What do you like best about D·engage?

I have been using D·engage for 5 years and I'm impressed by its ability to integrate seamlessly with my website, allowing me to utilize the push and email functionalities effectively. This is crucial for coordinating messaging across channels in real-time, which is especially beneficial with having both an offline and online store. One of the standout features I appreciate is the coordination of data, which facilitates more personalized and specific messaging. It's essential for building trust with my brand, and D·engage excels in making meaningful connections with customers. Additionally, I find the onboarding and customer service teams to be excellent and really helpful, which is vital during the initial setup process. The training provided is also great, ensuring a smooth transition and utilization of the platform. I don't hesitate to recommend the D·engage team - they have become my trusted advisor as well as my supplier. I trust them to let me know when I could do things better! What do you dislike about D·engage?

What do you like best about D·engage?

What stood out to me most about Dengage was how straightforward it was to beign using since from the begging, especially on the integration phase team were really helpful to show the dashboard and the channels that we use and they were really there for us when we have any questions. What do you like best about D·engage?

What do you like best about D·engage?

I'm in the data team responsible for the input and output of data into D-engage.

- We use D-engage everyday, mostly for sending emails but also for sending SMS and WhatsApp messages.

- It's very easy to send data and retrieve data using the automated jobs functionality.

- It's also very easy and fast to write queries and review them in the UI.

- The integration is not very complicated if you understand your data.

- The implementation of new use cases is also very simple.

- They are always very helpful to solve the problems that may appear.

- We can reach them via WhatsApp.

What do you dislike about D·engage?

- They're based in Turkey, so it's kind of hard to get hold of them in regular business hours.

- We had a lot of problems in the past involving the ability of processing all of the data and rules we have for our segments.

- Sometimes we got a lot of delay to process our mailings, with up to 12 hours of delay.

- Also we retrieve data daily to put in our datalake and the pipeline sometimes get delayed or error.

- In the end, I think our base of customers grew too big (+40 million unique consumers) for them to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about D·engage?

Dengage has enabled us to take on spot decisions with the availability of live customer reporting. From customer segmentation to churning it has become way easier as compared to other alternate available in the market.

Another great thing about dengage is it's customisation. We are an asset management company and our KPIs differ then an e-commerce company. Dengage did not only modified the dashboard as per our requirement but also tracking KPIs as to our customized requirement.​

What do you dislike about D·engage?

There is nothing that I dislike about dengage. However certain things can be worked upon. Most of the pre defined reports could be worked upon by enhancing them further. It should have multiple KPIs to be able to compare it to.
