**What do you like best about D·engage?**

For me, the most powerful aspect of D·engage is its Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities and real-time personalization features. It's fantastic how it consolidates scattered data into one place to build meaningful profiles and creates dynamic segments based on instant user behavior. This allows us to reach our customers at exactly the right time with the most relevant content, ultimately boosting our conversion rates

**What do you dislike about D·engage?**

If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the flexibility of advanced reporting and custom dashboards. While the standard reports provide a solid overview of campaign performance, the built-in dashboards can sometimes feel a bit rigid when we want to dig into highly specific, cross-channel metrics. We occasionally have to export the data to an external BI (Business Intelligence) tool for deeper analysis

**What problems is D·engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use this if your previous problem was managing Email, SMS, and Push notifications separately, leading to a messy customer experience.

The Problem: "We used to manage our email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp through completely separate platforms. This led to a disjointed customer experience and sometimes caused us to over-communicate or spam our users."

The Benefit: "D·engage solves this by letting us orchestrate all our communication channels from one single interface. The benefit is that we can build seamless, intelligent customer journeys. For example, we can trigger a Push notification, and if the user doesn't interact, automatically follow up with an Email. This saves us from message fatigue and creates a much smoother experience for our customers.

We are now using the whats app feature set and it's been a huge value add. Actually , this feature was not just a marketing addition for us, we have a service based solely on this feature set. Basically Dengage is not just helping us with our marketing efforts, they are helping us, reshape our business as well. Now that's what I call a strategic business partner.

Dengage is a pool of very valuable features. The more I learn about the tool the more I can transform my offerings. Maybe they can educate us better about these features. It's not a ux thing I'm suggesting, it's a "you can do much more with Dengage" kind of sessions... To create much bigger win-wins ...

We benefit from Dengage's rich platform & expertise for both our operational and strategic communications.

**What do you like best about D·engage?**

What I like most about D·engage is how easy it is to create and manage transactional email templates, even without any coding knowledge. The platform provides a very intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes the whole process smooth and efficient.

I can quickly design, edit, and customize templates according to my needs, and testing them is extremely simple and convenient. This saves a lot of time and reduces the chances of errors before going live.

There isn’t much to dislike overall, but I think the platform could benefit from more advanced customization options and slightly improved performance in some areas. Enhancing documentation and guidance for complex use cases would also be a great addition.

As a Product Manager, I use D·engage in my company primarily for managing transactional email communications. The platform solves the complexity of creating, managing, and sending transactional emails by providing a centralized and easy-to-use system.

I can quickly prepare and customize email templates exactly the way I need, without relying heavily on technical teams. This significantly speeds up our workflow and allows us to respond faster to business needs.

I like the easy segmentation and managing our data with the connection to BigQuery. As an e-commerce company, we can set our campaigns on a daily basis, and segment them through customer behaviors and events. The BigQuery connection gives us the freedom to shape our campaign segments. D·engage's skill sets and personalized omnichannel communication model are more usable, and they onboarded us very well, helping us through the process.

The software is very simple to use, and the integration process is quick and easy. They also help you through every step of the way. Our CSM manager is great, and any problems we have are fixed right away. The push notifications, WhatsApp groups, and emails make it one of the best ESP's.

I don't really have anything against it, but one thing I don't like is how few choices there are for dynamic content.

I like how D·engage helps me to automate lifecycle messaging with live users, which makes designing customer journeys and letting them run automatically, instead of using manual triggers based on user behavior, a lot easier. It also effectively automates complex workflows and reduces manual effort, allowing for streamlined marketing campaigns. Plus, it was quite easy to set up. The UI is okay, but I’ve been informed it will be upgraded soon.

One of the standout features I appreciate is the coordination of data, which facilitates more personalized and specific messaging. Getting up and running requires quite a lot of support from the D·engage team initially, and it's not self-service. Some more automation would be fantastic. But the team were amazing.

I love to get under the hood of our marketing campaigns and Dengage makes that really easy. We put our customers first, so being able to send emails and messages to our core segments and generate big engagement rates is testament in how we work with the platform. Very happy with the usability of the tool and success we are seeing.

We have not set up remote data sources yet, something I think we would benefit from.

We are sending 2x more campaigns than we used to, with much greater success per campaign. It is genuinely exciting sending out a multi channel marketing campaign to our customers and prospects and seeing the engagement rates. Dengage has made a big improvement to our marketing performance.

They’ve managed to make the onboarding pretty seamless considering that they’re handling a lot of data. I’ve been impressed with how we've been able to see our customer data and more importantly, how we’ve been able to use it to improve our marketing activity. The dashboard is easier to understand than I expected. It's proving to be more effective than I anticipated. Those that are needing some support won’t be disappointed as they were  helpful throughout the implementation process. They came back to us in a timely manner with the answers to our questions so no complaints.

Overall, there isn't anything to be upset about. They do what they say they're going to do and the outcomes have been very insightful.

We've been needing to scale our personalised marketing in an effective way. We've tried ourselves and have fallen short so having a tool like this that can manage our emails and sms marketing as effectively does has been a huge help to the team in time, effort and results.

What stood out to me most about Dengage was how straightforward it was to beign using since from the begging, especially on the integration phase team were really helpful to show the dashboard and the channels that we use and they were really there for us when we have any questions. Learning curve is definetly way better than the platform that we used before.

Not anything specifically they have lots of great features and you need to spend a bit time but the team is always helpful.

I'm in the data team responsible for the input and output of data into D-engage.

- We use D-engage everyday, mostly for sending emails but also for sending SMS and WhatsApp messages.
- It's very easy to send data and retrieve data using the automated jobs functionality.
- It's also very easy and fast to write queries and review them in the UI.
- The integration is not very complicated if you understand your data.
- The implementation of new use cases is also very simple.
- They are always very helpful to solve the problems that may appear.
- We can reach them via WhatsApp.
- They are always implementing new functionalities.

**What do you dislike about D·engage?**

- They're based in Turkey, so it's kind of hard to get hold of them in regular business hours.
- We had a lot of problems in the past involving the ability of processing all of the data and rules we have for our segments.
- Sometimes we got a lot of delay to process our mailings, with up to 12 hours of delay.
- Also we retrieve data daily to put in our datalake and the pipeline sometimes get delayed or error.
- In the end, I think our base of customers grew too big (+40 million unique consumers) for them to handle.

**What problems is D·engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I could summarize, it would be the personalization of the consumer journey, delivering the right content to each one of them and increasing our open, click, and conversion rates.

We have a very large volume of data and also segments. We sometimes choose which communication will go to each consumer through modeling, and the result of the modeling is sent to Dengage, which can send the right communication to each consumer based on a column.

We also include personalized texts and dynamic content images in each email, and during the processing of the send we make API calls for each email, capturing relevant information.

Finally, we extract a lot of data via automated flows and input it in our datalake for later analysis.

Dengage has enabled us to take on spot decisions with the availability of live customer reporting. From customer segmentation to churning it has become way easier as compared to other alternate available in the market.
Another great thing about dengage is it's customisation. We are an asset management company and our KPIs differ then an e-commerce company. Dengage did not only modified the dashboard as per our requirement but also tracking KPIs as to our customized requirement.​
Also Dengage capability of integration with most of the data platform and software made it convenient for us to connect.

There is nothing that I dislike about dengage. However certain things can be worked upon. Most of the pre defined reports could be worked upon by enhancing them further. It should have multiple KPIs to be able to compare it to.

The entire integration process was very easy and seamless.
For whatsapp I would recommend to use your own WhatsApp APIs with dengage instead of Karix.

It requires a separate person to manage this on a daily basis.

We've had a fantastic experience using d.engage as our CRM platform for emails and web push notifications. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create and manage email and push notification flows. Tracking results and analyzing data is also straightforward, allowing us to optimize our campaigns efficiently.

One of the standout features is how smoothly we can manage our data and create detailed customer segments. This has significantly improved our targeting efforts. On top of that, the support team is always responsive and highly efficient, resolving any issues quickly and providing guidance when needed. Overall, d.engage has been a reliable, robust solution for all our CRM needs.

Recently, there was an auto update of data which automatically reduced our list of reachable web push audience without any notification. A notification should be sent in any such instance.
