I really like how easy iPlum is to use on a daily basis. I use it every day for calling and texting clients in my private therapy practice, and the features are intuitive and straightforward. There was a brief service outage recently, but iPlum communicated right away that they were aware of the issue and actively worked on it. What do you like best about iPlum?

The dashboard is clean and simple, making it easy to navigate between texting, calls, and voicemail. I appreciate the ability to schedule texts, label clients, and how quickly my previous number was ported to iPlum. I use iPlum daily in order to confirm appointment with clients or send reminders of upcoming appointments. As a user on the system that is shared amongst the rest of the company, it's incredibly helpful to have my own dashboard to assure HIPAA compliance for my clients.
