What do you like best about Hone?

I really appreciate Hone for its flexibility and personalization options, especially in career training, allowing different paths for people depending on their career goals. It's great for scaling within our organization without relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. The manager training focused on delivering feedback and coaching has been particularly valuable for our manager population. I also love the broad spectrum of trainings available, which aligns well with my interests and curiosity. There are lots of options to choose from, which is exciting. What do you dislike about Hone?

What do you like best about Hone?

I like Hone for its live virtual classes that fit perfectly into an hour, which suits our leaders and team members well. The quality of the Hone classes and their facilitators is evident as our busy leaders find time for them and apply what they learn. Leaders appreciate the actionable models taught in classes, the breakout sessions, and learning with peers globally. The class on effective 1:1s has been particularly popular, and frameworks like GROW and SBIW have become our norm. I appreciate that Hone is continually expanding their offerings and integrating AI, keeping up with the future of learning and leadership development. What do you like best about Hone?

I appreciate Hone's high-quality instruction by industry-leading experts and the comprehensive content library that's only improving with time. I love that Hone's catalog becomes a wonderful resource to provide bespoke content in a way that scales easily after performance management and engagement survey times. I like that leaders choose to come back to Hone's catalog repeatedly, signaling its perceived usefulness. I am particularly impressed with the account management, where Lea and Rea are viewed as extensions of our team, and they've been wonderful partners in strategizing around initiatives and proposing specific solutions to challenges as they emerge. I’m also excited about using Hone's masterclass catalog as a way to scale our AI learning needs enterprise-wide, directly aligning with and supporting our AI Learning strategy. What do you dislike about Hone?

The biggest ask I'd have is for a bit more flexibility around program customization. I realize that doesn't scale well, and so I understand why it's hard, but for dedicated classes that are company-specific, it'd be super useful to be able to connect with facilitators ahead of time even just to provide them with some context or nuance that'd make their content land even more effectively. And it might be that I'm still new to Hone, but I feel a bit overwhelmed by all the different types of solutions they offer - classes, masterclasses, AI coaches, practices, lessons, membership, etc. It's clearly all very well thought-out, but it's just not been the easiest framework to wrap my head around. What do you like best about Hone?

I like Hone's live training format combined with breakout room discussions; it's incredibly valuable for our leadership training. I love their approach because it provides exactly what we want our managers to learn, enabling them to apply what they've learned to real life. The customizable training path that Hone offers based on our requirements is really great. I appreciate their customer service, which is really quick and detailed, and I value the content they offer because it can cover different levels of management, making it applicable company-wide. What do you like best about Hone?

I find Hone's live virtual classes really helpful for those looking to upskill. The regular check-ins and case studies in the structured programs help people retain information and implement it effectively. The instructors are knowledgeable, invite participation, and are excellent facilitators, making the sessions engaging. The modules allow for interaction and present various perspectives, which keeps the content engaging. The information is presented in a way that's digestible without getting overly technical. The practical handouts are a nice touch, offering applicable information for everyday situations. I also think the AI coach and practice sessions are unique and a great tool for upskilling. Additionally, the engaging content and front-facing classes make learning enjoyable. These aspects together encourage me to continue my partnership with Hone.
