
The dashboard is clean and simple, making it easy to navigate between texting, calls, and voicemail. I appreciate the ability to schedule texts, label clients, and how quickly my previous number was ported to iPlum. I use iPlum daily in order to confirm appointment with clients or send reminders of upcoming appointments. As a user on the system that is shared amongst the rest of the company, it's incredibly helpful to have my own dashboard to assure HIPAA compliance for my clients.
