What do you like best about GorillaDesk?

I like the reports it shows and the dashboard. Everything is clickable and takes you directly where you need to go. I like that they are always adding new features. Customer support has been pretty good, although I wish it were a little faster. But they always resolve my issues and have a great attitude. What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?

So far, I haven’t found much that I dislike about GorillaDesk. Right now, the main thing is that I don’t have the option to request tips from customers when they make a payment, but I know that’s something they are currently working on. What do you like best about GorillaDesk?

This platform works well for managing low-ticket recurring jobs, as it allows you to perform many actions in bulk. You can send bulk texts and reschedule appointments in bulk which is super handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?

Gorilla desk can be buggy and there were even days when the entire system went down, which is a worst case scenario. Customers were furious with us and employees sat around at the office for hours waiting to see if they would be able to work.

When everything was going well, support was decent. But, as soon as we ran into a problem, management was not open to working with us or finding a fair solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GorillaDesk?

The simplicity and speed with which you can transfer your operations to Gorilladesk is a major strength. Having previously spent a full 6 months trying to properly implement a competitor's software, we decided to consider another option. We had one team using GD on the very first day, and seeing how easy it was for them to pick up and start using, we rolled it out across the full business by the end of that week. The app is well designed and requires no real 'training' for team members, it's so easy to use that they can just sign in and begin work, yet does everything you realistically need in the field. What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?

If you bill customers on an hourly rate or time and materials basis, you will have difficulty with the invoicing workflow, which doesn't provide this functionality. It's set up for fixed price/per service billing only. Likewise if you have customers who are on monthly account cycles, but pay for actual services provided during the period rather than a fixed rate or level billing type arrangement, you may struggle with your invoicing. There are workarounds for both, but the software is certainly not optimised for hourly pricing structures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GorillaDesk?

I love that this system is so incredibly easy to learn, even on the fly. As a small business (Hubby & wife team), we don't have time for a lengthy training/learning curve. With this program, we spent maybe an hour learning the important ins and outs and got to the business of running our business. They are the ONLY company I've ever known to have a "suggestions" section where clients can request changes/upgrades and let others not only see the requests but vote to have them made?!?

As a prior owner of a technology company that also wrote our own software and provided customer service, so my expectations where H I G H. GD has met and exceeded every single need I have had. The customer service is so far above par, I can't even begin to sing all their praises! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GorillaDesk?

The only downside I have is that a couple of functions take too many "clicks" on the mobile version. To take payment in the field is a bit "clicky", but functions exactly as it should. Also to look up a client on a mobile is a couple of extra clicks.

With as many functions as are available, a few annoying clicks are ABSOLUTELY worth it. The few dislikes I have, I view as pretty easy to workaround for an overall robust system with superb customer service and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GorillaDesk?

The reduction of administrative time with client interactions. One person can reschedule hundreds of job on rain days, send email and text messages , invoice and follow-up in minutes.

A close second would be the technical support. Our experience with the Gorilla Desk support has been exceptional. New functionality sets are often added to Gorilla Desk which often provide great benefit to us. Sometimes we have questions about new things. Their support is top notch. We didn’t have any business software, and researched many different options. We decided to go with GD and are 100% satisfied. The software exceeded our expectations and also saved up money and time. The only thing we dislike is that we didn’t start using GD sooner.

Streamline and user friendly a technician can be trained in 2 days., fast help and they know how a pest control company works from the inside/out.
