What do you dislike about D·engage?

We use Dengage for almost 4 years now, so we know the older versions of the product as well. At the beginning it was not this easy for marketers to use on their own but since the beginning of 2024, with the new UX version, this issue was also fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about D·engage?

We've had a fantastic experience using d.engage as our CRM platform for emails and web push notifications. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create and manage email and push notification flows. Tracking results and analyzing data is also straightforward, allowing us to optimize our campaigns efficiently.

One of the standout features is how smoothly we can manage our data and create detailed customer segments. This has significantly improved our targeting efforts. On top of that, the support team is always responsive and highly efficient, resolving any issues quickly and providing guidance when needed. What do you dislike about D·engage?

One area for improvement would be in the campaign flows, which currently only allow for hour-based gaps. Minute-based gaps would offer more flexibility for scheduling, as right now, if you want to send a follow-up push notification or email at a specific time, you need to create a new flow. D-Engage is a great email, SMS, and push notifications tool. It’s easy to use, and we can segment our users and run A/B tests with no issues. What do you like best about D·engage?

It's really easy to use. The platform is very intuitive and in just a few weeks you'll be able to create your own communications strategy from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about D·engage?

The reporting options available on the platform are of no help whatsoever in directing and adjusting the CRM strategy, they are very shallow and have little or no choice of really effective filters and graphs.

The platform frequently has bugs and for the last one we had, about calculating segmentations, the argument that they didn't have the capacity to process our volume of data makes me sceptical about whether DEngage can still meet our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about D·engage?

The software is very simple to use, and the integration process is quick and easy. They also help you through every step of the way. Our CSM manager is great, and any problems we have are fixed right away. The push notifications, WhatsApp groups, and emails make it one of the best ESP's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Onsite persoanlization feature was not connected to CDP. This was almost two years back my last conversation with them that this has been fixed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was exploring this option in Vinda. We collected customers data through mutiple brands in our portfolio but data store in different in place. So, it was difficult to get single few of consumers.
