I like that Hone provides a vast range of trainings towards leadership, each one being well-detailed and following a clear format. The trainers are very explicit, and it's possible to ask questions during the training since it's interactive. We don't just listen all the time; we get the chance to speak with the trainer and the audience, which is really cool. The sessions are lively and not something that makes you want to get sleepy. It's something that wakes you up and gives great insight into how to be a better manager. I would say, like, if Hone was an app that I could install on my phone, it would be a bit more convenient. But it can be a bit more engaging. More proactive, accessibility, not through website, but something either through an app that you could install on the phone or if there is something that is tied to even Slack or your company account, So, say, a messenger service which is not an email, that would be ideal too.
