
What I like most about INTOO is that it provides employees with real, practical support during a difficult transition. Access to career coaching, résumé and interview guidance, and job-search resources helps people feel less alone as they work toward their next role. From the HR side, it’s also very easy to implement and manage, which made it straightforward for us to include as part of our layoff package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main limitation is visibility. Because employees use the platform independently after they leave the organization, it’s difficult to get a complete picture of how each person is engaging with the tools or what the overall outcomes are.
