use and helps us set up A/B test with minimum effort but achieve accurate and reliable results. The team are also very hands on and have been there at the end of a phonecall/email every step of the way and have also set up many tests on our behalf when our resource has been tight. What do you dislike?
