## Quo Reviews
 ### 1. Rock-Solid Reliability and Zero Lag with Quo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlo D. | Owner, President, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The best thing about Quo is its reliability. Coming from a previous VOIP that routinely dropped calls and texts, not only is Quo sure handed, it has no lag, a symptom that drove us to make a change from our last provider.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There is nothing that I can note as a downside.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers can interact with us using one number for voice, text and it is handled by all team members. Nothing falls through the cracks as we serve client needs.

 ### 2. Easy Communication, Great Call Quality, and Smooth Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reinaldo G. | Customer Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Communication is easy, the call quality is nice, and the setup process is well done.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far, I don’t dislike anything. Thank you.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me communicate with clients abroad.

 ### 3. Easy to Use, Keeps Our Team on the Same Page

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wil H. | Operations Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo allows our staff to all be on the same page. It is easy to use and it records conversations so that our office staff can go back and review the call if needed.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There really is nothing to dislike. It does everything you need and is very easy to navigate.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved our problem of needing to answer the phone every time. It also is very cost effective compared to our land line.

 ### 4. Effortless Call Summaries and Scripts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo is straightforward and highly intuitive to use. One feature I appreciate is that it records my calls and generates a summary along with a script. This has made it much easier for me to extract important information from my conversations. Additionally, if needed, I can share the recordings with my colleagues, allowing them to listen and stay updated on key points, rather than me having to relay all the information myself. I also love that I can share photos and other attachments through the chat. In short, I love Quo!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I believe it's important to remind users that their calls and texts may be accessible to managers within their companies. While this doesn't personally concern me, I think it's still a detail that users would appreciate knowing.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Quo is really useful for keeping a record of my conversations with collaborators of my company. I also appreciate being able to access the script of my discussions, as there are times when I might not catch everything someone says or don't have a piece of paper nearby to jot down important details. Knowing that Quo is there to support me in these situations gives me peace of mind.

 ### 5. How OpenPhone has helped my business increase productivity & efficiency with our CRM communications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynnette P. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone's app integration feature, makes switching between productivity applications a smooth, seamless, experience, saving time and money communicating with my collaboration team and is why I chose OpenPhone as my #1 recommended business telecommunication service to business owner's who would rather direct their focus on more of what matters the most. In turn having access to quality tools creates better quality business relationships, creates more investment opportunities, more effective team building efforts and project collaborations, with the hassle of having to manually switch between many apps individually to accomplish a business's work load. OpenPhone's smooth app integration feature is what I like most.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I really don't have anything that I can think of about OpenPhone that I dislike. I feel OpenPhone is a smart choice if you are looking for high end, excellent service, with quality user experience, with ease of access features that will increase your business productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness when it comes to scaling/growing your business, OpenPhone will help you get the job done!

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone's solution is to create the best user experience possible, by making communications easier, more intuitive, easier time management, that makes practical use of a variety of tools to work with, seamless app integration allows teams to communicate more efficiently and faster with less work load that would otherwise place more strain on productivity having to do things manually and can be time consuming. Having the best tools at hand, leads to the best results, and that's what OpenPhone is doing for my business. OpenPhone has benifits me because I have been able to save more time and money having access to the right tools needed for my business to be more successful overall.

 ### 6. Qup Makes Business Separate from person cell phone use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sue T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I really appreciate the way Qup can be used to set business hours and it's a separate line, but still on your personal cell phone

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I found it a little cumbersome to get into on the website

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo keeps business calls separate from personal calls

 ### 7. Quo Review from a Nonprofit Admin!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moriah M. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The “done” feature so you can see what conversations you need to follow up on and what tasks and finished without losing the information!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes I don’t always get notifications even though I have the notifications set up how I want in both the app and in my iPhone settings - that may be a glitch but on my phone and not the app, but I haven’t figured it out yet.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The privacy of having a work number is amazing and the way you can use it as a tema to see what communication other team members have had with the same client/family is so helpful and efficient.

 ### 8. Great tool for business calls and messages

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Tanya C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I really like how simple and intuitive the platform is. It keeps all my calls and messages in one place, which makes it easy to stay organized and separate work from personal communication. Having multiple numbers in one app is a huge advantage, and the integrations with other tools help streamline my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes there are small delays with notifications or missed calls, which can be inconvenient. I also think integrations with certain CRMs could be more robust, and customer support response times could be a bit faster. These are not deal-breakers, but they would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone helps us separate personal and business communication by giving us a dedicated professional phone system without needing extra hardware. It allows our team to manage calls and texts from one platform, which improves response time and makes client communication more reliable. The ability to share numbers across team members has been especially useful for keeping our operations seamless.

 ### 9. Outstanding Features and Seamless Multi-User Convenience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily A. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The features I appreciate most are the call recording, the call and text metrics statistics, and the convenience of allowing multiple users to answer a single line.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

It can be challenging to connect with a live tech support representative quickly. When the initial support team is unable to resolve an issue through chat, there is often a considerable delay before a more technical expert becomes available to assist.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Quo, we relied on a mobile phone for our communications. However, we required greater flexibility, such as allowing multiple users to answer the same line, along with some additional advanced features. Quo provided all the capabilities we were looking for, and even offered more than we expected.

 ### 10. Reliable and easy to use phone solution for business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

It makes it simple to manage business calls and texts all in one place. I really like the ability to add tags to contacts, which makes staying organized much easier. The interface is clean, voicemail transcription is very handy, and having a clear separation between personal and business calls without needing another device has been a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The main issue I’ve experienced is difficulty changing my main email address on my account, which created some friction. While support was responsive, the process wasn’t as smooth as the rest of the app. I’d also like to see a few more options for advanced customization and smoother workspace management in the future.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They've definitely solved the problem of separating personal and business communication without the hassle of carrying multiple devices. It gives me a professional number that I can manage anywhere, while still keeping my personal line private. The ability to tag contacts helps me stay organized, and features like voicemail transcription and call recording save me time. Looking ahead, I see a big benefit in using OpenPhone across multiple workspaces since I run more than one business — it will let me streamline communication for each without juggling different apps or phones. And I like that I can manage my Caller ID name as well.

 ### 11. Great small business phone system that is super easy to setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Hardware | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

the ease of use. setup of the call system was intuitive and i needed zero help. it just made sense.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

my only real complaint is that i wish it had a custom call queue so callers would listen to a recorded message after the call is transferred, rather than listening to the phone ring. but its a tiny complaint.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i needed a basic phone system for a small business. i tried many others, and while some worked okay - they were either insanely difficult to setup with things scattered around hundreds of menus, or just flat out did not work. quo worked awesome and was simple to setup and use.

 ### 12. Outstanding Customer Service and Fast Problem Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Silver Fox Productions . | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Their customer service is incredible! I had an issue with porting in a phone number and Amanda from their team along with a few others jumped in to help me ASAP. I’ll highly recommend them and they will not just provide a great products, but they also offered great customer service!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Nothing- they are very quick and efficient and helped me solve my problem ASAP!

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with clients in the way as professional and stream lines. Something that stands out about them compared to other companies is that it’s built for a scale with having multiple team members and commenting internally to help coach new team members on how to respond to messages.

 ### 13. Openphone experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prinseatiel B. | Operations Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Openphone is user friendly as we can easily navigate it, the features are understandable. Front-end is suitable for webpages, even in desktop application and mobile application. I also love the feature that there are several landlines for different department in one page, this helps with easier communication with different people especially our tenants and contractors. Also, I like the feature that several people from our team can use this at the same time for more efficient use of the application. There is also an AI that can summarize the conversation and a recording where we can listen back on the old conversation for review.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There are times where there are error with the activity tab, some notifications are not showing there, also there are times when I am already done with the call but it shows on my end and my teammates' that I am still on call. That's very weird. But I think it was already resolved.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of communication, especially all of us in the team is living in different states/ countries, we're not working in one office, we can easily communicate with our tenants and contractors wherever we are and whatever gadgets we have.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I did not find anything bad yet that I don’t like it

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo is simple, easy to use, but also loaded with features that make a HUGE difference in the customer service experience for our customers.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There really aren’t any downsides of using Quo. There have been a few calls where customers complained of a static sound, but not very often.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is really helping us reach customers even when we have our hands tied. As a small business, it can be difficult to always be available to answer the phone. With Quo, we have a personalized auto text sent to every customer that reaches our voicemail. It has helped us salvage many leads that we would have otherwise lost!

 ### 17. A software that we cannot run our business without in today's world.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aminafy T. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Open Phone for our business has been incredible. It has allowed us to communicate with our clients like never before and streamline our operations in a world where communication can get hampered with daily chaos. We have enjoyed the many investments Open Phone has made to ensure that their end-users have a wonderful experience, particularity Open Phone introducing their AI agent, Sona. Sona has allowed our business to get the extra helping hand when needed during customer intakes or client check-ins when we can't be at the desk to get to them. We know that in that event Sona will be there at any time and every time. On top of that, their transcription feature for calls has been incredible for making our team twice as efficient as before with being able to quickly summarize follow-up tasks or next steps in our sales flow. It's like having a few different superpowers all integrated into one easy-to-use app. Whether we are on-the-go or at our desk, we know that staying connected to the clients we serve will never be a worry for us. We use it daily and we believe it was very simple to setup and it has worked well with other integrations we use.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I honestly don’t think there is anything that would stick out to me that I would say would be an issue. The team is fantastic and we love working with open phone.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Open phone is helping us solve being able to communicate with our clients in a unified platform. It also allows us to ensure we stay communicated in ways we never thought before. The benefit of there AI integrations have introduced productivity benefits into our workflow that we did not expect. We have become more effective in our sales process, client process and customer experience. We never forget what a client told us, what the action items were, and if we do miss a call, we know that Sona AI will handle the rest.

 ### 18. Quo is a game-changer! 5 Stars!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle G. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Switching to Quo was one of the best decisions I've made for my company. The setup was surprisingly simple, and the user interface is intuitive. I love having a dedicated business line on my personal phone without needing a second device. Features like business texting and voicemail transcription save me so much time every day. It's an affordable, powerful, and reliable service. Five stars all the way!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

because it relies on Wi-Fi or data, call quality sometimes dips, but that's a common trait for most VoIP apps.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo is solving several critical problems that I, and I think most small business owners, face every day. Before Quo, I had to choose between using my personal cell number for work (which meant no privacy, no work-life balance, and calls at all hours and more SPAM) or getting a second, clunky, expensive phone. It also adds credibility and makes a small business look more professional. I can see when a call is for work, and I can set business hours so the system automatically handles calls after I'm "closed." It has been a massive stress reducer. In short, Quo solves the problems of privacy, professionalism, and disorganization. The benefit is that my business looks polished, and I've gotten my personal time back—all for a fraction of the cost of a traditional phone system.

 ### 19. Seamless Communication and Effortless Integration with Quo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia D. | School Relationships Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo has made a significant difference in improving our support team’s communication. Before, we relied on two different platforms for phone calls and text messages, so I really appreciate having everything accessible in one place now. Integrating Quo with our Salesforce CRM was straightforward, and I can see how this will benefit us as our support team expands. Overall, my experience has been excellent. The platform is sophisticated yet easy to use, and the onboarding process went smoothly. I’m very impressed so far!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far, I haven't experienced anything causing me to dislike Quo.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo has provided our support team with a modern, well-structured, and efficient solution for managing both our inbound and outbound communications. The experience has been seamless and has greatly improved our workflow.

 ### 20. Bridges Communication Gaps with Simplicity and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua W. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like the simplicity of Quo. It helps by keeping the history of calls and texts, and it provides recordings of my calls. I also appreciate the AI summary feature.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Searching for contacts and the integration with Jabber is problematic. Synchronization of contacts is the issue.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo bridges the communication gap, keeping everyone updated and bringing the team together. It helps us work better and efficiently with customers.

 ### 21. A Solid Platform That Keeps Work Moving Smoothly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea W. | Customer Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly Quo is. Its clean layout and easily navigable tools make managing daily tasks feel much more organized and efficient.

The most helpful feature of Quo is the way it streamlines everything in one place. This reduces unnecessary back-and-forth communication and greatly improves collaboration. As a result, it saves time, enhances clarity, and helps ensure that communication stays on track.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Some workflows may initially seem a bit unintuitive. As for the least helpful aspects or downsides, there is definitely a learning curve, particularly for those who are new to the platform. Having more built-in guidance or a clearer organizational structure could make onboarding easier and help users get up to speed more quickly.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo helps me stay organized and manage client communications with ease. The app allows me to track all calls and text messages, ensuring that nothing gets overlooked.

From a business perspective, Quo streamlines both calls and texts. By centralizing communications and updates, it saves time, reduces confusion, and significantly improves the efficiency of my daily workflow.

 ### 22. OpenPhone is the best phone system!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey M. | Paralegal/Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone is so easy to use and to learn. It has been such a relief to use a system that not only works but everyone can pick up how to use it so quickly. The customer service has been so helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. I love that you can try it out for a month and not get locked into a long contract. This says a lot about their product. It has so many features and is the best phone system we have used.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I haven't found much we don't like about it. I think it just takes a little time getting used to a new system each time you change thing and how it is set up. I am hoping it is easy to see when other coworkers are on the phone and who they are talking to.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone is helping us with our incoming lead calls and current client calls. It makes warm transfers pretty easy to navigate too.

 ### 23. Quo - Easy To Use Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The best part about Quo is the ability to go back and review transcripts or listen to phone calls. This makes it really easy to identify mistakes and get them corrected for customers. It also makes training much easier. It’s also a very simple interface and doesn’t take much to learn how to navigate and use all the tools

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Genuinely there aren’t any things I dislike, I guess something that would be cool to see improvement on is sometimes our voicemail doesn’t update after we change it, for example our Easter recording randomly started playing back for customers instead of our standard.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving customer facing issues in situations where we are unsure if it was a mistake on our behalf or if the customer ordered the wrong material. This allows us to come back to the customer with accurate information and get the problem resolved correctl

 ### 24. Reliable Scheduled Office Line with Call Recording

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie R. T. | Chief Profitability Strategist and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The ability to have a separate phone line on my phone that allows me to create a professional presence and is more reliable than the Google phone option I had previously. I also love that the platform can grow with you if you start off as an entrepreneur, but then need to begin hiring you can create phone extensions. I also love the fact that II also love that the platform can grow with you if you start off as an entrepreneur, but then need to begin hiring you can create phone extensions. I also love the fact that I can record calls when needed to help with my note-taking. It just has tons of features that are so useful for entrepreneurs at a very reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Every now and then I may have a connection issue, but this is rare. Also, sometimes the technology in my car with the Bluetooth doesn’t connect to smoothly as with my regular phone line.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s keeping me from having to have a completely separate phone and it is keeping the cost of maintaining or having a phone system with all the useful featuresfor my business and my employees very reasonable.

 ### 27. Effortless Setup and Outstanding Support with Quo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy K. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I was a longtime Grasshopper user and recently decided to use texts to communicate with potential customers who completed an online form on my website. I tried for over 2 weeks to get carrier approval. Made over 20 changes to my website/privacy policy etc. (all using ChatGPT to assist). Finally I was talking to a sales person with Jobber and he suggested Quo as he'd heard about Grasshoppers Carrier approval was a joke. I immediately signed up with Quo, submitted for carrier approval and received it in hours on the first try. I also want to commend the staff for very good customer service albeit not immediate but within reason and consistent. I would strongly recommend Quo as I have also successfully ported my number from Grasshopper to Quo!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I haven't discovered anything yet but I'm sure there's something, always is~

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need for several local numbers controlled from one (for now) console.

 ### 28. OpenPhone is easily in my top 3 of stacks I'm using to run my business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David J. | Founder, CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

The founders and team behind OpenPhone clearly understood that building a great app drives real satisfaction for its users.

Setting up my business phone number was effortless, I could easily pick an area code and even customize the digits.

Both the Web and iOS apps feel modern and thoughtfully designed. Even though my business is still new, I often find myself opening the app just to look around. Sure, there are no messages yet, but it’s still satisfying to use and explore the features, like Sona, the AI agent that steps in when your team is offline, or the seamless call transcriptions.

I’m not writing this as an hidden ad, but as someone bootstrapping a tech business, I genuinely appreciate how well this service has been built: I have a feel that developers behind really love doing what they're doing.

Honestly, the best person to convince you about this app isn’t me, it’s you. There’s a free trial to explore the service (it takes 5 minutes to signup), along with a trial for Sona (7 days). Try it out, see how it fits your needs, and let the experience speak for itself. I’m confident you’ll find enough value to want to stay.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

To contrast, I tried to think of something I didn’t like and it honestly took me about 10 minutes to come up with anything. The service really delivers on everything I could think of. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the price: at $19/month on the monthly plan, it feels like it could be a few dollars lower (though the yearly plan brings it down to $15/month, which is more reasonable).

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I'm living abroad, it offer me a reliable way to actually obtain a phone number in the US and be compliant for my business.

 ### 29. Best all in one phone solution for business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel A. | Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I love how professional it has made my business from having multiple voicemails, to shared inboxes and everything in between. It's a convenient and easy to understand platform for my team.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I haven't come across a downside yet, It was a level up for my business and so far it covers everything I've needed.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone solves the problem of keeping my business and personal communication separate while still being easy to manage from one device. Before, it was difficult to track tenant messages, missed calls, and vendor communication across different platforms. Now, everything is organized in one place with a clear call and text history.
The shared inbox and team features also solve the problem of communication gaps — my team and I can see all tenant interactions, so nothing slips through the cracks. This helps us respond faster, provide better service, and stay more professional.
Overall, OpenPhone benefits me by saving time, keeping me organized, and making sure my tenants always have a reliable way to reach us.

 ### 30. Happy with Quo so far!

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Quo allows to share one phone number with all the team members and as a owner, I can review the call logs and text messages at my own time. Also received good customer support on an issue recently.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call summaries and access to text messages of all team members helps to identify any potential issues or mis-communication.

 ### 31. Simple and effective VOIP system for business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa T. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Our business just set up our OpenPhone account in the past few weeks. Setup was super simple, and I really love being able to completely control the call flow. I love that I can make changes anytime to suit our ever-changing business call needs. I've had a few questions to ask customer support, and they've been prompt in answering.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

So far, there is nothing that has been disappointing about OpenPhone except that when we forward incoming calls to a personal cell phone, the number doesn't show that it's coming from our OpenPhone line (and rather is just the caller's number). But I understand that that is a carrier issue, so not something OpenPhone can change.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a business number, so we weren't just using personal cell phones for our small business! OpenPhone was easy to set up, and is functioning very well for us. I like that we can have one main number with an auto-attendant to forward calls to where they belong.

I like that even when I’m not working “closed for business” I can still receive calls and messages and answer them as quickly as needed! It’s also great the as a company/team we can share conversations and help each other keep track of all of our different clients. Trying to do it alone can feel near impossible!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Nothing, I can’t think of any negatives!

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like how much time Quo saves us and how it helps us drive conversions more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Ease of integration with client management systems and updating contacts as we get them. Just having a better two-way flow of information between other systems to easily add contacts.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quo to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in client communication. It saves time and helps drive conversions more quickly.

 ### 35. Nonprofit Quo User

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haley T. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I love the ability to both text & use the phone with Quo. As a very small nonprofit with 1.5 staff, it helps us stay on top of calls at all times of the day! We also really benefit from text automations as more and more people rely on texts to communicate.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I really wish that the phone menu option was a part of the standard package. It is a pretty significant jump in price just for us to be able to use that feature. We ended up having to downgrade since we could not justify the pricing for just that feature we needed.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to run phones for our organization at a reasonable price & to do it with a very small staff.

 ### 36. Increased Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alison W. | Lead Bid Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

OpenPhone was a huge upgrade from our old phone system. There are so many feature that help us out. My favorite feature is all the properties that are available in contacts. This has allowed us to organize our contacts all over the country and be able to find everyone so much easier as they are broken down by area and trade type. Can not ignore the AI summary of every phone call and the transcript to help go back and get notes correctly.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Every once in a while it will log us out of OpenPhone. We have to log back in which isn't too much of an inconvenience. The phone app is also a bit limited to what you can do in it so if needing to make changes while out and about can be a little difficult. Still doesn't take away from my approval or rating of the system.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all phone conversations on recorded lines and being able to share notes internally has been integral to having good and consistent communication between my team and our customers. This has provided us to have better customer service.

 ### 38. Great VoIP App for Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shantanu J. | Head of Customer Solutions and Operational Excellence, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I’m always on the go, and with OpenPhone, it feels like I can take my landline with me wherever I travel. Their customer support is outstanding—quick, friendly, and reliable. I use OpenPhone almost every day, and it’s incredibly easy to set up and use. The features are intuitive, and anyone can learn them in no time. Truly a game-changer for staying connected!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

My only wish is that it could be a little more affordable compared to a traditional landline

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone solves the problem of being tied down to a traditional landline. Since I travel often, I need a phone system that moves with me without missing important calls. With OpenPhone, I can carry my business line anywhere and still stay fully connected. It eliminates the hassle of juggling multiple phones, and the app makes it simple to manage calls, voicemails, and texts all in one place.

The biggest benefit is flexibility — I can respond to customers quickly, maintain a professional presence, and enjoy reliable support without being stuck in one location.

 ### 39. Great Business Communication Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

We were a long time user of Nextiva Services and were overpaying for business communication.

I feel that the call routing and IVR style options on open phone rival Nextiva and others in the space for the cost. We will be fully moving our services to open phone here I. The next 30 days as they have performed flawlessly for us so far.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

There really isn’t anything g to dislike. I would say that Venturi g into some level of social media integration would be nice but they also do offer API connections so if you have a n8n server setup you can do that yourself as well.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple people that need to be able to access and communicate with our customers from different departments. Open phone allows us to all stay on the same page. Open phone also allows up to give one seamless service deliver response to our customers while managing multiple locations.

 ### 40. My great experience with open phone.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Savyo A. | Loan officer Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

What I like best about OpenPhone is its simplicity and modern design, which makes managing business communications easy and intuitive. It seamlessly separates personal and business calls on one device, helping professionals stay organized. Plus, features like auto-replies, call routing, and integrations with tools like Slack and HubSpot add serious value for small teams. I use open phone everyday. And it is very easy to imply . Also Had an issue once and customer support helped out immediately.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I haven't had any bad experiences with open phone.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone solves the problem of managing business and personal calls from a single device by providing a dedicated business number without needing a second phone. It also simplifies team communication with shared inboxes, call routing, and integrations with tools like Slack and CRM platforms. This benefits me by keeping business communication organized, professional, and efficient, while saving time and reducing the need for extra hardware or complex systems.

 ### 41. Smooth VOIP Switch, Solid Features, and an AI Receptionist That Actually Helps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor D. | Attorney, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Making the jump from Google Voice to OpenPhone was painless — and that’s not something I say lightly. The setup was smooth, the process made sense, and I was up and running without the usual “where did they hide that setting?” frustration. The pricing hits the sweet spot: it covers almost every feature I actually use and want, without packing in the kind of bloated add-ons you get with bigger services like RingCentral. The real standout is Sona, their AI-powered virtual receptionist. It’s still AI, but it’s miles ahead of a basic voicemail box and gives callers a more professional first impression. The apps work exactly as they should — no glitchy surprises — and the whole system feels like it was built with actual business users in mind.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I only have two wish-list items. First, I like desk phones. OpenPhone doesn’t support them yet, and while I’m fine running everything through the app, having a desk phone option would be a great addition. Second, you pay for every line you have on your account, even if it’s just sitting there unused. Yes, it’s still cheaper than other services that “park” numbers, but I’d prefer a model where you only pay for active lines, like Google Voice. Neither of these is a dealbreaker — far from it — but adding them would take OpenPhone from “excellent” to “perfect for my needs.”

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone fixed two pain points for me right away: outdated call handling and VOIP platforms that are either too bare-bones or way too bloated. I use it mainly for client-facing calls, and it gives me a clean, reliable way to present my business professionally without the clutter of features I’ll never touch.

The AI receptionist, Sona, has been a game changer. It greets and routes legitimate callers so they get to the right place, and it also screens out spam before it ever reaches me. That alone has saved me time and made client interactions smoother. The interface is straightforward, the apps are stable, and I can handle calls, voicemails, and the occasional text from my phone or computer without digging through endless menus.

The biggest benefit? Clients reach a real, functioning point of contact every time — not a black hole voicemail box — and I don’t waste energy fighting my phone system.

 ### 42. Affordable, effective phone service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monique G. | Co-owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

After looking at different options for phone service for our small business I found that OpenPhone had a good reputation, was fair in cost and was an easy set up to start. What impressed me more though was the fast and responsive customer service experience. There was an issue with billing (my fault I hadn’t understood the cost of having 2 users and only needed one user really.) I emailed for help and quickly received not only a confirmation of receiving my inquiry but also notification a representative was looking into my concern right then and there and working to remedy the situation. The representative quickly updated our account and all was great.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I would prefer being able to reach a rep on the phone and you instead have to rely on email. They are fast and responsive though.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They resolved a billing issue.

 ### 43. Call Recording & Transcripts Are Game-Changers, Minor Audio Pauses Occasionally

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I really like the call recording, and transcript creation. Even when I place outgoing calls, they are recorded. This helps tremendously with follow-ups to meetings, when I have to get back to the client with a proposal or action plan. Being able to listen to the recording and reading the transcript insures that I don't miss anything.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

This is a hard one. What's not to like? Sometimes there can be a pause in the audio of the call, probably due to Internet connectivity.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better call management. Easy to see all calls in one place and hear those calls and read transcripts. Makes it easier to prioritize and organize follow ups etc.

 ### 44. Effortless and User-Friendly Experience

**Reviewed by:** Mathew M. | Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

We’ve been happy with the service and appreciate the consistent call quality. It would be great to see a few small upgrades, like easier management of user extensions and improved mobile performance for technicians on the go.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo has helped streamline our communication by keeping all calls, messages, and voicemails in one platform. It’s made it easier for our team to stay connected in the field and for office staff to manage customer communication efficiently.

 ### 45. Effortless Communication for Small Businesses and Professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro J R. | Administrative Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I like Quo because it's a system for small businesses, professionals, and merchants that allows them to communicate without major complications, fees, or charges. It's easy to install and operate, and the technical support is very fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

The only difficulty I've encountered is that some companies don't recognize this means of communication as valid or acceptable.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quo allowed me to resolve many problems with my clients and suppliers, because calls and messages are automatically and accurately recorded, allowing me to read or respond to them at any time and in any situation.

 ### 46. Easy Port, Great Functionality—Perfect Fit for My Small Business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Quo?**

Easy port. Great functionality. Fit exactly what I needed for my small business. Very reasonable price. Overall better fit than Google Voice or 8x8 (I've used both).

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

An Android widget would be nice. But no big deal when comparing other features.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Couldn't have an IVR and text on Google Voice.

 ### 47. Great Application Overall

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia C. | RN, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

This application is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I find the hold call and three-way call features particularly useful. Additionally, I like that it can be accessed on both desktop and mobile devices, which adds a lot of versatility.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Sometimes, I experience feedback during calls.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app helps me keep my work and personal lives separate, which I really value. I like having a dedicated, private work phone number that I can use for professional purposes. It's convenient to have the app on my phone, as it lets me easily distinguish whether an incoming call is for work or personal matters.

 ### 48. Simple to use and always good connectivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mihailo A. | Founder & CEO, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

AdCast Digital Signage is using Open Phone for communication with US based customers and we are happy with the sound quality and uninterrupted calls. We also like we can use text messages for different services and chat with clients. It is very easy to use, installing was really smooth. I had to contact once customer support about my billing issues and they responded in a few minutes. As a startup we don't have need for daily use of the Open Phone services but from time to time we are using it for calls within US.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

Some services can not be verified by text messages but we were aware of it before we signed up.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can have now US number and can communicate and use services which I was not able without US number.

 ### 49. Exceptional! Love OpenPhone!! Great for small business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin V. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Quo?**

I recently switched from Vonage to OpenPhone, and I’m so glad I did! The whole system is clean, organized, and incredibly user-friendly. The app is a joy to use — everything is right where you need it. I especially love the call tagging feature, which helps me keep my business organized, and the call recordings, which are a huge help for follow-ups. Lots of great features packed into a simple, intuitive setup. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

I’m still exploring the Sona Voice AI tool — it’s an interesting feature, but I’m not sure I’d use it much with its current capabilities

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenPhone has streamlined my business communication in a big way. It keeps all my calls, messages, and contacts organized in one place, so I’m not juggling multiple apps or devices. The call tagging makes it easy to track different clients or projects, and the call recordings help me remember details and follow up accurately. Having a clean, easy-to-use app means I can manage everything on the go without missing important calls or messages. It’s taken the stress out of staying connected and organized.

**What do you dislike about Quo?**

No ability to block numbers. There's been an ongoing unresolved issue where sometimes my number shows as private when it shouldn't but this only happens from time to time.

**What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I live abroad and need to be able to call my clients from a local number. Quo solves this perfectly. It's allowed me to be a digital nomad and keep up communication with both clients and friends and family.
