
I like the reports it shows and the dashboard. Everything is clickable and takes you directly where you need to go. I like that they are always adding new features. Customer support has been pretty good, although I wish it were a little faster. But they always resolve my issues and have a great attitude. So far, I haven’t found much that I dislike about GorillaDesk. Right now, the main thing is that I don’t have the option to request tips from customers when they make a payment, but I know that’s something they are currently working on.
