We've had a fantastic experience using d.engage as our CRM platform for emails and web push notifications. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create and manage email and push notification flows. One area for improvement would be in the campaign flows, which currently only allow for hour-based gaps. Minute-based gaps would offer more flexibility for scheduling, as right now, if you want to send a follow-up push notification or email at a specific time, you need to create a new flow. D-Engage is a great email, SMS, and push notifications tool. It’s easy to use, and we can segment our users and run A/B tests with no issues. The reporting options available on the platform are of no help whatsoever in directing and adjusting the CRM strategy, they are very shallow and have little or no choice of really effective filters and graphs.
