**What do you like best about INTOO?**

I think INTOO has been instrumental in ensuring people who leave are supported appropriately, which helps them find their next opportunity with the right guidance. The expertise and support from Nathan and the team are great, as they always answer quickly and care deeply about matching our employees to the program efficiently. I feel confident in the support provided, which alleviates a lot of career-related anxieties. I personally participated in their Effective Communication Strategies Training Workshop, which was filled with useful information, and even recommended it to my manager, who also had positive feedback. I think the coaching program is the best part, along with resume/cover letter reviews, interview advice, and LinkedIn profile assistance. Generally speaking, the support offered and the consistent follow-ups are great. I really appreciate Nathan's support as he represents INTOO very well, and if my opinion was based solely on his expertise, I would trust INTOO completely.

**What do you like best about INTOO?**

I use INTOO for our company's outplacement services, and we've had a really good experience with the executive that we put through the program. He fully utilized all the services, which really helped him get to the next place. I would recommend INTOO to other employers, and we will continue to use INTOO for our outplacement services. They've been really good at keeping us updated on our employees' progress, which has been really helpful. We're also interested in using some of their learning tools for future learnings. I'm really pleased with how INTOO works for our executive placement; it's working really well and exceeded our expectations. Barb and Quinn have been great to work with, and the QBRs are great to keep us updated. I'm super satisfied with their offerings for our outplacement services. I would highly recommend INTOO.

**What do you like best about INTOO?**

I appreciate INTOO's outplacement services, which have been incredibly beneficial in supporting exiting employees by smoothing their transition out of the business and assisting them in finding their next job. The support model is excellent as it protects the brand and makes the whole exit process less painful while providing a way forward for employees. I value their coaching, LinkedIn profile updates, and resume writing, as these services help employees positively reflect their experiences and bolster their confidence to re-enter the labor market. Additionally, I like their tiered support model that allows me to choose the right package for employees based on their tenure and seniority, which helps manage our investment and costs effectively. I believe their platform offerings and available coaching work well.

**What do you like best about INTOO?**

I appreciate INTOO's streamlined services for both us and our teammates, especially with their ability to offer outplacement to international teammates. Their holistic support approach during transitions is valuable, as it's not just about finding a new job but also supporting teammates in whatever path they're interested in exploring next. The individualized, personal coaching is critical, helping teammates secure higher-paying jobs and aiding with resume and LinkedIn navigation. The reporting feature is great as it shows leaders how the service is being utilized. Joy has been wonderful to work with, and I love the whole human approach that INTOO has. Even though we currently only utilize outplacement, having other service options available with a company we trust is awesome.

**What do you like best about INTOO?**

I appreciate how INTOO helps with our image by following up with candidates even if they're not selected, showing that we care about each candidate. The feedback from candidates using the resume building feature indicates they feel supported and enjoy the resources provided. I like seeing the platform's traffic flow as it confirms people are using it and that INTOO is working for our company. The implementation of the career building software has been impactful, helping us capture candidates who need a second chance. INTOO also has a great customer service team. Taylor Vigilante is amazing, being prompt with responses, professional, and personable. She allows us to ask repetitive questions as we have new users. I would change nothing about these services.

The high touch experience former employees get. Its often requested by leaders and HR folks because they know its the kind of white glove service we want to offer our former team members.

None that I have seen in my experience. Its been great.

Try it yourself! Check out the services they offer, the resume and networking tips and see if you learn something new. I bet you will.

**What problems is INTOO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, when we had to exit someone, it was an awkward conversation about how to help them reintroduce themselves to the marketplace, especially if they have been out of it for many years. What we have seen is a much more positive experience, helping them start to move forward when many people have trouble taking the next step. We have a 100% satisfaction score for those who engage, and this now has become an expectation of our executives since they tout it during discussions.

**What do you like best about INTOO?**

I like INTOO's coaching services, which allow employees to go at their own pace and access everything online easily. They offer a good price for the service length, helping us provide employees a positive transition experience. INTOO's platform is really intuitive and very easy to use. I really appreciate the depth and breadth of services offered, including coaching, different modules, and free webinars that employees can choose from depending on their next steps, whether it's finding a job, starting a business, or retiring. I love that INTOO is very customer-focused and emphasizes a wide range of services and learning opportunities, including webinars and specific learning engagements for leadership and skill-building. It's great to know which employees are engaging with the services and how they are rating them, as it helps us ensure they're having a good experience.

**What do you dislike about INTOO?**

The back-end dashboard or reporting for the admin. They are making upgrades to it, and I'm really excited to see the new dashboard and be able to get some additional reporting and insights. So that was the only thing on my list, and they're already taking care of it.

**What do you like best about INTOO?**

I really appreciate that INTOO has been an excellent resource for our organization, Free World, providing great support during challenging times. The outplacement services for our former employees are incredibly beneficial, offering them a soft place to land with resources for resume building and career development. I got really good feedback, and it was reassuring that many have been happy with the service. The six months until fill option offered by INTOO was the best deal and service for our former employees, making it easier for them to transition to new careers. I find the direct career coach support to be particularly helpful, as it offers our staff personalized assistance and online training for career enhancement. Furthermore, the HR-specific trainings are very engaging and useful, helping me maintain best practices and implement effective strategies within Free World. The overall service, including ease of communication and straightforward billing, has been very rewarding. I also value INTOO’s ability to provide services, regardless of geographical location, which has been crucial for our staff's diverse needs. I've already referred INTOO to another nonprofit organization because I've been really impressed with their services.

**What do you like best about INTOO?**

I really like the career placement services from INTOO. They are very valuable, especially when it comes to helping someone with their next career opportunity. I appreciate the career coaching and how they help get resumes in good shape and LinkedIn profiles in great shape. The interview skills coaching is also extremely valuable. I love how speedy the career agents are at setting up calls with former employees. They're very quick, often within twenty-four to forty-eight hours, which I find really responsive. When I make a referral, they're quick to get back to me, so I'm really happy with their responsiveness. I've been really happy with the experience overall, and I honestly wouldn't change anything.

What I like most about INTOO is that it provides employees with real, practical support during a difficult transition. Access to career coaching, résumé and interview guidance, and job-search resources helps people feel less alone as they work toward their next role. From the HR side, it’s also very easy to implement and manage, which made it straightforward for us to include as part of our layoff package.

**What do you dislike about INTOO?**

The main limitation is visibility. Because employees use the platform independently after they leave the organization, it’s difficult to get a complete picture of how each person is engaging with the tools or what the overall outcomes are. From the employer side, more reporting or clearer insight into engagement would be very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering INTOO:**

I’d recommend INTOO to organizations that want to offer meaningful support to employees during a transition. It provides impacted employees with access to career coaching and job-search resources, and it’s also straightforward for HR to implement and manage. Overall, it feels like a practical, helpful addition to a layoff or offboarding package, giving employees extra support when they need it most.

For those who may be nervous about speaking with a career coach (or may not be in the best place mentally to do so), it’s great to see such a plethora of resources to take advantage of. These resources included trainings and webinars so folks can go at their own pace.

I have no complaints. The staff at INTOO are compassionate and extremely good at what they do. They offer a variety of options for folks in career transition and really meet people where they are.

My recommendation would be to just make sure your staff know about the services INTOO offers and encourage them to log in and get started.

We utilized INTOO for career transition services when we had to go through a reduction in force. It was great to have a service that provided so much support to our impacted staff who live across the country.

It's simplicity and support 7 days a week. I need outplacement services quickly and at a reasonable cost for the services delivered and INTOO delivered. My prior vendor stopped offering services without notice so we needed to act quick.

I can't think of anything because I haven't encountered any issues.

Not all firms offer the same depth. Some provide basic resume tools; others deliver high-touch coaching. Make sure the offering aligns with your workforce (e.g., hourly vs. executive, remote vs. onsite). Ask if services can be tailored by level, function, or geography. If you have a dispersed workforce, confirm they can support all locations (including local market knowledge and language support if needed).

I think the unlimited coaching via phone, video and text until the team member lands a new position was key, unlike other services which don't offer unlimited coaching, or services only for 6 months. I also found INTOO's web platform to be the most modern and intuitive among those I evaluated. It lets team members track all the positions they've applied for and utilize AI to help generate custom cover letters for each position. It's great that they can track, save, and customize their job applications. INTOO provides a really strong platform offering significant benefits to former team members.

I like how easy it is to set up a candidate in INTOO's system and track candidates using the dashboard. The pay-as-you-use model is also appealing. I find it easy to invite candidates to use the system and appreciate the information they provide to help displaced workers find a new job, like the resume service and coaching.

I haven't received a lot of valuable feedback about the service from the worker's perspective and I would like more insight into what the candidates felt about INTOO's service.

I use INTOO for offering outplacement to displaced workers. It's easy to set up and track candidates with the dashboard, and I appreciate the pay-as-you-go feature. INTOO helps candidates with resume services and coaching, making it easy to invite them into the system.

I've been using INTOO for outplacement services and their free webinars for 3 years. INTOO's customer service and pricing made it easy to choose them over other options. I don't receive updates about the status of the services being used, or not.  I'd like to get updated regularly (every other week or so) as to whether or not the exiting employee elected the services.

INTOO is a great choice for outplacement services.  Pricing, communication, system are all top notch.

Their approach makes a real difference for employees during what can be a very difficult time. The communication is mostly clear, the process is seamless, and the feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive. There are many Outplacement services companies out there. However, none are as innovative as Intoo. Providing a full complement of services for employees going through Transition virtually.

**What do you like best about INTOO?**

I am happy with INTOO and don't feel the need to look elsewhere. Their services help support employees through transitions during organizational changes and give our employees hope after ending employment. I find the coaching particularly valuable, especially since one employee expressed how quickly INTOO reached out to assist them, highlighting their great response. The outplacement and career mobility solutions are easy to use and very user-friendly. Additionally, INTOO supports internal growth for employees.

I thought it was great that they were utilizing AI in a smart way; they have live coaching and a variety of other materials. I remember the only thing that was a little confusing was the invoice and just how it laid out what we were agreeing to. I think it could be a little clearer what exactly you're committing to.

I liked that we were only invoiced when a departing employee contracted their services.

I do not think there is much to dislike. There are lessons to learn (see my recommendations to others), but I think the product and services they offer are exactly what we want to provide for our departing employees.

The Flex (3 month) outplacement program requires quite a bit of proactivity from the departing employee. It is not something I thought about mentioning to the 2 or 3 who have used it, but I will be sure to bring it up with the next departing employee.

I have nothing but positive feedback about INTOO. Our Chief People Officer had used INTOO at a previous company and recommended it. From the beginning, everyone was incredibly responsive. We received clear, timely communication and had an introductory call where all our questions were answered. They helped make a very difficult situation significantly better for our organization, and we’re truly appreciative.
 
This was a major transition for us. Some of the individuals we laid off had been with us for years—we called them ‘lifers.’ It was a very difficult process. But knowing they had a resource like INTOO made the transition easier. I’ve heard from several employees who really appreciated the service. While some needed time to engage because they were still processing the layoff, they found value once they did.
 
I’ve managed many RIFs in my HR career in nonprofits and corporate settings that didn’t offer outplacement resources. INTOO was a true added benefit for our impacted employees. We were proud to offer that kind of support, and we would absolutely do it again.
 
Having outplacement support is incredibly valuable. People often tie so much of their identity to their job, and layoffs hit hard. I've always tried to maintain the human aspect in these situations, but without a resource like INTOO, it’s difficult. In past experiences, people just felt lost. It’s not just a transaction—it’s a person’s livelihood. INTOO’s service was excellent. We would absolutely use it again if needed, and I’m more than happy to recommend them.

Even basic things, like resume writing, were a huge help. Some employees hadn’t touched a resume since starting —it was their first job out of college. INTOO gave them a soft landing and a sense of support beyond HR. It felt like a genuinely positive place they could turn to.
