## Quo Reviews
 ### 1. Simple, user-focused and the best on the market for entrepreneurs or growing businesses!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siobhan B. | Founder & Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

It’s simple! As a new entrepreneur, I needed a phone solution that didn't require learning and would help my business grow. Quo is precisely that - user-centric, cost-efficient, and continually adding new features to enhance the experience further.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I didn't have the best experience with the customer service via their online chat; however, I did reach out to Quo on their business LinkedIn page, and that couldn't have been a more opposite experience. I was responded to quickly, the problem was explained, and a quick resolution was achieved with a helpful and nice-to-talk-to member of their team.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business needs to be able to communicate with our candidates and conduct business development. We also need to be efficient, so the call summaries and active integration with HubSpot make the whole process seamless. Quo has allowed me to separate my personal phone from my business phone in a cost-efficient way.

 ### 2. Simple, Clean Phone System for Managing Calls, Texts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony L. | Insurance Broker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

It’s simple to use, clean, and makes it easy to manage calls, texts, and customer communication in one place.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I have yet to discover something we did not like about the phone system.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo helps solve one of the biggest challenges we faced, staying on top of calls, texts, and client follow-ups without things slipping through the cracks.

 ### 3. Intuitive UI and Call Flow Logic Make Setup a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yathzee I. | Assistant Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The user interface, the call flow logic. It makes it very easy to determine what happens when someone calls the organization. Also how easy it is to set up the voicemail. It is a very logical application.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The need for numbers for each member if our organization does not want to collaborate internally we just want our office staff to be able to answer calls placed to the organization.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cutting cost tremendously from previous VoIP Provider RingCentral as well as the ease of use of the Application.

 ### 4. Amazing Hassle-Free Virtual Phone for International Travel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena D. D. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The fact that I can use the virtual phone while traveling to a foreign country without hassle!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Nothing so far, I like eveything, however I am using it only for 3 weeks…

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing phone while in a foreign country. I don’t have to dig in finding various international phone companies, to go there and buy a card. Quo makes everything easy for me.

 ### 5. Retention specialist for Adult Education

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna C. | Retention Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I work in adult education and often need to reach out to many people. It's crucial for me not to share my personal phone number, yet I still have to contact students when I'm away from the office. I really appreciate being able to communicate without needing a second phone. Since I rely on texting as well as phone calls, it's great to have that flexibility even when I'm not at work. I also like how the app organizes both calls and texts together under each contact, making it easy to keep track of my communications.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I work in adult education, where it's important for many people to have access to student contact information. I find it frustrating that the contacts are set to private by default.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate being able to contact students using a phone number that isn’t my own. This allows me to keep my business calls and texts separate from my personal number, which is very convenient.

 ### 6. Great business communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micah M. | Field Staffing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Using Openphone for business communication has been such a huge beneift! So easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

It does have outages sometimes, but other than that this is a great app!

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have to use my personal number for business communication. I am able to use Openphone with ease and making sure that employees are not getting access to my personal phone number.

 ### 7. Quo Sets the Standard: Flawless Performance, Stellar Support, and Room for AI Innovation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew . | CEO and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

As both the owner of my company and an active daily user, Quo has consistently exceeded expectations across every dimension. I was among the earliest adopters when this platform operated under the OpenPhone brand, and through their evolution to Quo, the quality has only improved. The platform delivers flawless performance whether I’m using the mobile app, desktop application, or web interface—this cross-platform consistency is rare in business communications software.

What truly distinguishes Quo is their customer service philosophy and business practices. Having evaluated and used multiple telecommunications providers, I can confidently say that Quo’s transparent, flexible approach is unmatched. They offer straightforward month-to-month or annual billing with no hidden penalties or complicated exit procedures. This contrasts sharply with my experiences with other providers, where attempting to cancel services nearly resulted in legal disputes. Quo respects their customers’ autonomy and makes every process smooth and transparent.

The technical implementation has been equally impressive. Number provisioning happens quickly without complications, and setting up IVR systems is intuitive even for complex configurations. The platform simply works reliably, day after day, which is exactly what businesses need from mission-critical communications infrastructure. You genuinely cannot expect more from a platform in terms of core functionality and dependability.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

While Quo excels at their current feature set, I see significant opportunity for expansion in their API capabilities and AI-powered service integrations. As business communications evolve rapidly toward intelligent automation, enhanced API functionality would allow companies like mine to build more sophisticated integrations and workflows. Advanced AI features—such as intelligent call routing, sentiment analysis, automated transcription with actionable insights, and predictive analytics—would position Quo even further ahead of competitors.

However, this is constructive feedback rather than a criticism of deficiencies. Given Quo’s demonstrated commitment to innovation, particularly through their strategic rebrand and continued platform improvements, I’m confident these capabilities are being developed. This is the moment when technology brands must prove they can lead rather than follow, and Quo has consistently shown they understand this imperative. Their trajectory suggests they’re positioning themselves as industry leaders while other providers remain stagnant.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo directly addresses critical pain points for modern business communications, especially for property management and SaaS operations requiring scalable, compliant, and customer-friendly solutions. Previously, dealing with legacy telecom or even other VoIP providers meant unpredictable costs, restrictive contracts, and opaque processes that threatened business agility. Quo’s flexible subscription model (monthly/yearly), instant number provisioning, and straightforward interactive IVR setup remove those historic barriers.

For ProperPost and similar businesses, reliable outbound call tracking and VoIP are foundational for customer service and compliance. Quo integrates seamlessly with our workflows, allowing rapid onboarding and scaling without operational hiccups. This helps keep our communications compliant with changing regulations (like TCPA), while the ease of use enables team members to adopt and learn the platform quickly. Their transparent billing and responsive support mean less time managing vendors and more time focusing on core activities.

 ### 8. Professional Phone Experience with Seamless Web & iPhone App Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glen W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

The web interface and iphone app work very well together, providing a professional phone experience for the customers of my handyman business..

Customer support is excellent. THey are quick to solve problems and communicate well.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

It would be nice to more easily operate multiple businesses within the same login.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo lets me handle my business phone number on my personal iphone, including text messaging.

 ### 9. Efficient Client Organization and Helpful Transcripts, but Lacks RCS Messaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will U. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I appreciate how my calls and tax information are organized by client, making it easy to click into a specific client—especially those who prefer to call more often—and view all my correspondence with them in one place. This saves me from having to switch between separate call and message pages to piece together a complete picture. I also find the transcript feature very helpful. It lets me handle calls on the go with new leads, collect their information, and get an accurate understanding of the conversation without needing to take notes or write everything down, since I can rely on the culture transcript to capture all the details for me.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I don’t like that I cannot send RCS messages. It would be awesome to be able to have read receipts and be more compatible with users with smart phones.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with customers and leads in a comprehensive and organized manner

 ### 10. Call summaries and transcripts make follow-ups effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan C. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like that I can get a call summary. If I Forget what I discussed on the call weeks later I can review the summary for topics discussed and Follow up items. If I want more deatil I can read the full transcript

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes the call quality is a little tinny or there is a delay, but usually it is tolerable. Wish there was a button that could make one team member "out to lunch" so their device would not ring, without having to edit the call flow menu.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the video we watched we think that this "out to lunch feature" is being develped, so We hope this is coming up. It has been nice to have the calls recorded and then AI helps us to review

 ### 11. Organized Communication and Efficient Call Management with Quo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nalani C. | Staffing & Scheduling & recruiting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I appreciate that Quo provides a separate line for contacting our employees, which makes communication more organized. Quo also enables us to have multiple lines for our office, helping us filter incoming calls more effectively. Another feature I find useful is that it records all our calls and even provides brief summaries, allowing us to quickly jot down notes and refer back to the conversation if we need a reminder.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Quo can be a bit laggy and sometime Quo has a hard time saving our contacts without second phone line. Causing us to have to save an already made contact for a second time.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would like if Quo n the desktop would load faster especially when typing a message and fixing any typos in the text

 ### 12. Incredible service and perfect for small businesses like mine!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle M. | Licensed Real Estate Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The calls, texts, and voicemails all stay in one place, which makes it so much easier to keep up with clients and leads. I love that I can manage multiple numbers in one dashboard, route calls, and even review conversations later if needed. Having an all-in-one app supports fast follow-up of leads really helped with my conversion rate. Overall, QUO has been reliable, modern, and a game changer for my business.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

It took a little longer than expected for the number porting process. Although I loved the initial help from Monica at the porting department, she was there every step of the way helped me understand how multiple numbers work together and explained every question I had about porting, business verification, and the A2P 10DLC brand registration.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fragmented communications, missed leads outside of business hours, inconsistant follow-up and lack of context

 ### 13. The Best Move We've Made - Quo Has Transformed Our Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon M. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo has been the most effective system we've implemented to date. It has significantly improved our team's ability to collaborate and share information efficiently. The ability to save and distribute snippets has streamlined our customer service process-when one team member discovers an effective solution, others can quickly apply it thanks to how easily it's shared within the system.
Having both phone calls and text messages stored in a centralized location has greatly enhanced our quality control efforts. This consolidated view allows us to better serve our customers by simplifying access to communication history for each client. The call summaries have also been extremely helpful, enabling us to identify potential training or service issues without having to listen to every call in full.
We are a service-based company that provides multiple different recurring services, and with a customer base of over 2,000 clients, maintaining clear and organized communication has only been possible with Quo. The platform has allowed us to manage and track conversations seamlessly, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. As we continue to grow rapidly, we look forward to scaling alongside Quo.
Another major benefit is Quo's cross-platform compatibility. Even when our computers are down, mobile access ensures we can continue communicating with customers without interruption. This flexibility has proven invaluable.
When we have experienced porting issues or text messages being blocked, the Quo customer service team has been exceptional. They ve addressed our concerns quickly and efficiently, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Their responsiveness and support have made a significant difference in resolving technical challenges with minimal disruption to our operations.
Our team has truly enjoyed using Quo and unanimously agrees that adopting this platform was one of the best decisions we've made to support and empower our staff.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

While our overall experience with Quo has been very positive, we have encountered occasional issues with the platform's performance. At times, the system stops functioning properly, requiring us to switch to the web version in order to continue our work. In some cases, we've had to clear browser cookies as a workaround to get Quo running smoothly again.
The main concern arises when the platform fails to update with new conversations or doesn't clear out completed interactions. This makes it difficult to determine whether we are fully up to date with customer communications, which can affect efficiency and response times.
Although this is not a constant issue, it would be beneficial to have a more permanent resolution so we don't need to take additional steps to maintain accurate and current system information. We believe addressing this would further enhance the reliability and user experience of an otherwise excellent platform.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a service-based company that provides multiple different recurring services, and with a customer base of over 2,000 clients, maintaining clear and organized communication has only been possible with Quo.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

Reliable VoIP with responsive customer support. Scheduled business hours and call routing make it easy to keep client communication professional, and having a separate business line is a big plus.

Setup requires verification, which can take some time.

It provides a dedicated business line and structured call handling, allowing me to keep client communication organized and separate from personal use.

 ### 15. Surprisingly Simple and Excellent Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Martin Z. | President & Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo makes it extremely easy to get a US phone number, which has been very helpful as a foreign founder. Their dashboard is intuitive, the documentation is clear, and support has been quick and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far, I have not encountered anything I dislike about Quo.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I incorporated a Delaware C-Corp for my startup via Stripe Atlas as a foreign founder. While launching my service, there were many third-party services I used and processes I needed to follow that required or recommended having a business phone number. I was overwhelmed by the idea of getting a phone number the traditional way, but then I discovered Quo and gave it a shot. I got a phone number in a few clicks, literally.

 ### 16. Five-Star Experience from App to Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy M. | Customer Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I love how easy the app is to use and how smooth it makes managing my phone services. The support team is amazing — they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to help whenever I have a question. It really makes me feel confident and supported as a user.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Honestly, there’s very little I don’t like! If I had to mention something, it might be that there aren’t more advanced customization options within the app yet, but that’s minor compared to the overall great experience.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems Quo is solving:
Quo simplifies phone management by making it easy to track usage, pay bills, and manage my account all in one app. It also provides quick, reliable support whenever issues or questions arise, saving me time and frustration.

How this benefits me:
Because of Quo, I feel in control of my phone services without the usual stress. The app’s simplicity and the support team’s responsiveness give me peace of mind, making my experience seamless and worry-free.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Armhie L. | Healthcare Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The ability to share inboxes with the team makes collaboration seamless, especially when following up on candidate interviews or onboarding updates. The voicemail transcriptions and auto-replies also save a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The mobile app sometimes experiences lag, particularly noticeable when moving between different conversations.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo helps solve major communication and coordination problems in healthcare recruiting.
It keeps all calls and texts in one place, so I don’t lose track of candidates or duplicate messages. It also improves team visibility ,everyone can see conversations and follow up faster.

The automation and AI receptionist save time on manual tasks and ensure candidates get quick responses, even after hours. Overall, Quo helps me stay organized, respond faster, and create a smoother experience for both candidates and my team.

 ### 20. Fantastic Option For Canadian Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Before settling on Quo, I explored a number of competing products, but all of them either had limitations or lacked features essential for our business, particularly given that we operate out of Canada. Quo ended up being the perfect fit for my team, especially for our daily client communications and for sending reminders tied to upcoming events. The setup was almost immediate, with no waiting for number approvals or verification. When I ran into a minor billing issue, their customer support addressed it promptly. This is truly one of those products that inspires you to look for even more ways to incorporate it into your business, simply because it functions so effectively.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The only feature that seems to be missing, possibly due to legal reasons, is the ability for saved snippets or templates to automatically fill in contact information. We were unable to find a way for this to happen automatically; instead, when we pulled up a template message, we still had to manually enter the contact's details.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo allows us to communicate directly with clients and event attendees via the web, eliminating the need for our staff to use their personal phones or numbers.

 ### 21. Incredibly Responsive, Proactive Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erikan O. | Ceo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I actually loved the customer service. Incredibly responsive, proactive, and helpful. They won me over there.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I didn’t need the service anymore. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a business phone number because I was using my personal for years. Quo helped with separating business calls from personal calls

 ### 22. Reliable Communications and Effortless Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Armando J. | Founder and Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Reliable communications. Ease of onboarding and use. Sona and automated call flows. It has a ton of features.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

It's expensive to add new users. You should be able to add users for something reasonable, like $5. Your profit margin is reduced, but the volume of additional users that business owners would sign up will generate more sales than otherwise.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using my personal phone for business reduced my business' credibility as a serious business. Quo helps me to have a more professional image, separate my business calls from personal ones. It also is useful in reducing spam calls by setting up a voice menu requiring user input to continue.

 ### 23. Work soace communication

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica M. | Scheduling Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like that it it makes searching for messages easy, and that you are able to tag a coworker if they need to be made aware or answer the message. It makes seperating work calls and messages easy from personal calls and messages since its all contained in one app, both accessible by phone or computer. I also enjoy that once someone is tagged there can be a seperate conversation about the message or call with in that area. My favorite about the app, is that it takes a phone call and created a transcript, which makes copying & pasting to notes extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I wish I could tag myself, to remind me of what I need to go back & check on. I can only tag others.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to catagorize work calls and messages seperate from personnal messages and calls. It makes it easy to find unresponded or unread messages or calls.

 ### 24. Great customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryker M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

App is really user friendly. I use it for two of my businesses. It's easy to setup and my customers love the text feature to send pictures. Customer service has been great, which is rare these days.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Very minor, but I wish there were some more options to make voicemails sound more professional. Lastly, I wish there was more blatant guidance on setting up the international requirements for opt in texting. For example, cut and paste this blurb onto your website and this will achieve compliance. I'd like to see this information as instructions before applying for the application, so that we're not automatically denied and stuck in another review waiting period. I wasn't aware when I had ported in my number from Grasshopper that I'd have to go through the compliance all over again, and I had ported during peak business season and was unable to use my texting for almost a month.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Texting and picture sending was huge and have not had glitches with the program like I had had with Grasshopper.

Receiving calls and texts from prospects and clients and the ability to separate numbers from my personal number

 ### 26. Intuitive UX and Effortless Navigation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The user experience is outstanding and highly intuitive. Navigating through the interface feels seamless and straightforward, even for those using it for the first time. The overall design is clearly well considered, allowing tasks to be completed quickly and without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

It would be very helpful if call flow settings could be shared among multiple phone numbers. Additionally, when I try to delete a destination within the call flow, the whole path gets removed, which can be inconvenient. If there were an option to delete only certain sections instead of the entire path, the system would be much more user-friendly.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When the restaurant was busy, we often missed customer calls, which occasionally led to negative reviews. After switching to Quo, we've noticed a drop in the number of phone calls, and those specific complaints have stopped. Additionally, features like voicemail transcription and the option to reply by text have allowed us to respond to customer concerns more promptly.

 ### 27. Quo's AI Transformed Our Workflow—Intuitive, Collaborative, and Sona Is a Game-Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul E. | Operations Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo's AI is beautiful and user friendly. I had the opportunity of using it as a front end user and now as an admin on a daily basis and my team and I simply love it. Conversations feel natural, collaboration is extremely easy and you have control over everything. The Analytics portion gives you very useful info about your activity details, and the feature I love the most: Sona! I was able to shrink our hours of operation and improve my staffing during busy hours, because Sona can take care of the low call volume outside of business hours, I simply love it!

The support team and the onboarding team made our port in process incredibly easy and we could implement Quo in a couple of days after requesting it.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far, there's nothing i dislike about it. I'll start looking into integrations this week and hopefully everything i need is available there. Considering how modern Quo is, I'm pretty sure everything I'll look for will be there and I'll be completely satisfied with the outcome.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo has solved our main communication and visibility issues by unifying all calls, texts, and client interactions in one easy-to-use platform. It allows our team to stay organized, respond faster, and track every conversation without relying on multiple tools. As a result, our response times, accountability, and overall client experience have improved significantly.

 ### 28. Quo is helpful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenn W. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Its easy for all team members to be able to access calls and texts from tenants, vendors and clients. The recording feature with a summary provided is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes the app on the desktop can be glitchy and freezes. When in a long call sometimes the call drops off and its quite frustrating at times, but the only time calls seem to drop is when they are lengthy calls over 20+ minutes

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not being aware of business conversations with by other team members- now with Quo that issue is resolved. We can all see the conversations had, no need to repeat all information that was discussed each call.

 ### 29. User-Friendly, Intuitive, and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it a pleasure to use every day. I love the clear overview of the team, as it really helps with visibility and coordination. The call flow building feature is fantastic and makes managing and routing calls smooth and efficient. On top of that, the customer support efficiency is outstanding, which really sets Quo apart.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

We'd love for it to have more complex functionalities for outside business hours. Such as a completely different phone menu.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo solves communication and call-management challenges by providing a clear, centralized platform to manage users, call flows, and activity. This gives us better visibility into our team, improves call routing, and reduces missed or misdirected calls. As a result, our operations run more smoothly, communication is more efficient, and our team can focus on delivering better service.

 ### 30. Effortless Business Communication with Quo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt K. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo has been a great service to use for our business. It makes it easy to jump into our messages and make phone calls with the business without requiring an extra phone. It's nice to be able to share contacts and view conversations that other people within the business has had so we can all stay up to date with all of our clients.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I would say the only thing that needs improvement is sometimes I have a hard time getting notifications right away. I believe I fixed it in the settings, but it wasn't like that right off the bat. Other than that it's been awesome.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A dedicated business line that I can access on my personal phone.

 ### 31. Ideal for remote work and maintaining contact with clients and collaborators

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beatriz M. | Administrative assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I work remotely and it helps me stay in touch with the clients for the company I work for, as well as with my colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes the windows can be confusing, you have to make sure to mark the calls taken and messages sent, etc. It takes a while to update and sometimes my colleagues call the numbers I am calling, and the search bar doesn't work.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Direct contact from a company number

 ### 32. Quo for a small home services business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan R. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

We have found Quo to be very easy to use, most of the controls are intuitive and it does not take long to train employees on the software. It has all the features we require to effectively communicate with our clients and between staff in the office to ensure we stay on the same page and up to date on what is happening with each project. It has also allowed us to move on from our call answering service and use the savings to hire an additional customer service rep so that our clients have a much higher chance of talking with a person when they call in.

I have also been very impressed with the customer service; the AI tool can handle most inquiries quickly with relevant information, and when the AI has not been able to resolve the issue, asking it for a human support person has had me connected to a live support representative in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

We have had some call quality issues, but that could be connectivity of the party on the other end of the call.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get a lot of call traffic in a day and Quo is instrumental in helping us organize, document, share, and respond to the calls and texts that we receive in a day. It has allowed us to better organize and centralize our communications on projects so that the project coordinator and installation staff can all see the communications between each party and the client to keep them on the same page. It has allowed our installation staff to not have to give out their own phone numbers and use a Quo number instead for work purposes without having to carry around 2 phones. It also allows them to set work hours so that their "work phone" won't interrupt them during their non-work hours. It has given us direct control over our out of office messages and an AI that can provide information to those that call us outside of office hours to answer their basic questions.

 ### 33. Love the OpenPhone, now QUO.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quem R. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone has been a game-changer for managing business calls and messages. The interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to stay organized and professional, even on the go. I love how seamlessly it separates business and personal communication, and the ability to share numbers and collaborate with the team has made our workflow so much smoother. The call quality is consistently clear, and the voicemail and text automation features save us a ton of time. Highly recommend it to any team or individual looking for a reliable, all-in-one business phone solution!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Doesn't have member's groupchat option yet.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo helps streamline and organize all our client communication in one place, eliminating the need to juggle multiple platforms or devices. It saves us time, reduces missed calls or messages, and ensures that every interaction stays professional and efficient. This level of convenience and clarity has made our team more responsive, improved client relationships, and ultimately helped us operate more smoothly.

 ### 34. Reliable Service with Quick, Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Reliable with very little down time. Quick to respond when needed.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Having to pay an additional fee to have a conference call. I am not running a business and there are times when I need ti speak with multiple family members at the same time.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My wife and I are nomadic. We’ve been travelling for 5 years continuously and require a reliable VOIP service to make calls back to Canada and also keep our local phone number.

 ### 35. Quo is the 2026 VOIP Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo allows for fast and easy setup with an intuitive interface that makes getting started simple, even for users who are new to VoIP systems. One of the standout features is the visual call routing, which lets you clearly see and control how calls are handled across your team—no confusion, no guesswork. Everything is laid out in a clean, modern dashboard, making it easy to adjust call flows, assign numbers, and manage extensions in real time. Combined with their live onboarding support, Quo makes the transition from a traditional or outdated phone system seamless and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There is a slight learning curve with the system, but Quo offers live onboarding where their team walks you through everything step-by-step to ensure you’re fully set up and confident using the platform.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was previously a customer of Grasshopper, and unfortunately their system felt outdated. The setup process was more complicated than it needed to be, and I experienced issues with calls from customers not always coming through reliably. After switching to Quo, the difference was immediate. It feels like a true 2025–2026 VoIP solution—modern, smooth, and dependable.

 ### 36. Game Changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonalynn M. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

We've been using OpenPhone for less than a week and already it is in absolute game changer! The internal thread feature is by far the most efficient and practical feature you never knew you needed! Setting everything up was a breeze, very user friendly and intuitive - I was able to set up call flows for 12 "departments" in a matter of hours. Customer support has been amazing, prompt and knowledgeable. We've integrated with Zapier for a few things, again super intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The biggest limitation I have so far is with the activity feed and organization of @mentions - there is no way to create a to-do list with your @mentions and there is no way to mark them unread - so once you click on a notification in the activity feed - you have to "resolve" it right away or you lose that "notification" and a lot of times we will triage issues and come back to things so this is really a bummer

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from Voice to Dialpad to Openphone. Voice didn't have call waiting. Dialpad didn't have an archive feature. Openphone solved both of those problems.
Openphone has the ability to set up multiple numbers with shared inboxes for company organization and team collaboration which has changed our workflow completely and made it a breeze to ensure our clients are getting the help they need as quickly as possible.

 ### 37. Excellent Customer Service Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pinnacle D. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Customer Service has been excellent so far.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Right now I don't see my business calls being recorded, maybe that's a setting I need to change I don't know.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had our business number through Wix before and it was horrible. QUO is a one stop shop that makes everything easier so far.

 ### 38. It works as advertised

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn C. | Owner/Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Coming from another VOIP provider, Open Phone (now Quo I understand) provides additional functionality for my small business by allowing outgoing client acquisition and support calls to be made directly through a workstation PC, allowing my staff to work remotely if needed with a headset. This reduces the required apps on a personal cell phone while still allowing my clients to easily connect. Also, both the mobile and desktop interface is easy to use, and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Recurring upcharges and fees could be better outlined on their pricing page. Last check of it (Sep 2025)still did not make mention of an additional monthly fee for SMS above the fold on their pricing page. It is marked with an asterisk, but that asterisk appears to refer to "subject to usage terms" (after one-time carrier registration fee), not an additional fee. That being said, the additional fee is minimal, but still would prefer a more up-front approach.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business owner, it allows either a virtual assistant or office assistant to manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls while I am out in the field and still able to keep tabs on text messages and phone call status without handing over a physical cell phone

 ### 39. A game-changer for patient communication and documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I love that Quo gives my patients a simple, reliable way to reach me without ever having to share my personal phone number. The call transcription feature is incredibly accurate and lets me instantly review what was discussed—perfect for clinical documentation and follow-ups. I can store each patient’s info inside the app with notes about who they are, what services I provide, and any special details I need to remember. Everything is organized, easy to access, and professional. It honestly feels like having a built-in virtual assistant.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There isn’t much I dislike. My only wish is for a few more customization options for labeling contacts or organizing transcripts, but that’s minor compared to how much value the app already gives me. Overall, it’s been extremely dependable and helpful for my workflow.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo solves my biggest challenge as a nurse advocate and telehealth provider—secure, professional communication with patients without exposing my personal phone number. It allows my patients to call me directly through the app, keeps everything HIPAA-friendly, and automatically transcribes each call so I can review the entire conversation or a quick summary afterward. Having the transcripts organized and attached to each contact saves me so much time on documentation and follow-up. It’s made my workflow smoother, safer, and way more efficient.

 ### 40. Easy to Use with a Nice Interface and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Easy to use, interface is nice. Responsive with support.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far, there is nothing that i don't like about Quo.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a new small business. The ability to have Sona answer our calls is fantastic.

 ### 41. Tried several options, this one works great for us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Quo?**

It is so easy to respond to a voicemail with a text and we love that it goes to multiple phones and transcribes to email. REcently we added a new line and it was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes it seems to ring on one phone earlier than the other. If your phone receives multiple lines, can't tell which it's coming in to.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to host a company phone from our personal phones. OpenPhone has much better call quality than others we tried. It is professional.

 ### 42. Essential Call Recording with Convenient Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina A. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like how Quo lets me record and not record conversations. Additionally, it has a hold button, which is really helpful when I need to put the customer on hold instead of mute. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I would say when we get multiple calls, I wish I could send a message if I can't pick it up.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo lets me re-listen to calls when I misinterpret customer details. I like the flexibility to choose when to record and finally having a hold button to put customers on hold instead of mute.

 ### 43. Great Multifunctional App with Dedicated Phone Number and Easy Contact Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Genevieve S. | Patient advocate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

This app serves as a multifunctional tool, bringing several features together in one place. I appreciate having a dedicated phone number, which I can register to ensure it doesn't appear as a scam call to others. Additionally, I can send texts and conveniently save my contacts. The app signals that I am online, shows my phone number for easy reference, and has prompt reminders that I have unread chats or have not responded to calls. I also love that it can forward calls to my personal number for convenience.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I have not found anything that is not useful yet. All of it is convenient and set up to help you suceed.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have become more user and business friendly. This benefits me directly since I am an independent contractor and need to functional as efficiently and professionally possible.

 ### 44. Love OpenPhone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa G. | Health Advocate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like how OpenPhone makes it easy to keep business and personal calls separate without needing multiple devices. As a health advocate with Solace Health, I rely on the platform to stay connected with patients and team members in a simple, organized way. The app is very user-friendly, with clear call quality and reliable messaging. Overall, it saves me time and helps me provide better support to the people I serve.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There isn’t much I dislike about OpenPhone, but if I had to pick something, it would be that the app occasionally has a short delay when switching between calls and texts. It’s a very minor issue and doesn’t affect the overall reliability of the service. The platform is still extremely user-friendly and dependable for my daily work.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone solves the problem of juggling personal and work communications by giving me a dedicated business line without needing a second phone. As a health advocate with Solace Health, this separation helps me stay professional while keeping my personal number private. It also streamlines messaging, voicemail, and team collaboration in one easy-to-use app. Overall, it saves me time, reduces stress, and allows me to better focus on supporting patients.

 ### 45. Seamless Team Communication with Convenient Internal Chats

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I love the internal chats so that you can communicate with your team regarding something a customer has messaged about versus having to go and directly message the team member and then go back to the customers message to respond. I also love the internal team messaging so we can keep all conversations together. Absolutely love that it records the calls and keeps it all within one thread so you can see the history timeline of the calls and texts with customers.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes the calls can sound choppy or if changing from wifi to data or vice versa the call will mess up. I also wish you could send a voice message versus creating a recording and uploading it. Recording it and uploading it is an extra step that is a hassle.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came to Quo because we wanted to migrate into one software versus using Grasshopper for customer calls and something like Google Chat for internal messaging. We wanted to be able to monitor customer/employee interactions better and also have conversations recorded between employees and managers.

 ### 46. Smooth Service. Connects properly. Rings Imediately.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ofelia B. | Client Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

What I like best about OpenPhone is how smooth and reliable the service is. Every call connects properly without delays, and it rings immediately, which makes communication seamless and efficient. I’ve found it to be very dependable, and that consistency is something I value a lot in a phone service. On top of that, their customer service has been excellent—responsive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve any questions or concerns. Altogether, the combination of smooth functionality and great support makes OpenPhone a standout tool for me.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far, all good. It has been smooth so far. Had only one connection issue, but the CS responded quickly and I could fix it.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, the only challenge I’ve experienced was a brief connectivity issue on one day, but aside from that, everything has been working very smoothly. The app consistently connects me with both customers and potential customers without any problems. What I really appreciate is how it shortens the distance between us—it creates a direct, reliable bridge that makes communication faster, easier, and more personal. It’s definitely helping me strengthen relationships and stay accessible whenever I’m needed.

 ### 47. Best Phone Platform Ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa W. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Please excuse the blue markings on the screenshot; those cover sensitive business details that I need to protect.

I started using OpenPhone in April, and the experience has been fantastic. I can record calls, receive text messages, and with the upgraded plan, I can even send texts, which is perfect for my business. I also love that I can add multiple users to my account, making it a great fit for my company’s needs.

What I appreciate most is the customer service. It’s always available right at my fingertips, and I circled where you can find it in the screenshot.

OpenPhone has truly been a game-changer for my business simply the best, and I love it!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I dont like the fact that we have to pay extra for sending text when we are already paying for the platform but everything else is great.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When i just started the account i was a bit confused on how to add and remove others and i reached out to customer service for help and the issue was resolved in less than 10 mins. They have the best customer service and it seems to be 24hrs because i messaged late in the night one time and got an update immediately. I love it

 ### 48. Making the Transition from Ring Cental to Open Phone

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I've been a long time user of Ring Central. I've have not known anything different. But I've heard good things about OpenPhone and after a review, I ported over my business line and made the switch. Took my initial calls from customers today and the app on my phone worked flawless. No cut outs, clear voice communication. I'm a seasonal business and looking forward to my team using this soft phone. One of the major reasons I made the switch is the ability to have text messages come through my line and multiple people can read/respond.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

My porting process was rejected three times but we finally got it ported over.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We live in a fast pace world with communication coming at us from all different directions. Having the ability for my whole team be able to read/respond to customers text coming from the same line is a game changer. Ring Central you could only assign one person to read/respond to text message. How simple of a reason, but this was one of the main reasons I made the switch. Text is such an important process within my sprinkler business when you dealing with hundeds of customers that want quick responses.

 ### 49. Easy to Use and Highly Customizable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle R. | Patient Advocate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Easy to use and customize! Very user friendly!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

It drops calls sometimes or calls won't go through

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatically responds to text messages or voicemails for me; can have Sona answer calls for me if needed

 ### 50. Great Features Like Call Recording, But Call Quality and Reliability Need Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

There are many aspects of Quo that I really appreciate, especially the user interface and the call recording feature. Being able to revisit previous calls and review what was discussed is invaluable in my industry, where things are constantly changing. This ability to access past conversations has saved me both time and money. Additionally, the option to forward calls to my personal cell phone whenever necessary has proven to be extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There are several areas that need improvement. For instance, calls would sometimes drop unexpectedly even when neither party hung up. Additionally, there were occasions when I wouldn't receive texts from clients, even though they had tried to contact me. The call quality was not great either. Overall, I wasn't particularly impressed.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo makes setting up a business phone line very straightforward, which is especially helpful for smaller companies. I believe they are moving in the right direction, though there is still room for further refinement.
